Ginger ale
Leslie T.

The food was not all that tasty.. My husband and I were looking to sit down and eat before our layover. We had come from a 10 hour flight from Korea so we just wanted to relax . We ordered from the screen and went to sit down . The place was empty and when our food was almost done the server told us we cannot sit in the dining area and that we have to sit outside in the other sitting area . We were confused as to why we weren't allowed to sit there since the place was completely empty and we would be happy to tip if we had good service. She gave us our food and didn't give us our drink so I asked her if it was self serve she said yes. I was looking for the ginger beer and before I could find it she realized it was behind the glass and she had to give it to us . She gave us ginger ale not the ginger beer we had paid for .

The layout was really good and it was not busy. This is in the North section of the airport and on level 2. Service was decent. I ordered the sesame chicken which is big enough to feed two people. There is a $5 up charge for the lo mein over fried rice. The food tasted great and was more than I needed.

"SKy High just like the airplane" I absolutely love PF Chang's, it is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is inside of the Seattle Airport upstairs and it is extremely expensive. Kung Pao Shrimp, upgraded to fried rice instead of white rice, ribs and two sodas. Our total cost was very expensive for the amount of food but when you are at the airport you already know it will be expensive. It was flavorful but not plentiful. All of their entrees are designed as shared but it seems with the cost of food increasing the food price is increasing and the quantity is decreasing. The host and waiter were both very kind and exhibited excellent professionalism. This visit was on my way home after a cruise so I was just grateful for a meal.

I was seated right away and loved that this spot is on an upper floor, I think a lot of travelers miss it since it's tucked away up there. I was greeted by Missy, who was so friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. After a long stretch of work travel, I was definitely dehydrated, and she made sure my water glass was never empty; such a small thing, but it made a big difference! I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp, which was absolutely perfect! Rich, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. I also got a side of lo mein; it was just okay, but honestly, for airport food, I wasn't expecting perfection. I had a cozy seat by the windows with plenty of natural light, a peaceful escape from the busy crowd below. I got to enjoy a solid meal, get some work done, and experience truly kind, attentive service from Missy. Definitely worth a stop if you're flying through!

My coworkers and I were getting hangry after our flight was delayed a second time so my coworker suggested we eat at PF Chang's since it was close to our gate. We walk upstairs and are greeted at seated immediately. Our waiter comes and brings menus. We asked for water with lemon and he asked if we wanted our water now or with our meal we asked for it then. That's were the service went downhill expeditiously. We never received our water until midway through our meal as someone else delivered our food to our table. We ordered BBQ pork spare ribs for our appetizer and for our entrees we ordered Chicken & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein noodles. Our food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. After we were done eating when we finally saw our waiter again we had to flag him down as he never checked on us to get our check as our gate was getting ready to board shortly. We waiting another 15 mins on our check and we were starting to become annoyed because our flight was getting ready to board at this point , luckily PF Chang's was right next to our gate, but still this is ridiculous. We pay for our food and best feet out of there. The restaurant is decorated nicely and there is plenty of dining and bar seating available. We had a decent experience, but it would have been better if our waiter were more attentive.

The North Satellite used to be a dump, but now it's probably the nicest section at SeaTac. It's on the second floor, so it's away from the hustle and bustle. And if you have eaten at PF Chang's before, you will be familiar with the menu (with the exception of some breakfast items). Portions are huge and the quality of the food was above average for airport. The Singapore noodles was decent but probably could have used a bit more protein in it. The spicy chicken was a lot of food and could feed a family. The space is gorgeous with a great view of the terminal as well as outside. But service can be slow at times, as the servers have to cover a large area. Overall, a good choice for the North Satellite.

Sweet & Sour Chicken with steamed rice

I had extra time to kill between flights and my husband suggested I go upstairs and get a filling meal from PFC... so that's what it did! You have the option to order take out from a window or be seated and I chose the latter. It wasn't very busy when I arrived and went for the sweet & sour chicken after the server told me the Pad Thai serves 2-4 people. I was hungry, but not that hungry. My food arrived quickly and hot... almost too hot to eat it, but I pushed through. It was nice and mellow, people strolled in and out and when I was done with my meal, I wasn't rushed out the door, I was able to relax and enjoy my cold beverage. The server greeted every single person/group that walked in and out. This was quite nice to be away from the hustle & bustle of SEA airport. Once I was ready to go, she was quick to bring me the POS to cash out and I was on my way!

Spicy Chicken -GF, Asian Pear Mojito

Fast , friendly service and all the delicious flavors one expects from PF Chang's. I enjoyed the GF version of the spicy chicken with brown rice and an Asian Pear Mojito. Perfect pre-boarding meal at the N Gates at SeaTac.

Located at the Seattle Airport, there are just so many choices as to where to enjoy a snack or meal. We chose P.F. Chang's and turned out to be a great decision. We were seated high above the main concourse upstairs. Lovely view of Alaskan Airlines at the gates with a clear view of flights taking off. Clear glass windows, floor to ceiling. Multiple runways meant there was a lot to watch and enjoy. We ordered their won ton soup and then shared an order of Kung Pau chicken, no peanuts. The soup was served first and was especially, and unexpectedly delicious. I do love my won ton soup but was quite taken aback, as I really didn't expect much but the broth was so full flavored, tons of chicken, shrimp and small won tons. Served us three well and we all had our fill. The Kung Pau was spicy, looked delicious and didn't disappoint. White rice came with the order and quickly disappeared as really completed the spicy meal. The waitress here was very friendly and attentive. We were enjoying our time there and never felt rushed. So happy we chose this restaurant and so happy to give them a 5 star review.

Not sure why this place has a low rating. I ate here at my layover in SeaTac, and we dined in. We got seated by the ledge where we could overlook the main area where there was a live singer playing. We could also see the planes come in. Our server was friendly and I asked him whether to get the kungpao chicken or the season chicken. He recommended the sesame chicken which had some broccoli and red bell peppers. I'm glad I got the sesame chicken cause it was so flavorful and it was crispy. It is definitely restaurant quality for an airport. We also ordered the peppered steak which I really loved as well. Slight kick of spice only because of the black peppers. I loved the sauce and put it on my rice. I'd definitely come back here to eat lunch next time I'm in SeaTac terminal N. I also forgot to mention we got seated quickly and our food came fast as well.

Combo pad thai
Francis C.

The menu is limited compared to the restaurant. I ordered what I thought would be more soup dumpling-esque but the potstickers were good. The sauce was great. Server said pad Thai was the most popular. But honestly it was just mid. The noodles were too al dente. It lacked flavor. The positive is they don't skim on the protein when we ordered our combo. I left more than half of it. My friend ordered the fried rice and that had little seasoning. No garlic per his allergy. The orange chicken looked good. Although my friend was allergic to garlic, so he couldn't eat it. I'd said, if he mentions an allergy for one plate as a server I'd be inclined to ask about all plates. But just my experience in other areas. I don't know, maybe given I'm from San Francisco I had a different idea given how our chang's out there functions. I wouldn't go back if I was at this particular airport. But my server was great. Service was amazing. Area is in a good space, quiet and away from the airport chaos/crowds. Just not worth the high prices for subpar food.

Gluten free Chang's spicy chicken
Lexi S.

I was thrilled to see they had a P.F. Chang's in the airport!! This is my favorite place to go for gluten free meals that I know are safe. We dined with a table of 8 and ordered all of our favorites. The Arnold Palmer with their passion free tea, the Chang's spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, and fried rice and the chicken lettuce wraps for me (gluten free) everyone else enjoyed the Kung pao chicken, and many other dishes including the vegetable Buddha delight. Everyone in our group was happy and I had plenty of leftovers for the following day. Service was great, food came out hot, and tasty as always! The place looks like a smaller of Chang's location, but there's the red booths, black contrasting tables and chairs. The vibe is relaxed, but more intimate than any of the other eateries there. You are sitting in a restaurant and it feels more upscale.

Budda Tofu and vegetable - garlicky sauce paired well with the brown rice.

Like the Food Walk itself, this place gets very crowded during peak lunch hours when they're open; every seat was taken and everyone else - myself included - got our goodies for takeout. You pay depending on how much you get; for example, one piece of siu mai is $1.30 each as of this writing. All other food items follow in a similar suit. We got the following: - Egg tart: my favorites though they have cookie crusts. I do prefer flaky crusts but the egg yolk has the right amount of sweet to balance the crust. - Siu mai: fresh and piping hot. Meat was also fresh and didn't have a weird aftertaste. - Green onion bun: each one is pretty big, and there's just enough green onions on them to distinguish between similar buns like the baked BBQ pork bun. - Sponge cake: didn't eat this myself but parents thought this was all right though a little too set. - Baked BBQ pork bun: my dad's favorite. BBQ pork is sweet and complements the bun itself. - Meat bun turnover (Shanghai pan-fried buns): I always like getting these in places like Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone. The ones here are even better, with a ton of filling in each bun and a nice crisp from the pan fry. A classic staple of Chinatown that serves awesome dim sum that edges out the competition pretty well considering dining in has gotten a lot more expensive lately! Not gonna lie, when a restaurant over emphasizes its Asian decor, usually I have pretty low expectations for the food since it will likely be Americanized. This place proved me wrong! Their menu was a mix of Cantonese dishes, Taiwanese elements, Shanghainese dumplings and noodles, and Szechuan mala flavors. We probably over ordered but seriously enjoyed all the dishes. From most to least favorite: - Ginger & Scallion Fish Fillets: Sooooo fragrant and honey. LOVE! - Typhoon Shelter Beef Short Ribs: The fried garlic seasoning is fantastic, usually seen with crab or seafood but with short ribs it was excellent and super flavorful too - Black Truffle Wagyu Fried Rice: A pretty big portion for the price! The aroma of the truffle was fantastic but not overpowering - Half Hong Kong Style Honey Roast Duck: Hard to find good roast duck in the US so was happy to see it in the menu, skin was crispy and flavorful and the sauce was authentic as well. A tad too salty if I were to be nitpicky which is why it's not higher on the list - Traditional Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings: Good but not standout, not the star of the show compared to places that specialize in dumpings - Stir-Fry Green Beans: A little bland, can skip The Hong Kong Style iced lemon tea is just okay, but it's hard finding one truly authentic around here. Still enjoyed it! For the price point, ambiance, and quality of food, I was blown away and highly recommend!
