    I want to give a huge shoutout to Robert Horne Ford for making this the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They were professional, fair, and made me feel taken care of from start to finish. Even after everything was finalized, my salesperson Brett stayed with me for another 30 minutes to walk through all the cool features and get me set up on my new truck. It never felt rushed or pressured. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I am so glad to have a dealership like this right here in my backyard. Highly recommend if you want a buying experience that actually feels personal and stress-free.

    As a mom of a crazy toddler and a husband who is always at work getting stuff done like an oil change and car wash is a hassle especially when it takes two hours depending on how busy the dealership is But Jimmy was super nice and made everything happen quick he had one of the guys come pick up my car from my house while the baby was napping did a oil chance tire rotation and washed my car. Thanks guys I totally joked and told them they could do it monthly with how well everything was.

    With an imminent cross-country move from Arizona to Florida, and our current vehicle pushing 300,000 miles, we decided it was time to purchase a new truck! We initially reached out to Robert Horne by phone, and connected with Jana, who was very responsive and helpful in setting up a time to come by and look at new F150's. Upon arriving at the dealership, we found Jana to be very personable, knowledgeable, and not at all high-pressure, like so many car salespeople can be. We found a 2021 F150 Super crew cab with everything we wanted, and put a deposit down to hold it (our new Florida home was escrow & didn't want to mess that up by purchasing a vehicle). The entire purchasing experience was fairly smooth, but we were disappointed that Robert Horne was unwilling to negotiate the vehicle price AT ALL, even though we brought a $20,000 down payment AND a credit score of OVER 800 to the table. They were also adamant about their dealer add-ons, which were not only overpriced, but unnecessary. The gentleman in the finance department was somewhat high pressure, and all business. I don't remember his name - he had no name tag, and there was no name plaque on his desk - maybe for a reason.....Anyway, not a big fan of HIM or his pressure to get the extended service plan, but I suppose that's his job.... In the end, they did budge on one little thing for us, which as a super low-risk customer with EXCEPTIONAL credit, we appreciate. Anyway, we're in Florida now and living the good life - great beaches, great food, and a great new truck thanks to Jana and Robert Horne Ford.

Ignacio in service was an absolute ass in how he treated and talked to my wife about the "issues". None of which needed to be done just "recommended" when I called down there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE THEY WILL STRONG ARM YOU AND RIP YOU OFF.

    I took my 2018 Santa Fe Sport with 49335 miles on to get a leak looked at and repaired. First I had…read morean appointment and waited 30 minutes for the service . They had my car for 4 hours while I waited and found I needed a valve cover gasket. They also did an all point inspection. My total quote for everything they listed besides the gasket , fuel induction service, 4 wheel alignment, remove and replace brake fluid, remove and replace coolant and remove and replace all 4 cylinder spark plugs and that quote was over $2,300. I had them replace the valve gasket to fix the leak and make my car not smell leak burning oil, plus the all point inspection which all came back checked and ok now was $888.18! I drove home and parked it. When I drove it the following Monday it still smelled like burning oil, my window washer fluid was squirting from the passengers side of the hood, nothing on my windshield, my coolant is just above the low mark and my right rear air tire cap is nowhere to be found! While looking under my hood I noticed I have 2 Slashes and a hole in the black hose leading to my windshield washer, nothing cracked from heat, looks less legalizes and a gouge from a sharp tool. I was offered a car wash with my service which I didn't get after 4 hours and almost 1,000 dollars in alleged service. I am a single women in my 70s and I drive from Gilbert because my local dealership can never get me in. I know a large amount of single gals that I would share my praises to but I am not happy with this service nor the fact that you took advantage of a senior women who lives beacon a tight budget. I won't be returning with my business! I was always a Toyota lady but wanted to try this SUV which has cost me over $7,000 in repairs and none of it covered by warranty. Stay away from this dealership, they will rip you off and leave your car with more damage to have repaired! Also I will let my friends know to steer clear of this dealership. All you had to do was actually do the inspection top things off and not damage my vehicle further. I am so over being taken advantage of!

    ***BUYER BEWARE*** I…read morevisited this dealership today to test drive a 2011 Ford F-350 that had 88,000 miles on it. Before I decided to test drive the vehicle and travel 45 miles, I asked questions of the Internet Sales Team about the Truck. I asked if the Truck had ever been used as a 5th Wheel. The Internet Salesman told me that it had not and assured me of this. I wound up test driving the truck with my wife in the passenger seat and a Salesman in the back. The steering was awful and uncontrollable traveling down the freeway at 65 MPH. It was apparent that the Truck had significant suspension and alignment issues. The Salesman suggested that I wait until after returning to the dealership to test the 4 wheel drive in their lot. I didn't listen, cause problems will be identified at a high rate of speed. Certainly, those problems were. The Truck stalled when I pulled back into the Dealer Lot. They wanted $28,000 for something that would have costed an additional $15,000 in repairs. Once the test drive was over, I looked under the bed liner of the Truck to see if there were any holes indicating that the Truck was used as a 5th Wheel. Sure enough, there were holes concealed under the bed liner and they lied about it. Typical small dealer hustling honest people. I decided to make an offer on another vehicle for $30,800 that had 126,000 miles on it. They lost the sale over $1,200. I am very thankful that I have no ties to ownership of a vehicle that came from this wasteful, pathetic dealership. This type of place is the reason people hate going shopping for vehicles and a Great Reminder, stay away from doing any business with this dealership. I should have known better, I typically only go to name brand dealerships. What is 'Trucks Only'? An overrated place to ever visit and a sad name for a dealership. Stick with the major dealerships. The folks at this place are substandard by definition of the word. The good news is folks that there is help to be found. Please go to https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc. The dealerships are heavily regulated by the FTC, please file your valid complaint on the website and let your voice be heard.
