Lucky to have found this great place so close my work! I'll have to spread the word to my coworkers. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Bun (vermicelli noodles) and my boyfriend got the Beef Pho. We also got fresh rolls to start. Everything was delicious, and all the ingredients were so FRESH. Based on the other reviews, the really nice attentive woman must have been the owner. She was sweet and even though it got really busy while we were there, she kept checking on us to make sure everything was enjoyable. Also there were regulars who'd walk through the door and she'd go over to greet them. It was a nice vibe. Definitely a newer establishment. Everything was clean and the ambiance was nice. This spot is a must for you're Vietnamese cravings they also have some other dishes that typically are not found in most Vietnamese restaurants but that is a plus because you get more all in one place. I have dined in and picked up food from this restaurant many times and never been disappointed. The food quality is great and the friendly service is top notch. I am always warmly welcomed when I visit. My family loves the pineapple fried rice and honey walnut strawberry prawns. The Pho (soup) is excellent as well. Food is excellent, but the service was lacking. Myself and 3 other tables were all holding up our credit cards trying to get the attention of the staff pay our bill. In the meantime the staff stood in plain view of everyone while having a conversation between themselves, ignoring the customers. This lasted for close to 10 minutes before we all had to stand up and walk up to the counter to pay. I've eaten here twice. My first experience was about a month ago and it was pleasant. I would have rated it a 5 Star if I had the time to rate then. This will be my first review that's not a 4 or 5 Star. I stopped by with my girlfriend today because we wanted something good and filling so we drove from Tukwila. There's plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in Tukwila or Renton but since we wanted to eat here again, we drove 15 minutes. I ordered chicken teriyaki and my girlfriend ordered the buttered fried fish fillet with pineapple and rice which was on the front page on the bottom right. Chicken teriyaki wasn't bad at all. I didn't care for the mayonnaise on the veggies. I actually avoided most of the mayo. Overall pretty solid hockey teriyaki. The problem was the fish fillet. The rice portion was fine. There was a small piece of fish fillet overflown with veggies. It seem more like a veggie dish with a little bit of fish. The waitress stopped by and asked how it was and I replied nicely with "The food is good but there is very little fish." In my opinion, a 4 or 5 Star yelp reviewed establishment would address the customers concern by either suggesting to make more fish or doing something for a customer to ensure they are satisfied. The waitress said she would let the chef know which sounds good but it ended up meaning nothing except an unhappy girlfriend because there was very little fish. The veggies and half of the rice was left behind I eaten because the excitement for a fish fillet meal was gone. I was excited for this restaurant and was actually raving and saying I would come here often especially if I moved to the neighborhood but that has changed. I probably won't be returning here as a customer and won't be recommending this place if someone asked for a good restaurant which I probably would have before today's experience. Feedback for owners. Portion that specific dish better. Your service, atmosphere and food is solid which is probably why the price is more expensive than most other restaurants of the same cuisine but to be an outstanding restaurant, you should train your staff to take care of all your customers. read more

The very best Pho & Vietnamese food near our home. Excellent food, excellent service & always clean. We go here at least twice per month.

Let me tell you, this place is a must go! The owner of this place is so sweet and so nice. She treats you like family right when you walk in the door. She greets you with warm hugs! during the meal, she may even come to talk to you to make sure everything is what you expected. She's super friendly and actually makes sure that her customers are happy unlike other places. The food here is amazing. The thai spicy green bean with beef is a must try. I loved how the sauce really compliments the green beans. You can customize your spice level if you don't like eating spicy food. The pad thai was delicious as well. The dishes come with a "rose" made of out edible radish which makes the dishes very photogenic. The display is perfect for posting on ig . The mango salad is very good as well. Probably my new favorite. The environment is very clean and very chill. I really like that there's a slideshow on one of the tvs showing all the beauties of Vietnam. read more

Yum, Yum, Yum!!! This place makes the best pho I've ever had. I could probably eat here multiple times a week without getting tired of it. I like to get the rare steak with no cilantro and I have never ever been disappointed. The broth has a delicious flavor and I don't get the msg overdose symptoms like at some places I've eaten at. The restaurant is very clean and updated. There are two tv's, one that plays a photo slideshow of different places in Vietnam and one that is typically on the news when I come. They have an assortment of beverages and at least one dessert - probably more but I've never ordered any. The owner Trinh is the sweetest woman I've ever met, she recognizes me every time I come in. She greets everyone that comes in the restaurant very nicely and addresses you with words like sweetie, honey, brother, sister and lots of hugs and blessings. If this sounds like it would make you uncomfortable then don't come here. I know some people don't like that sort of thing. I don't mind it at all though. I have loved pretty much everything I've ever ordered from here. The only problem I've ever really had were the potstickers I had last week. I have never had any problems with their potstickers in the past but last week my boyfriend and I went there and ordered them as an appetizer. They were way flatter than usual and they had either olive or sliced mushroom inside. Wtf?! I have never seen that before ever in a potsticker. Update of an old review. When I went in today the lady at the counter saw that I was walking with a cane do to a labral tare in my right hip. She gave me her normal hug then she put both hands on me and said a prayer. I personally am not a religious person but have studied it in the past. I thought it was extremely sweet of her. We ordered a small bowl of pho (brisket, raw beef, and meatballs), egg rolls, and combo bowl of vermicelli, grilled pork, and egg rolls. Pho was flavorful, packed with noodles, but my bowl only had one lonely (but so delicious) meatball, amongst the other meats. I guess next time I'll probably order extra meat or the larger bowl. I'm a big fan of this place. The food is always great and the employees are very friendly. I noticed a few reviewers complaining about the price. It doesn't seem out of line to me and I'm kind of cheap. A bowl of pho and a can of mountain dew will run you less than $10. Also I've never left there hungry or mad. The chicken pho is great, the spring rolls are great and the chicken fried rice is great. I'm sure everything else is probably good but I always order the same things. We visited Rose Pho during our vacation recently. This little restaurant was tucked away in the outskirt of Seattle. Having read the reviews prior to our visit, we expected the food to be decent. I love this place. Today was my first time going and I went with a friend who swears by their pho and regularly drives 20 minutes away to get it even though we have 10 or more pho places within 10 minutes of where we live. I am vegetarian so I usually have trouble finding places that cook the tofu well in my pho. This place prepared it very well and everything tasted super fresh. My friends and I got two veggie pho, a chicken pho and veggie fresh rolls. Everything was super tasty and came out in a timely manner. I'm in Seattle visiting and found Rose Pho on yelp. Arrived around 815pm with my wife. Not many ppl here and was greeted and seated quickly. We ordered calamari and wings for appetizers and pho dac biet for entree. The food here is good but I was more surprised with the service here. Trinh is the owner of the restaurant and she has the greatest customer service out of any other restaurant I have been to. She's very joyful and I couldn't help but smile when talking to her. She cares about her customers and treats them as family. My wife and I were strangers to her but she gave us hugs as we left and wished us a wonderful trip and flight home. If I was a local here in Seattle, this would be my go to pho place. Good food and even better service. I may have to come back one more before I leave. I must say, I've only been to Rose Pho twice. It's not often that I go to restaurants near my house, opting instead to eat a bowl of cereal at home. But of the few times I have ventured out, I have chosen Rose Pho. And since that time, whenever I work from home I have this internal conflict: Do I go have pho at Rose Pho, or do I have a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch? Through pure laziness alone do I stay home and eat cereal,when what I really want is Rose Pho. In particular, they have a soup - Thai Tom Yum Spicy Soup - which is amazing. It's very rich and I would suggest splitting it between two people, but if you're by yourself get it anyway. You'll be full about halfway through, and yet you'll keep eating it. It's very, very good. Atmosphere is straight forward - nice for strip mall, but not overly fancy. It's clean, and that's that matters...that, and the food. Both are great! read more
