The food is good honestly, but I am kinda introverted and the staff and owner are very welcoming and sometimes it's a bit much for me. There was a lot of religious stuff on the walls which is their choice but it is a reason I prefer not to eat in. Nothing particularly stood out for me food wise, it was just well made Pho. I would probably rate this 2 stars for the atmosphere as an atheist ambivert who leans a bit towards introvert when I'm eating out, but I think most Christians or even agnostics would find it charming. That said the food is very solid and I find it unfair to knock a rating down for what is such a personal issue... the food isn't like wow I have to go there but it's good. It's probably 3 1/2 stars... parking is fine. I would give it 3 1/2 if I could, but that's yelp. It's not my favorite pho place (even strictly considering the food) or even one of my top 3 so I would say it's average. My 3 stars is literally in the sense of that average slightly above average but this place is also VERY clean and open. The chairs weren't uncomfortable and the decor was better than a lot of places. Given how clean the front of the house is I would expect the back of the house to be about that level too. Lots of care is given to cleanliness. read more

Small place with big flavors. The pho is delicious, the broth is tasty but not too oily. I had the rare round eye steak with tribe, perfect portion sizes. Vietnamese coffee is yummy as well. All the staff are super nice and friendly. I'll definitely come back again when I am in the area. read more

Atmosphere: very clean, cute decorations, menus have pictures of you don't know what you're ordering. Service: I felt like they needed at least 1 more person waiting tables, but the 2 (seemingly young) employees were very sweet and would get you whatever you asked for. Food: My husband ordered the pho with thinly sliced beef and meatballs. The meat was good, there was a lot of noodles and an average amount of meat. The broth was very sweet which was different. Still it was good and hit the pho spot. He also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee, it wasn't very strong but it was good. I was feeling adventurous and ordered chicken pad thai at a Vietnamese restaurant. It was okay, had plenty of chicken. The noodles were extremely chewy which I did not enjoy. We ordered the summer spring rolls with peanut sauce, there wasn't a lot of meat in each spring roll but the meat was excellent. Peanut sauce was great too. I also ordered a mocha Boba tea which would have been blended longer as there was ice chips still in the drink. The tapioca was overcooked and mushy. read more

I live in the area and have waited to write my review. I can tell you that this place has only gotten better since it opened. It is super clean and the flowers out front add a nice touch. The service had always been cheerful and the owner makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. The food is fresh. Really, really fresh. I have had a wide assortment of the menu items and they are all amazing. Wow what a gem. I ordered takeout from a nearby hotel. Drove the quick 5 min drive down. The owner was there. She greeted me wish a huge smile and this sweet Vietnamese greeting. My food wasn't quite ready since I got there so quick. She was concerned about my comfort and gave me a glass of water and seat. Then when she came out with the food she gave me the food and wished me a happy wonderful trip and gave me a hug wishing many of Gods blessings. The food, just the topping on the cake!!! Food was good, but service (on a holiday weekend) was pretty bad. Only one of our three drinks arrived correctly. One only came after the entire meal and a couple reminders. Pho was missing the basil, sprouts, and pepper side plate, and a server tried to argue that they were already in the pho, but another server agreed that they just forgot. Maybe they were understaffed. But a server shouldn't try and tell me that they gave us something that they didn't. Everything was very slow, it took over an hour for a simple meal. There were some dirty tables next to us that were never bused the whole time we were there. read more

I stopped in by chance for lunch and found a very pleasant meal waiting. The menu is large but not overwhelming. I went with the classic Pho choice, the broth was delicious, served perfectly with fresh bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeno. With two size choices I would have gladly stuffed my face on the large, however the small was a perfect lunch portion. We love rose pho...the owner is incredibly sweet and often hugs us on the way out. Their pho is fantastic, and my husband loves that he can get Thai food here (pad thai) which is uncommon at most other pho restaurants around. My team and I have been traveling to Seattle for 18 months and discovered this place about 6 months in. The pho is really good on a cold and rainy Seattle day. The accompaniments are standard (bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil, cilantro and lime) and the broth is hardy. I had a few dishes, but found the pho and the fall/winter rolls were my go to dishes. Rose hugs each customer and blesses them. On our first visit, I found this a little surprising, but quickly realized how special this was; sometimes we'd go just to get a hug. Since we were on business, it is preferred to use our company American Express; however, they do not accept this card. We enjoyed our time at Rose Pho. read more
