Two of the estimated repair costs were TWO separate 200 dollar charges to use the diagnostic tool. Let me clarify that. They wanted 400 dollars in the estimated repair cost JUST to use the diagnostic tool to figure out what's wrong DURING a full and complete 200 dollar inspection that's supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car. I will never ever go to a dealership again for as long as I live. when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a few pieces of paper stapled together with generic vague short details about what could be fixed on the car with a 7,000 dollar estimate. After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

I was dealing with Scott Shaffer, who was completely up front about everything as he responded to my questions. I am not accustomed to going to the dealer for service, as they are typically much more expensive than an independent. But I know that they know my car better than any other brand or independent, so I made an appointment to come in for this oil service and inspection. Within the timeframe that Scott quoted they had completed this oil service and inspection which was extremely thorough. They provided me with a very comprehensive list of items that were recommended, both with maintenance and repairs. In my experience with dealing with other Infiniti dealers, they are usually NOT receptive to allowing you to provide your own "aftermarket" parts for major components, so I asked Scott if I could provide my own major parts. He immediately responded "YES", with the caveat that of course they would not guaranty any parts that they do not provide. This is different as compared to many other new car dealers, and by offering this they are now competitive with many independent repair shops. Given this new information, once I am ready to have any major work done, I will surely look to Scott at Coulter to help me with my repairs. Scott is definitely a 5% club member, and I will return to him for any major repairs on my Infiniti!...

I had told the salesperson-who used Chat GPT every other question- that neither had carplay from what I saw online, but he insisted that they did. After seeing it on the bottom of the Monroney label, I believed him. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with one car, which was a 2017 Mercedes, but the other was actually Infiniti so there is no excuse to not know your own product and lie on the Monroney label. Between the run-around I've experienced trying to figure out if I can or how I can get carplay and Coulter Infiniti's lack of accountability and resolution makes me confidently say to take your business elsewhere.

Mir took care of us. I'm very skeptical of used car salesmen. Who isn't? His office is in Apache Junction, and not in a great part of town, in my opinion. It's well off the beat and track, a good 10 minutes from the freeway. He had a 4WD Ram truck that we were intersested in. For the price, it was in good shape. Looked good inside and out. There were a few things about it that needed fixing. The light at the rear license plate was not seated properly and needed securing. Same for the electrical panel on the driver's side armrest. Rolling up the power windows made it come out of it's seating. Still, minor issues. We drove it and it seemed good. We consulted with both our sons, who know cars better than us. Mir would not negotiate the price. He let us walk the first time in. We left and discussed it, consulted more with our sons. One thing that bothered us was that Mir would not consent to us taking it to a shop to have it checked out. We were suspicious of that. Still, after consulting, discussing, and praying about it, we decided to pull the trigger and purchase it. Mir does seem like a nice man. He threw in a 3 month, 3000K mile powertrain warranty as part of the deal. I don't know if it's worth anything, as we have not had to use it. When we were going through the purchasing process, it was bright outside and we wore our sunglasses. After we bought the truck, we later noticed that one of the doors was a slightly different shade. It had been repainted. This was not something Mir told us about. When we called him later, he told us that it had some kind of minor damage. He was not forthcoming, which is what you'd expect from a used car salesman, right? Still, disappointing to me. Well, that was over a month ago. Our son is now in possession of the truck and loves it. There do not seem to be any major issues. That is relieving. Overall, I give our experience three stars.
