We came…read morein to see/test drive two vehicles, both of which were slightly overpriced based on market sales but still within a reasonable negotiating range in my opinion. We were fully prepared to pay the actual list price on one of the vehicles in addition to the standard doc, title, registration and taxes. The deal fell apart when they tried to tack on $500 for window tint which the car didn't have, nor did we need or want it and another $2500 as a "reconditioning fee". They claim that this is their cost to get the vehicle sale ready. Mind you, one of the vehicles we came in to look at was covered in dog/cat hair, had stains everywhere and reeked of cigarette smoke. False/misleading advertising and deal padding at its best. Dealerships like these give the used car industry a bad name as a whole. The cherry on top was when they told us the vehicle was actually priced $2000 lower than it should have been. Don't waste your time with this dealer unless you have a deal in writing before you even come in.

Mir took care of us. I'm very skeptical of used car salesmen. Who isn't? His office is in Apache Junction, and not in a great part of town, in my opinion. It's well off the beat and track, a good 10 minutes from the freeway. He had a 4WD Ram truck that we were intersested in. For the price, it was in good shape. Looked good inside and out. There were a few things about it that needed fixing. The light at the rear license plate was not seated properly and needed securing. Same for the electrical panel on the driver's side armrest. Rolling up the power windows made it come out of it's seating. Still, minor issues. We drove it and it seemed good. We consulted with both our sons, who know cars better than us. Mir would not negotiate the price. He let us walk the first time in. We left and discussed it, consulted more with our sons. One thing that bothered us was that Mir would not consent to us taking it to a shop to have it checked out. We were suspicious of that. Still, after consulting, discussing, and praying about it, we decided to pull the trigger and purchase it. Mir does seem like a nice man. He threw in a 3 month, 3000K mile powertrain warranty as part of the deal. I don't know if it's worth anything, as we have not had to use it. When we were going through the purchasing process, it was bright outside and we wore our sunglasses. After we bought the truck, we later noticed that one of the doors was a slightly different shade. It had been repainted. This was not something Mir told us about. When we called him later, he told us that it had some kind of minor damage. He was not forthcoming, which is what you'd expect from a used car salesman, right? Still, disappointing to me. Well, that was over a month ago. Our son is now in possession of the truck and loves it. There do not seem to be any major issues. That is relieving. Overall, I give our experience three stars.

So something did happen.....and the Arnold's team responded beautifully! Although this van had low mileage, it is 9 years old....it looked showroom new. STILL had a bit of that new car smell. Based on the CarFax it may have been in a fleet of private rental vehicles, but wasn't driven much so sitting dormant may have contributed to the gas pump issue that popped up about two weeks or so after we bought it. The Arnold's service team inspected it, made the correct diagnosis and very quickly had me back sporting around in our new van. So grateful that we chose to partner with Arnold's for this vehicle purchase. Will go here first whenever we need another car!

***BUYER BEWARE*** I…read morevisited this dealership today to test drive a 2011 Ford F-350 that had 88,000 miles on it. Before I decided to test drive the vehicle and travel 45 miles, I asked questions of the Internet Sales Team about the Truck. I asked if the Truck had ever been used as a 5th Wheel. The Internet Salesman told me that it had not and assured me of this. I wound up test driving the truck with my wife in the passenger seat and a Salesman in the back. The steering was awful and uncontrollable traveling down the freeway at 65 MPH. It was apparent that the Truck had significant suspension and alignment issues. The Salesman suggested that I wait until after returning to the dealership to test the 4 wheel drive in their lot. I didn't listen, cause problems will be identified at a high rate of speed. Certainly, those problems were. The Truck stalled when I pulled back into the Dealer Lot. They wanted $28,000 for something that would have costed an additional $15,000 in repairs. Once the test drive was over, I looked under the bed liner of the Truck to see if there were any holes indicating that the Truck was used as a 5th Wheel. Sure enough, there were holes concealed under the bed liner and they lied about it. Typical small dealer hustling honest people. I decided to make an offer on another vehicle for $30,800 that had 126,000 miles on it. They lost the sale over $1,200. I am very thankful that I have no ties to ownership of a vehicle that came from this wasteful, pathetic dealership. This type of place is the reason people hate going shopping for vehicles and a Great Reminder, stay away from doing any business with this dealership. I should have known better, I typically only go to name brand dealerships. What is 'Trucks Only'? An overrated place to ever visit and a sad name for a dealership. Stick with the major dealerships. The folks at this place are substandard by definition of the word. The good news is folks that there is help to be found. Please go to https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc. The dealerships are heavily regulated by the FTC, please file your valid complaint on the website and let your voice be heard. I needed a battery replaced, asked if they deal with my warranty company. Was told "yes but do they cover batteries" to which I replied "I believe so". Then was told to be a jerk somewhere else and hung up on. I called back because I wasn't sure if I came across wrong but wanted to clear the air since my warranty says it covers "new batteries up to $135". Sorry for my ignorance. Then I was given an attitude again, and hung up on again. If you're a new customer I'd highly suggest you go somewhere else. They probably take care of their regulars but if you're not versed on mechanical ins n outs you might want to avoid this high n mighty attitude of this place.

My customer told him that wasn't the way to do it and his ego went crazy. He started yelling and swearing and demanding to be paid even tho he has now refused to load the trailer as agreed. Then started threatening to call the cops and have everyone arrested unless we got paid. Threatened the customer on site he would ban him from doing any government jobs every and just screaming and cussing at the two men and one WOMAN on site. Beyond unprofessional and down right crazy!
