Guillermo was very friendly, helpful and motivated to help us purchase our new car! Thank you for all of your help.

Jamie Rich and Logan Smith did a wonderful job helping us getting the truck that we wanted; they went above and beyond to fulfill our demands. We highly recommend both of them! read more

As a first time buyer, this was the best experience I could have ever asked for. In the past, I have gone with other to purchase cars of their own, but nothing compares to the experience I had as a first time car buyer. I had a wonderful sales associate, Diego, who had so much patience and was readily available to answer all the questions I had regarding the best car fit for me. Diego provided me with all his time and attention, going above and beyond to meet all my needs. Diego allowed me enough time to really consider each car individually and make the best choice for myself. Diego ensured my experience was completed in a timely manner, allowing me to enjoy my new car for the remainder of the day. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking into purchasing a new or used car. read more

I leased a 2015 Ford Escape last year. I was just in for my second oil change. Everyone there is super friendly. As soon as I pulled up in the service area, someone was there to greet me before I even opened my car door. I had an appt. to get the works done. They told me it would be 1- 1 1/2 hours. It was done in 1 hour and 20 minutes. They also gave my car a free car wash. 2 weeks ago I stopped in because my low tire light came on. Again, I pulled up in the service area and someone was there to greet me immediately. They took the car around to the back to check tires. They were back in 5 minutes, had put air in one of my tires. They said no charge and told me to have a good day. I love the customer service here. read more

Called them about a car they had listed on CarGurus.com and attempted to negotiate but they held firm on the price of $14,998. The price wasn't great but it wasn't horrible either so we agreed to pay full price. The plan was to fly down from Vegas tomorrow and pick up the car. They said to just come in and finalize everything tomorrow. I insisted on getting a total "Out the door" price before arranging airfare. They said they needed some time to work that up. They called back 20 minutes later and the price had jumped to $17,300 for accessories they claim to have installed on the car and dealer document fees. I expect a couple hundred in dealer document fees but not $2,300 They defended themselves saying they charge everyone that amount. I asked why the CarGurus ad did not have the price for the "extra accessories" and he said he doesnt know why but that all their other buyers are okay with it. Needless to say we cancelled the transaction. I just felt like I should share the experience in case anyone else is tempted to travel to them without getting a total price for the vehicle. read more

The only my reason I'm giving this place one star because there is no option to give it zero. We went in to buy a used car and got a good deal. Before signing there was over $800 worth of fees outside the tax/title/licensing. The salesman Dennis and everyone else there are unscrupulous dishonest business men. read more

I brought my F-350 in for routine maintenance. I always make an early appointment several days in advance and, as usual, a service writer approached almost immediately on my arrival. The check-in process went smoothly and my wait for the work to be completed was within the estimate that was given to me. The customer waiting area is not fancy, but adequate. I am giving a 3 star rating because I have no cause to complain, but I did not see that anyone - from the service staff to the cashier - went "above and beyond" to make me feel really valued as a customer. Everyone with whom I dealt was efficient and matter-of-fact in their role, but I get that same level of service at a self checkout in a grocery store. Because of the proximity to my home, I will probably continue to have my vehicle serviced at Robert Horne Ford as long as the complimentary coffee is fresh and hot. read more

Picked up a 2018 Ford Raptor this weekend. Worked with Kevin Hort. We worked everything out via email. He was upfront and honest. He drove his own car to pick me up an hour away and took me back to the dealership. I test drove the truck and made the purchase. There were no surprises with the price. There was zero pressure to buy any additional warranties. The finance department even was able to get me a slightly lower rate than what I was pre approved for. In and out in about 2 hours. Thank you Kevin for your honestly. It was a very pleasant experience at Robert Horne Ford. read more

Have taken quite a few Fords in to their service department the last 14 or so years. Have even purchased a vehicle. This last attempt at service was just that an attempt to see if they continue to be as awful as they have been in the past. Sure enough they lived up to what we expected. We left my husband's truck to be looked at while we went on vacation for a week. There were a few things that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Received a call a few days later and were told that 2 solenoids in the transmission needed to be changed, the moon roof needed a new motor (and for some reason the headliner was also needing to be replaced due to water damage when it rained cats and dogs while we were gone-probably because they left it out- the vehicle was returned to us with oil handprints all over the headliner from the service techs trying to fish the sun roof), and the ac that didn't work need to lose a pound of Freon and be reprogrammed. This was all to the tune of $6k. When we said just get the moon roof closed and fix the ac it went to almost $600. Drive away and the ac STILL did not work. Called the service advisor and notified him and he said bring it in. Brought it back the next day which was a Saturday. Showed 2 service counter guys that it did not work and no tech from the back was available to inspect it. They wanted it brought in again and refused to refund the cost of the ac "repair". The service manager Scott has horrible customer service skills and does nothing but try and belittle you. Even though this dealership is close and I own 2 super duties, a Shelby and an early bronco I will drive passed them and visit other Ford service departments, parts counters and will never buy a vehicle from them. If you need diesel work I highly suggest taking it to Diesels N More. Their customer service and workmanship is excellent! read more

I have been a customer for 5yrs. The last couple of months I have spent around 4500 on my car for service on my ac. They told me at the service counter that the motor fan was 268, when I stopped at the parts dept. THEY HAD THE PRICE AT 182. The service dept. said I misunderstood the man. I asked to find the guy that gave me the lower price. They could'nt find him for some reason. I called another ford parts dept and they said it was 182. That is over 80 difference. Keep in mind i just put a radiator in this car a month ago 1324. I wasn't told about rewards from them until this last time, it has to be threw your phone-so too bad for me. They were supposed to test drive my car for a vibration they could not find. The start and finish miles on their bill shows the same 92289 on both in and out. 758 for a blower motor--1324 for a radiator--1895 for a rear end--no rewards and LIES. 0 stars read more

I took my 03 expedition for a diagnostic check up as it was running very rough.Service manager calls me 2 hours later and says there is no compression in cylinders 1-3 and 5,and that they can rebuild engine for $7100.Told them to leave it alone.Took it to local auto repair shop for second opinion and mechanic told me the compression was fine --Gave it a tune up and the truck runs fine.Buyer beware read more

I am very disappointed by my latest visit. We have previously had my Explorer serviced at this location and had a great experience. However, this time was vastly different. Throughout multiple interactions I spoke with Adam in service and was spoken to as if I was an idiot. He not only spoke to me over the phone this way but in person to my husband. In speaking with the service manager he was apologetic and said he would get to the bottom of the issues we were having. It ended in Adam calling and being snippy about me calling his service manager to lodge a complaint. Over all I will NEVER return to this dealership due to the actions of one who had less than par actions and demeanor. read more

I had made an appointment for an Oil change and have the AC looked at (it was working but maybe needed a charge), at 8:30am in the morning. After arriving on time I was told it would not be done till after 2:30pm and was I going to still stay and wait? After letting them know that this was not acceptable, I was told it was like surgery and that it does not happen at the time you make an appointment for. So let see Oil change,,, Surgery, Oh boy! I'm pretty easy and don't mind waiting a little longer for good service, but this is so very ridiculous!! So after wasting an hour of my time to get nothing done, I don't ever see going back to this service department again. I would suggest you do the same! They have no respect for your time what so ever, so it is time to find someone that does. read more

It saddens my heart to give bad reviews you can look on my yelp and you can see that I only usually give 5 Star reviews when I feel great about a company. I have yet to ever give a bad review until now. The only reason I use this company is because I used true car and they had a truck that I was interested in I went out there and they told me I can have this truck for 36,196. I was really only interested in A2 wheel drive but when they said I can have the 4 wheel drive at that price I was going to go ahead and buy. Then there comes the number games and we all know how that can be I was tired and hungry and really wanted to come back the next day. This was Labor Day weekend and Ronnie my salesman said how busy it was going to be so I went ahead and pushed through the finance and everything and said that I'd come back from my walk through on my truck at a later date. When I started really looking over the paperwork I noticed that there was a $1,300 charge for window tint and Scotch Guard which should have been included in the 36,196 but I guess it wasn't so I didn't get the truck for 36,196 and had some questions for finance. Brian in finance did call me and said that it was for the window tint and the Scotch Guard? I was pretty confused cuz they did not say I could have that truck at that price Plus the other add-ons which we called Junk add-ons. He said he would look it over and look at the numbers and call me back which he never did. I might also add that I made a 9 o'clock Sunday appointment to have the walk through on my truck so we can learn "my key" and all the "features"on my new Ford pickup. I drove all the way from Queen Creek 2 Apache Junction and my salesman did not show up. I spoke with several people about my concerns on what it happened and nobody return my phone call until I finally gave Ford my review. Then my salesman called me and asked why I didn't give them 100% then when I expressed my concerns he cut me short and said enjoy your new truck I can see I'm not going to get anywhere with you. Well you have to earn 100% to get 100% just ask Earnhardt the three vehicles I bought from them they got a 100% . Well there it is my first 1 star review. Hope it helps them change their future customer relationships. read more

I have never been so disappointed with customer service in my life. I bought my car from Joe at Robert Horne Ford, he was great. He was excellent, great customer service, not your typical dreaded car buying experience. Since Joe was so great I thought their service department cant been too bad either! The service department however is awful. I will never ever take my car to them nor refer anyone there! I took my car in for an oil change, recall, and several other issues. One of the issues they could not duplicate because they are not allowed to drive fast enough, but they just wrote it off instead of asking me to drive it for them. I also asked about the recall on the 2013 Ford Explorers. Keep in mind the recall is for a gas tank that can catch on fire upon impact with an ignition source. I also am 32 weeks pregnant and I am not putting my newborn in a car that can catch on fire! I was told that they were not replacing the parts unless I smell gas. 2 days later I get a letter from Ford telling me to take my car in for the recall. I make an appointment specifically for the recall and they say ok sure bring it in, we will repair it, it will take half the day. I take my car in, and 40 minutes later I get a call saying my car is ready and that its not leaking so they wont be replacing it. They said they don't have the parts anyways so they ordered the parts but they are backorder until an unknown date. So I call Ford Motor Company the next morning at 7:30 am and ask why they would send me a letter telling me to get the recall taken care of if there are no parts and the dealers are only replacing leaking gas tanks at this time. The girl at ford said that was BS and the dealership needed to fix my car and any other vehicle that comes in, she said its a safety recall, we aren't just fixing whatever ones we choose. She called Robert Horne and told them to make the repairs. So the service manager calls me from Robert Horne Ford around 8:15 am and miraculously the part they needed that they didn't have yesterday suddenly appeared and was ready for my car to be repaired. I made another appointment for today and I asked for a courtesy vehicle since this will now be the 3rd time my car has been there in 2 weeks. He says he will give me a vehicle, so I get there today and I am told that the shuttle will take me to the rental car place. Shuttle driver comes and gets me and there are 2 other guys. He drives the one guy 20 miles east of where me and the other guy need to go, so finally 45 minutes later I am at the rental car place where I am now responsible for the taxes and fees and the gas. How is that courtesy, had I known that I would be shuttled and now over an hour late for work I never would have accepted. Every other dealership a courtesy vehicle is one of theirs that you use for the day not a rental car. I have never written a bad review of anywhere before, but this really is horrible customer service. They still currently have my car and I am wondering if I should take it to another dealership to make sure they really did the repair since I've been jerked around so much by them. We will never buy or take our car to this dealership again and I will be contacting Ford Motor Company to let them know about this dealership. Honestly I don't know that I will ever buy a ford again because of this stuff. And a minor side note, they never wash your car after you have it in for service. I have never been to dealer that doesn't wash your car before returning it to you. read more

We own a 2012 Ford 250 and needed some assistance with a tailgate that was mangled by our fifth wheel hitch. It was DOA but the folks were very understanding and didn't make any jokes til we left. I bought my car at Robert Horne Ford about a year ago, and I'm sorry I did. I had a salesperson who badgered me when I bought the car and he told me people don't know how to buy a cars. Then he said something loud enough for me to hear while rolling his eyes at the same time. Later, I went in for my first free oil change, and the service department had no desire to help, and I stood there while they all pretended to be busy. It seemed all the service personnel were standing around just talking to each other. About a week and a half ago, I took my car in again regarding some speakers that had a lot of static. I spoke to Scott, the service manager, and at first he said he didn't notice anything wrong, then I suggested he listen to it with my IPod. He hemmed and hawed, (while stroking my back in the process, and yes, he did this), then finally agreed to take the car in the back to take a look at it. I left my IPod in the center console thinking it would be safe. I was driving home when I noticed the radio playing instead of my IPod, and I never play the radio due to the advertisements. I looked immediately in the console and it wasn't there. I know, it was dumb to put personal items in the car. I called Scott when I noticed it missing, and he immediately said his employees don't steal, even though he was sitting in my driver's seat when he saw me put it in the console. People think they may be getting good deals here, but when you add up items stolen from cars and the poor customer service, you get no deals at all. Do not go to Robert Horne Ford if you can go somewhere else. They are not honorable. read more

Stopped in today to look at cars and ended up buying a Honda Pilot from Guillermo Campillo. Everything was fine and we ended up leaving with a decent deal. I ha originally rated them higher but later I realized the floor mats were missing. I called to ask if by chance they were left out during detailing by accident or if they just didn't come with the vehicle. I called and got ahold of the sales department and my salesman no longer works there. I asked the man that answered about the floor mats. He quickly asked how the car was. I told him about a minor issues and he immediately was uninterested in my answer and was uninterested in talking to me about it any further and said he didn't know what kind of warranty I had. He then said he'd look into the mats and the warranty and call me back and here we are now about 2-3 weeks later and I have yet to hear back from him. Very disappointing. I honestly didn't really expect them to still have the mats but the fact that you said you'd look into it and my warranty and call me back and didn't is very irritating. Needless to say I ordered new all terrain floor mats directly from Honda and am changing my rating. You were all very happy to sell me a car but follow up there stinks. I bought a brand new 2016 Escape from them on April 2 and a about six weeks in the brakes started squeaking when I came to a stop. That shouldn't happen to a brand new car... It had 18 miles when I drove it off the lot. Anyway, I went to get it looked at on June 4. Arrived at 8:00 for my appointment and an hour later I as told that it would take 3-4 more hours for my brakes to be repaired. I waited and nearly five hours later my car was ready. I was given my keys and told everything was taken care of. I was never told where my car was... I had to hunt for it. It wasn't waiting in the check in/check out area. When I found my car, it hadn't been through the car wash... I was pretty disappointed. When I went back in to ask about a car wash, no one would help me. To make matters worse, on my way home, I discovered that the brakes weren't actually fixed. The very first time I stopped at a light the squeaking and squealing resumed. That was my Saturday, waiting for my car to get fixed and nothing was fixed that I could tell. I called to tell them the brakes were still squeaking... They really didn't care. Why was I there for FIVE HOURS?? I was invited to come back and have them looked at again, but I live 30 miles away. Don't waste your time going out there. If your car is under warranty, go to any other Ford dealership for your repairs and maintenance. read more

HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I've been to this dealership about 5 times (including the purchase of the vehicle) and each time was a terrible experience. He was wonderful to work with. Our finance person was also helpful. Quick and easy. This dealership takes dishonest to an new level. The experience started badly when the numbers I presented were called out of line, numbers for vehicle price and trade value that came from their own website. Somehow during vehicle prep they lost the floor mats that were in the vehicle when I test drove it, they said they were never there though they show up in the pictures. The finance person made mistakes that took me significant time with my bank to work through. They told me they couldn't do a plate transfer as they didn't have access to that system. Finally when I had issues with the steering another shop pointed out damage that should have been clear to their shop and was a potential danger, the vehicle should have been sold in that condition. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. read more

Don't waste your time, literally! I waited for over a week for an APPOINTMENT, dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 in the morning, on a Friday. At 5 pm, I called, when I had no contact from the, pardon the expression, "service tech"...not only was my vehicle not ready, it had not even been looked at yet!! The response? "I can let you take your vehicle and bring it back next week"! are you kidding me? Why hadn't it been seen? "Well, we're a very busy shop"...well, not to worry. I won't bother them again...believe me, this lousy, again, pardon the expression, "service", is not unusual. Just read the lousy reviews. Save yourself a lot of grief...drive the few miles to Berge Ford; they got me in, and took the time to fix the problem. They were great; beware of the Horne bunch. They're just waiting for the snowbirds to come back; they've got all the time in the world, and this outfit thinks they are their bread and butter...I've got news for you, Horne Ford...I'M your bread and butter, the locals keep your lights on all summer...the winter folks are your gravy, but we are the ones that "support the local businesses", well, not this one, not any more. read more
