My coworkers and I ate here today. I have had not been here in a while. An older woman came over to us and started praying. This made my coworkers uncomfortable. They also noticed scripture written on the wall. I ended having Kalbi beef and enjoyed it. My coworkers enjoyed there food also. read more

I found my new favorite spot for Vietnamese food! This spot is a must for you're Vietnamese cravings they also have some other dishes that typically are not found in most Vietnamese restaurants but that is a plus because you get more all in one place. Food was delicious and fresh, the presentation is nice and costumer service was also great like the food. I forgot to take a picture because the food was to good to stop eating you will not be disappointed eating here, Will be back for more! read more

I'm asian, from the Bay Area (CA) and been eating Vietnamese food since a child. This place is not good. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is because of the service. Staff is friendly and productive. Food on other hand needs a lot of help and love. Order: Beef Pho, Combo Plate, Vegetable Fried Rice, Thai Tea. Pho was so mid. It was the weakest tasting broth even though other reviews saying it was a highlight, nah. Combo plate was a scam, no pork chops, no rice. Every combo plate Ive ever ordered had those things plus wings and egg rolls, not here. The real issue though was that the chicken was still bleeding and cooing. Fried Rice was sooo eggy and yellow I thought it was tumeric but it wasn't. The only decent thing was Thai Tea and that was a powder base and filled with ice so very little liquid. Overall, the service is great and the food is whack and if you are considering going here, you have low standards when it comes to actual Vietnamese cuisine. read more

Authentic Vietnamese food! You can tell it's made from the heart. Came to Seattle for my birthday-first timer! Random pick, thanks to Yelp reviews. So good! I definitely recommend! read more

Thanks to my friend for introducing me to Rose Pho and Trinh! Love the friendly service and fresh meals each time I come here.

Love this place and the pho is amazing. The broth is just right and there is no msg in there. The bun bo hue has the strong taste of lemongrass and balance out with the sweetness of the fruit (most likely pineapple) give the broth a very authentic taste. The owner is super sweet and the service was amazing read more

I've eaten here twice. My first experience was about a month ago and it was pleasant. I would have rated it a 5 Star if I had the time to rate then. This will be my first review that's not a 4 or 5 Star. I stopped by with my girlfriend today because we wanted something good and filling so we drove from Tukwila. There's plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in Tukwila or Renton but since we wanted to eat here again, we drove 15 minutes. I ordered chicken teriyaki and my girlfriend ordered the buttered fried fish fillet with pineapple and rice which was on the front page on the bottom right. Chicken teriyaki wasn't bad at all. I didn't care for the mayonnaise on the veggies. I actually avoided most of the mayo. Overall pretty solid hockey teriyaki. The problem was the fish fillet. The rice portion was fine. There was a small piece of fish fillet overflown with veggies. It seem more like a veggie dish with a little bit of fish. The waitress stopped by and asked how it was and I replied nicely with "The food is good but there is very little fish." In my opinion, a 4 or 5 Star yelp reviewed establishment would address the customers concern by either suggesting to make more fish or doing something for a customer to ensure they are satisfied. The waitress said she would let the chef know which sounds good but it ended up meaning nothing except an unhappy girlfriend because there was very little fish. The veggies and half of the rice was left behind I eaten because the excitement for a fish fillet meal was gone. I was excited for this restaurant and was actually raving and saying I would come here often especially if I moved to the neighborhood but that has changed. I probably won't be returning here as a customer and won't be recommending this place if someone asked for a good restaurant which I probably would have before today's experience. Feedback for owners. Portion that specific dish better. Your service, atmosphere and food is solid which is probably why the price is more expensive than most other restaurants of the same cuisine but to be an outstanding restaurant, you should train your staff to take care of all your customers. read more

We ordered a small bowl of pho (brisket, raw beef, and meatballs), egg rolls, and combo bowl of vermicelli, grilled pork, and egg rolls. Pho was flavorful, packed with noodles, but my bowl only had one lonely (but so delicious) meatball, amongst the other meats. I guess next time I'll probably order extra meat or the larger bowl. Everything was also reasonably priced. read more

This place is great! Absolutely love it! It has a wide variety of food choices. The customer service is on point. They don't bother you every minute but the timing of when they come is perfect, right when you need them. The owner is super nice and loving. Makes you feel very welcomed! The environment has a family feel to it. I can't help but leave with a smile on my face. You can feel the love and care, that they just want you to be happy. The Mongolian beef was delicious! Definitely one of my favorites. It was full of flavor. Very tender and juicy! The honey walnut, sliced apples and strawberries with shrimp is a must try! I know it may sound quite strange to eat shrimp with apples and strawberries but the sauce really makes them work well together. The sauce is a little different than other honey walnut shrimps from other restaurants. The sauce isn't very sweet and in my opinion, it gives a boost in the flavor a of the shrimp, apples, and strawberries. The fried bananas and ice cream is also one of my favorites! The fried bananas was so good! I get it every time! There are so many pho places out there but this place is the one that stands out from the rest. Not only is the food delicious but you can really tell that the workers there care to make their customers happy which makes this place special. read more

If there was a 6 or 7 star level I would have put that. I've Yelped about Rose Pho before, but I have to do again, as I've tried a few more of the entrees from the Rose Pho menu since our first experience there, almost exactly 3 years ago, in February 2013. The measure of a great restaurant is the food taste, isn't it? Well, last time I raved about the delicious lemongrass rice and chicken dinner, and this time I had the Pad Thai...and it was also amazingly delicious! We also had the Pho, and, again it was awesome! I have to agree, as well, with my fellow Yelpers here, and say that we love the love that Trinh so readily shares with everyone who walks in the door. I've never gotten as many (or ANY) hugs, prayers and blessings from ANY other business I've walked into. She truly is a breath of fresh air, and it's comforting to see all the encouraging promises from God's Word on the walls, whether you are "religious" or not. read more

This place is the best! The food is excellent. The atmosphere is comfortable. I had the chicken and seafood crepe... absolute delicious! The wife had tofu pho... perfect. Rose always comes to your table and gives hugs and blessings. Don't miss out. read more

I must say, I've only been to Rose Pho twice. It's not often that I go to restaurants near my house, opting instead to eat a bowl of cereal at home. But of the few times I have ventured out, I have chosen Rose Pho. And since that time, whenever I work from home I have this internal conflict: Do I go have pho at Rose Pho, or do I have a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch? Through pure laziness alone do I stay home and eat cereal, when what I really want is Rose Pho. In particular, they have a soup - Thai Tom Yum Spicy Soup - which is amazing. It's very rich and I would suggest splitting it between two people, but if you're by yourself get it anyway. You'll be full about halfway through, and yet you'll keep eating it. It's very, very good. Atmosphere is straight forward - nice for strip mall, but not overly fancy. It's clean, and that's that matters...that, and the food. Both are great! read more

Solid pho and super tasty banh mi. The owner is very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Update of an old review. When I went in today the lady at the counter saw that I was walking with a cane do to a labral tare in my right hip. She gave me her normal hug then she put both hands on me and said a prayer. I personally am not a religious person but have studied it in the past. I thought it was extremely sweet of her. Also, the pho has gotten better over the past few years. read more

Outstanding. Best phad Thai ever. Can't go wrong here. Owner and help very friendly. I enjoyed everything about my dining experience.

Rose is a lovely owner--very kind to all who enter her place. We ordered oxtail pho and the red curry, both delicious and full of flavor. I loved dunking my French bread into the curry. It was such a comforting combo that I hope to repeat again! Thank you for the delicious food! read more

Good food, prices have increased recently. The lady working there always has sweet blessings. Try the honeydew boba

We visited Rose Pho during our vacation recently. This little restaurant was tucked away in the outskirt of Seattle. Having read the reviews prior to our visit, we expected the food to be decent. To our surprise, the food was authentic, deliciously prepared, artfully plated complete with vegetable art. The owner and waitresses were attentive. We had summer rolls, fried chicken wings, Thai noodles, garlic shrimp and okra, beef stew and fruit smoothies. All delicious, portions generous and prices were reasonable. read more

I'm in town from Los Angeles, CA. I love this place great food and love the service..

I love this place. Today was my first time going and I went with a friend who swears by their pho and regularly drives 20 minutes away to get it even though we have 10 or more pho places within 10 minutes of where we live. I am vegetarian so I usually have trouble finding places that cook the tofu well in my pho. This place prepared it very well and everything tasted super fresh. My friends and I got two veggie pho, a chicken pho and veggie fresh rolls. Everything was super tasty and came out in a timely manner. Not to mention our hostess was a sweet heart and was very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend who is looking for a good pho spot. read more

My first time coming to this restaurant. The New Lunar decoration is really beautiful. The restaurant looks super clean and neat. The owner of the restaurant is super nice. I live in the area and have waited to write my review. I can tell you that this place has only gotten better since it opened. It is super clean and the flowers out front add a nice touch. The service had always been cheerful and the owner makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. The food is fresh. Really, really fresh. I have had a wide assortment of the menu items and they are all amazing. You don't have to go into Seattle to "Little Saigon" for authentic Vietnamese cooking, we have it here in Normandy Park. read more

Amazing service, excellent food perfect hospitality. This is a must go if you are around the area or beyond. My friend john brought me here for the first time and i can hands down say that this was the best pho i have eaten in my life. I usually dont think pho places are better than others and think they taste all the same for the most part but this place definitely stands out from the rest in all aspects. The pho broth has a full taste and the ingredients they use in their other dishes are fresh. On top of good food, the service is very friendly. The owner is so nice and welcoming read more

Great service from the owner, she is an absolute sweet heart making sure that everything is to your liking. Rose Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Normandy Park, Washington

Atmosphere: very clean, cute decorations, menus have pictures of you don't know what you're ordering. Service: I felt like they needed at least 1 more person waiting tables, but the 2 (seemingly young) employees were very sweet and would get you whatever you asked for. Food: My husband ordered the pho with thinly sliced beef and meatballs. The meat was good, there was a lot of noodles and an average amount of meat. The broth was very sweet which was different. Still it was good and hit the pho spot. He also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee, it wasn't very strong but it was good. I was feeling adventurous and ordered chicken pad thai at a Vietnamese restaurant. It was okay, had plenty of chicken. The noodles were extremely chewy which I did not enjoy. We ordered the summer spring rolls with peanut sauce, there wasn't a lot of meat in each spring roll but the meat was excellent. Peanut sauce was great too. I also ordered a mocha Boba tea which would have been blended longer as there was ice chips still in the drink. The tapioca was overcooked and mushy. read more

The meal was well presented. The food was decent. What I didn't like about the bubble teas was it was to liquidy but the flavor was good. The price is kinda pricey compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. read more

Literally the best pho I have ever had! I got the seafood and it came with huge crab meat, garlic shrimp, octopus, and fish balls. The broth is so savory and rich. Service is good. The pho, not so much. This was probably the most tasteless pho I have ever eaten.

Absolutely love this place. I try to come in each time I'm in town. And I have to say each time is a treat. The owner comes to you and treats you like a long lost friend. One worker had a bad attitude. You shouldn't work at a restaurant if you aren't going to be friendly. You should at least pretend to be happy. My cousin and I both order the chicken teriyaki. When we both got it, the rice was cold. It tasted old. The chicken was also very dry. We ordered dessert and they gave us plastic spoons, which is fine. But when you look at them, they look like they have been reused multiple times. That is terrible, especially during COVID. They only got two stars because the owner was very kind and its a small business. read more

In SeaTac for work and felt one of those "you've-shared-way-too-many-airport-stranger's-germs" sort of cold coming on. The kind only pho broth, chili oil, and a good night's rest can help. Found this place on Yelp and figured good pho that was a 5-mile drive away was better than mediocre pho within walking distance. So happy I made the drive!!! The owner and staff are delightful. She really does take the time to individually bless everyone who walks through the door and say a little prayer for them with a hug (she must have an incredible immune system, unlike me). There is a lot of religious decor and the blessing - but if you're not a religious person DON'T LET THIS KEEP YOU AWAY! The food is worth it! If was my luck that spicy beef pho was the speci today. I order a small (that was at least enough food for two of me) and an order of 2 cha goi egg rolls. All was superb, even when it took me 30 min to get back to the hotel before I could eat it. Well-balances pho broth that wasn't at all oily (save for the actual chili oil - my pho was the perfect medium spicy I requested). Tons of noodles, which weren't mushy but tender, with just a tiny bit of spring to the bite. Lots of fresh greens and bean sprouts. The meat wasn't as plentiful as I'm used to, but it was a good ratio of protein to all the other players. And there was enough broth that I could have it for the next two meals and still have leftovers. Cha goi we're crisp, light, flavorful, and straight forward. I'll be back next time I'm in Seattle. No matter how far the drive is. read more
