We came on a rainy day when we had some time to kill. We decided to play a few games and my significant other grabbed a beer. The bar area wasn't busy and no one seemed that interested in taking my husband's order. Two employees walked by us completely and finally a 3rd person helped us, he wasn't in a hurry to help either. So that part of our experience had a lot of room to improve. I found it weird that there were no prices on the drink menu. Other than that it was a rainy Saturday so it was what you would expect. It was loud and packed. And if you have been here before it's the same racket of charging you for a card, and trying to entice you to spend more for credits any way they can. To be honest this was probably the worst service I have had in a very long time. They sat us down at a table when we asked for a booth. We had no menus or anything at the table. We sat waiting for someone to help us for about 20 minutes. Finally a woman came and asked us if we have been helped yet. We ordered our drinks while we looked over the menu for food options. The waitress came back about another 20 minutes later and said she was waiting on the bar for our drinks but she could take our food orders. So after a very long wait we finally got our American burgers and all three was served cold! Fries were cold, everything was cold! I couldn't believe it! Absolutely trash... first time and last time. We had a party of 14, waited a lengthy time for our food. The manager brings 2 dishes to the table, nothing else. Both dishes are ice cold. We wait for the rest of the food, all ice cold and awful. Ask for the manager, he comes over and offers to comp some food and walks away. Although I appreciate the manager "taking" care of things... what a God awful experience. Avoid this Ponzi scheme of a restaurant at all costs. I'd give it a zero if I could. We've been to this location twice now and run into the same customer service issues both times. Each visit was 2 years apart, so probably a management or business model issue, vs just staff. The games are great! Expensive, but a really good time for most ages. Lots of different games, a lot to do. There isn't much of a wait time for anything you want to play, which is great! My sons had a great time playing both before and after dinner! The hostess had to scream at us because it was so loud. We were told a 45 minute wait time, which was fine, we played games while we waited. After waiting in line to book with the hostess, we had to go wait in another line to buy the tokens for the games. The workers in this line were super rude, definitely didn't want to be working this Saturday night. On their phones, ignoring people that were standing there. When we did get called to be seated, they only had booths, and my 20 month old couldn't reach the table. We asked for a booster, and after 20 minutes, the hostess still hadn't brought us a booster. I had to go back up, wait in line again, and then ask for a booster again. The worker laughed at me, and said they forgot. Once we finally had the booster, it kept sliding off the high top booth, and was generally just unsafe for him to be at the table at all. The food is fine, typical fried foods and basic burgers. Everything was okay, no complaints. The waitress was fine. Seemed to be a really long time to get drinks, and food. Definitely don't seem in a hurry to turn tables over. Although there weren't too many dairy-free options, I still really enjoyed the food! I got the ribs and it was SO delicious! I also got the peach lemonade and that was absolutely amazing -- couldn't stop drinking it, lol. Of course there's also the arcade attached, so expect it to be busy and crowded, but it's still a great time! I highly recommend grabbing a friend group or your family and making a night of it! My card declined and the sever kept coming back to mine and my brothers table continuously harassing us asking if we are ready to pay when we were trying to figure out our card situation, she was very persistent on making sure that someone paid the bill. We were not going to walk out. We're not that type of people we were trying to watch the football game and most places let you hang out until you have the funds to pay for your bill, but in this instance, the management team & server was being Absolutely rude. My fiancée and I travel around the country for work and Dave & Buster's is one of our favorite go to spots when there's one around. We stopped at this D&B while we were at home in NY between contracts. This is a pretty middle of the road D&B as nothing stands out particularly, but it doesn't give off a good vibe if you're looking to win tickets. This is more of an arcade to go for racing and shooter games and maybe some basketball. We started our night off with some awesome happy hour drinks, along with the Bavarian pretzel and the creole shrimp dip. We also ordered a burger but cancelled it because the pretzel is literally the size of a human baby and surprisingly outstanding. The shrimp creole dish, on the other hand, was really bad compared to other locations. It was mostly bread crumbs, which was really off and made the dip an unbalanced frustration. In terms of games, many of the games felt a little more rigged against you than other locations. The tons of tickets, for example, had way fewer large ticket amounts and they were mostly buried at the bottom and in other out of bounds locations where they're unobtainable (at least fairly). The giant claw game had a really weak grip even for D&B, but that didn't stop us from figuring it out and winning a few prizes. Some of the coin pushers were a good value and paid out a fair amount. Their skeeball machines barely functioned and were missing balls in both machines. It felt like they focused more on games that don't reward tickets for the midway which was really upsetting and makes me less likely to come back. It's a good D&B if you're looking to waste an afternoon, but not if you're looking to win any prizes. read more

I've come here 4 times in the past 2 weeks because of March madness. The drinks are great, most of the bartenders are great, the atmosphere is great, but the food is awful. They've been out of boneless wings for over a week. The bone in wings are like rubber. The flatbread pizzas were over cooked and tasted like frozen pizza. The hotdog pretzels tasted fake and frozen. I keep giving it more tries but the food just isn't good or worth it. Also, they have about 20 TV screens playing games and there were multiple March madness games on at the same time which is what we came out to watch but they only had 1 game on out of all those TVs so we went somewhere else. read more

Came here for a late night meal with a group of 18. Being a last minute decision, I was elated when D&Bs was able to seat our party in under 10 minutes. We had two friendly and patient waitresses who served our food and drinks in a timely manner. I ordered the impossible burger, a new dish on their menu. It was a plant-based burger with a side of fries. Literally the best plant-based burger I've ever had from a restaurant! I was 17 with a valid driver license and I can pay for my food however, when me and my friends (who are 16 and 15) we were told we cannot eat here because we were not 18 and we had to be accompanied by a 21 year old. Me and my 12 and 10-year-old went there just this past Saturday night. It was really busy. I liked that the big claw machine with the big tickets in them, they filled it up while we were there! I also asked for Help because the basketball thing wasn't working and I lost 6 1/2 half tickets so he came right away fixed it and noticed that people were throwing balls in different cages and so I was able to get a free game after I paid and my daughter was as well after she had paid already so they helped us out. Overall 3 stars because it was mediocre at best. We arrived on a Friday at dinner time. Server took several minutes to arrive (in bathroom) I hope she washed hands. Haha. Seriously though, the ambience is kind of loud with music playing in the dining area and the sound of all the games distorting the music. The temperature was a little cold for the lady and her 7 y/o it was probably in the 60s. To be honest on a Friday at Dinner I expected way more people here for beautiful July night. The best day and probably the busiest is Wednesday because not only are the games HALF OFF but the cocktails are half off mon-fri until 7pm too. I thought D&B was geared toward my generation of mid 30 to early 40s that played the original Nintendo, Sega, Dreamcast etc. and not strictly a kids place. However, this location is definitely centered around kids and spending mass amounts of cash in a small area and in a short time. The Casinos in our area have more of the adult gaming but not an actual arcade and you spend 10x the amount of money. As for food we ordered the $5 pretzel logs... 2 logs that probably equal one full pretzel but the cheese sauce was garbage, no zip. We also got the cheese curds which are phenomenal. I ordered a Tequila Sunrise and a Sex on Beach both were decent but the re-order was a different bartender and I could tell. (Weaker) hahaha. Apps came out rather quickly and the server was more attentive then when we first arrived. We spent about $30 bucks on recharge cards and it's definitely better to be here when the games are half price. They have several modern games and a few ticket redemption style games. However, what they don't have that other D&B have is Pool Tables, Shuffleboard, Darts etc. These games were definitely available in their bigger locations. However, this is a very small location and with the private rooms it makes the dining area even smaller because they tried to squeeze as many games as possible in the limited space. The bathrooms were pretty clean and they have auto dispenser soap and towels which I like better than the Fans, which as we know are harboring all kinds of bacteria. It's been about 20 mins since ordering our entrees which was Fried Food and shouldn't take this long to prepare, but it did come out hot and fresh. My lady got the Tenders and I got the Chicken and Waffles. Weird that it took this long as I mentioned it's a slow Friday night. Overall 3 stars. read more

I really gotta stop giving this location a second chance ... It doesn't matter what day of the week, time of the year, or time of the day you go there, service sucks, food sucks, everything but the games suck..... Even those suck half the time and are usually broken. I came here with a client right when they opened.... Like literally as soon as they opened. We were the only customers and got seated as the cooks were still setting up the line. That being said, I won't even complain about the wait time. Even though they're supposed to be set up and ready to cook at the time of opening, I know how it can be sometimes, and won't hold that against them. But what I will home against them is the fact that when we finally did get our food (to go with our empty drinks that didn't get refilled until we were done) it was cold!! My pasta was hard! Not aldente.... HARD! like crunchy hard. And my chicken was cold in the middle and rubbery. I'm pretty sure it was microwaved to be honest. We settled on Dave and Busters because I had never been. For the same price as in the food court I got 4 sliders and a big thing of fries and a coke. It hit the spot perfectly. I loved the hint of sweetness from the Hawaiian roll. The service was fine, nothing stood out good or bad in that way. The only real complaint I had was everything is a high top and my feet couldn't reach the foot rest bar. We were staying in the area for our suns birthday trip and he decided to come here. He first wanted dinosaur but decided Dave and busters last minute. I was disappointed but it's he's weekend. We came in around 430 and it wasn't too packed. There was a 45 minute wait so we played in the arcade section. This place was very loud. Staff scream and if they didn't you couldn't hear them. The front staff wasn't friendly at all. Acted like they didn't want to be there. On their phones talking to other staff. The games were kind of expensive to play but we had fun and That's all that matters. After about 45 mins our table was ready. We were seated in a booth and asked for a booster. Order our apps and drinks. 20 mins later no booster. We walk up to the front and the girl was on her phone and says "hehe sorry I forgot" and brings one to us. The waitress Caitlin was nice enough and helpful. She took our drink order and got the soft drinks for but wanted us to use the app/website to order our bar drinks and food. We said no no no. We're not going to end up with 100 different transactions and was very confused on how to use it the way we wanted to. She came back and ended up taking our order normally. She said she is forced to push the app onto people. Ugh. Our garlic parm fry appetizer was great little mans food came out with the appetizer as a suggestion from the waitress which was a good idea. Wife ordered a burger she said it was good. Son ordered a burger said it was good. Other son ordered the chicken tenders. They looked soo good I was jealous. Little guy got the pretzel dogs on the kids menu. He ended up eating the dog and leaving the pretzel. Which was fine there was a lot there. I ordered the ipa fish and chips The fish was one of the better fish fries I've had. A bit too greasy but not too bad. The fries were way over salted. Borderline inedible. I picked toward the bottom. After dinner we used up the points we had on the card and picked out our prize. There was some cool prizes in there. We had 532 points and picked out some Minecraft toy our son wanted. All in all we won't be back. Just because of the front staff was so rude, on their phones and I can eat salt elsewhere and not spend $110 on it. We ended up staying for about four hours between dinner and games spending around $150. We had a good amount of fun too. Perfect date spot if you like rude hostesses. read more

This isn't the largest Dave & Buster's I've been to. I've been to two other locations and this one is smallest. I thought this one was nice, clean and organized though. We paid $23 for $125 coins. Most games cost around 8 coins to play. When you open a new card, you have to pay $3. You also get 15 free coins when you open a new card. They no longer spit out tickets when you win tickets. Instead, your tickets are saved as points on your card. This makes managing tickets much easier. It cost 75 tickets for me to get a mystery Laffy Taffy stick candy. I enjoyed the basketball connect four game, Skee ball, trivia, basketball hoop game, air hockey (their table makes a cool ding sound every time the puck hits the edge of the table), snow mobile racing game and the knock the clown down game. I liked the mix of arcade and carnival games. They also sell food and drinks. They're open pretty late and are located on the upper floor of Destiny Mall next to the race kart place. Since I came on a Tuesday, it wasn't too crowded and I never needed to wait in line for a game. read more

We went here last night at about 8pm to get drinks at the bar and a quick dinner. Mirroring everyone else below me. My husband and I sat there for about 20 mins before ANY of the staff congregated in the bar area talking to each other, decided to turn around and acknowledge us. It took another 10 minutes for our two drinks, and another 30 mins for our food to come out. My nachos didn't match the description on the menu and were over cooked end burnt from the broiler (who puts nachos under a broiler???). And the chicken on my husband's sandwich looked super dry. Also, it wasn't busy in there at all. So why couldn't they get the food and drinks out quicker? At no point were we asked if we needed napkins or glasses of water. That's like food customer service 101 right? At one point a group of about 4-5 people came and stood directly behind me, yelling over my head to get the many "non workers" attention, and started coughing with no masks on DURING COVID. The bartender still tried to ignore them. I had to yell "hey!" and snap my fingers in his face to get him to acknowledge me, at which point I told him we were moving to the tables near the bar so I didn't have to be coughed on. There was no offer to move our plates and drinks. My husband and I had to do it ourselves. Then when we were ready to leave, we had to walk up the bar ourselves, and argue with the bartender about giving us our check, SO WE COULD PAY. Argue. Yes, I said argue. He couldn't remember us and we had to jog his memory to receive our check. SO, we probably should have just dined and dashed, in retrospect. Our sh*tty meal and sh*tty service came out to a whopping $50 bucks. We didn't leave a tip to say the least. If they don't remember you folks, just leave and not pay! The food isn't worth it anyway. I'm from California and have never experienced such horrible customer service until I moved out here. Does CNY not offer any hospitality coursework at colleges? Does D&B not train their employees in basic customer service practices? And umm, manners? I've worked about 8 years of retail, and I would have been fired back home in CA, if I had ever been so blatantly rude to customers. I guess it's a CNY thing. If they don't care what's going on in the front of house, it makes me highly suspicious of the food I ingested last night. I'm one finger away from throwing it all up. 1) I don't usually go out of my way to make reviews but the service I had tonight was severely below expectations. The bartender (lexy) did not show any interest in customer service or even feel the need to make us feel welcomed. We received dirty looks from her and didn't seem happy at all. I asked for a game to be put on a tv where I could see. And the game ended by the time it was changed. I usually tip pretty well and fair but tonight I still feel as if I left $2 too much 2) The beer I ordered was pretty warm, almost room temperature. I went on busy Saturday afternoon, my son ordered the chicken wings, and as you can see in the picture they were rather small wings, I felt bad for the small chickens they came from. The Lawnmower salad was good, huge portion. The food was decent, other than the small wings I was all set to give them 4 stars, then the bill came. They charged me $16.79 for the wings, I eat wings everywhere I go, and NEVER have I felt so ripped off by the price versus the portion size. i expect to pay anywhere from $8.99 to $12.99 for an appetizer of wings, so to my amazement when I saw that they wanted $16.79. I come here often with friends and we usually have a good time...I came last night with some friends and took a seat at the bar. There were two bartenders on and they never once came over to our group to see if we wanted anything or even remotely close to our area. Finally got around to checking out a Dave & Buster's on a Friday night and it was pretty fun! There's lots of different games and its easy to grab a game card, no need to go through the folks at the counter since they have a few kiosks. It really just reminds me of my childhood days at Chuckie Cheese, although its not all child games (plus they serve alcohol) but definitely reminds me of that fun atmosphere. The games can rack up some money so keep that in mind. I learned that they're half off on Wednesdays so I'll have to return then. I was actually more surprised by their delicious food! I ordered The Hottie burger and sweet potato fries and was surprised by how awesome it was, seriously wasn't expecting that from an arcade/gaming place. I love the spiciness of the burger and it all tasted fresh, which is always a plus. It's definitely a fun experience for those who enjoy the arcade games but also want to have a few drinks along with that experience :) Definitely recommend checking them out especially on Wednesdays since the games are half off! read more

You definitely cannot beat a great deal like that at any other arcade! Now I use the term arcade lightly because they obviously are a unique hybrid of arcade and restaurant. The food is really good and the games are amazing. What me and my wife usually do is buy our gaming cards ahead of time, sometimes with a buy 20 get 20 free coupon. Then on Wednesday we come in, order our food, and go play games while we wait. They will let you know when your food is there and you can come back and eat. They have the absolute best arcade games you can find and they are constantly upgrading them and changing things around so you never get bored. They also are very generous on the prize tickets on some of the games. All those prize tickets go on your Power Card so you don't have them falling all over the place.
