Worst experience of my life. this restaurant almost killed me. I had a deathly allergic reaction at this after ordering a bowl. There was no mention of the yogurt dressing being made with walnuts on the menu in the restaurant. After asking if it had nuts the only worker responded "no" then we mentioned my bowl and she said "no, just walnuts." At this point I was going to full anaphylaxis where I asked my friend for water. Very good. Great portion of food for the money - $14 for a build your own bowl. Wish they allowed for unlimited veggie toppings but their current model is fine. I've tried the gyro (more a braised beef tbh) and the salmon and both were great. Veggie toppings are all good. Some of the sauces honestly are a bit spicy for my liking. I would advise ordering them on the side because I have a high spice tolerance and it pushed my limits. Labne was delish and was a good way to "cool off" so to speak. You can buy sides of veggies, pitas, etc. Whenever I've ordered for pickup things have been packed well and labeled well with nothing forgotten. CAVA is soon to join its competitors...CAVA has a similar Mediterranean DIY bowl concept; however, having tried both, I, personally, think ROKA has more creative toppings and will give you 2 servings for the price of one. **Review is for UberEats only** My claims are attested by my having ordered twice within the week, after having tried it for the first time. Both times I opted for the Build-Your-Own-Bowl option ($13.99) (they also have pre-built and wraps [$11.99]), I essentially chose the same both times: 1. Bases (Pick 3) - Tomato bulgar (must-get. A classic Lebanese dish with a fluffy wheat-berry grain flavored with an aromatic tomato sauce base) - Romaine - Spring mix 2. Protein (option to add-on) - Grilled chicken (unlike other build-your-own establishments, they do not skimp on the chicken and the chicken was actually tender both times) 3. Dips (Pick 2) - Smoky eggplant (Baba Ghanoush?) - Labneh (walnut-yogurt dip) I will be honest, once delivered, the dips/sauces all got blurred into a delicious concoction; however, the labneh really stood out.
