The store hours on Yelp, their website, and DoorDash all differ so it's hard to know exactly when this restaurant is open on the weekend. I ordered delivery and it took two hours to arrive, possibly because the restaurant wasn't open at the time the app specified. Despite the delivery mishap, the food was good. The grandma pie had rich tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. The crust was a little dry, but they provided lots of tomato sauce for dipping. Their garlic knots were amazing. Soft, moist, and buttery. Their rolls were huge and very affordably priced. My husband enjoyed the sausage, onion, and pepper, and meatball, as well as the spinach ricotta pinwheel. The eggplant parmesan was also tasty and a generous portion size. It came with a side of pasta, for which you could customize the noodle type and sauce. DONT RECOMMEND! This is a RACIST establishment. I had a terrible experience here. My order took over an hour to prepare, while other customers received their food in just a few minutes. I was repeatedly told it would be ready "in 5 minutes," but that kept getting delayed again and again. The place was also very dirty and poorly maintained. Rosas pizzeria is absolutely delicious. I am blown away by the portion size, price and taste. That combination is very hard to get these days. The Caesar salad pizza has my mind in shambles. It's huge and taste like the best Caesar salad, on a pizza, that I've ever had. It was huge enough for me to split it down the middle for my sister and I. The flavors are just bursting on my tongue and it's probably the best thing I've eaten all week. Now.....Let's talk about how huge the pinwheels are! This is not an exaggeration, they're stuffed with cheese and pepperoni and I also got one with spinach and cheese as well. Both were so stuffed and lacked nothing. The pinwheels are so heavy it feels like you're holding a baseball in your hand and for about $4 you absolutely can't beat that. I didn't care much for the White Bianca slice but it was still pretty good. The pepperoni slice was also so good with a nice crispy crust. I think I've officially found my new pizza spot. I'm glad that despite some mixed reviews I still gave them a chance. Compared to all my local pizza shops, this one definitely comes in at #1. read more

Hands down, one of my favorite pizza shops in Williamsburg. I became a frequent customer and the service is fast with consistent staff and pizza in my opinion. No frills NYC pizza. A lot of locals go here and it seems to always be busy. There is a good amount of variety without going out of the norm so there is always something for everyone. The quality, price and service is superb for me. What also gets an A is the fact that they're open pretty late and near the G/L train on Lorimer/Metropolitan and some major buses that leads back to Bedford or Queens. Don't think this is the best slice in Williamsburg, but it's certainly a solid choice! I got the grandma slice and it was really good! But the real show stopper was the garlic knots. Rosa's was packed on a Friday late night, and the person and the cash register was super helpful for giving recommendations. However, I think we got the mistake of getting a whole pie and lasagna at a busy time. The lasagna noodles didn't taste like much and weren't well blended with the sauce. The pizza itself was good, but it was so salty and everything immediately slid off the slices when we picked it up. The oil got everywhere and left the entire pizza super wet, which we didn't love. Also we asked for pepperoni on our vodka pie, and they didn't give us that many. I think it would've been much better by the slice as it wouldn't have been soggy. There's a sign outside, and a staff members recommended the upside down Sicilian slice. It was OK. The crust is super stale and two crunchy and burnt. But the rest of the slice is gummy and soft. Been wanting to try this place for a while because some friends in the area have said it is very good pizza. And I would agree! We tried the plain cheese, pepperoni, and Sicilian slices. Of them all, I would say the Sicilian was the clear standout, even though I tend to usually clearly favor regular slices. It had a super crispy bite to it while still being nice and fluffy in the middle. The crust was flavorful and the cheese was nice and melty on top. Most importantly, it had enough sauce so that all that bread could soak up the flavor. I think while the regular slices are good, there's room for improvement. Our slices were a bit oily and seemed to have a pretty soft base. I think less oil and a more crispy crust would be better, as well as a more flavorful crust altogether. The sauce was nice but could have had a bit more flavor, I think for the plain slice it gets far overpowered by the cheese. Could also just be a matter of adjusting some ratios. The pepperoni cups were full of oil as well, and while I didn't feel like dabbing it off you can see my gf doing so in one of the pics . I want to taste fresh sauce and a flavorful crust more so than just oil and cheese. That being said I still think it's a comparatively good slice. I'd still kill for something like this near where I am in Fort Greene . I say 7/10 for the normal slice, and 8.5/10 for the Sicilian. Solid spot! read more
