We interviewed several contractors and Joe with CB Homes matched our communication style and genuine care for the work performed. We planned to move out of our home due to the large scope of the project and needed someone we could trust and rely on without us being inside the house. Joe proved to be reliable and trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would and if he needed to adjust scheduling he communicated clearly and worked with us. He was excellent at managing the many different elements and phases of the project to keep us involved in the key decision making while keeping the project on schedule. Many people told us no way the project would be complete by our 3 month target but we were able to move back home exactly when we planned to. The quality of the work was exceptional and Joe provided us suggestions and recommendations while respecting our unique sense of style. I.E. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.

Estimate was very fair and what I really appreciated is that they delivered on their promises. I never once felt like there was going to be a catch or an upsell. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know everyone that came to do the work and they were extremely professional. For an invasive job such as this they did a great job minimizing the disruption. Clean up afterwards was really thorough. If (IF) I was to find any flaw in the experience it would be that communication was not 100% perfect throughout, but it was really nothing major at all. They manage big projects all the time and I just had to learn to relax and trust that they knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was top notch and in the end they made a big (ger) job go as smooth as possible. They were really competitive on their pricing and being a family owned company, assured me they will take care of my house like their own. Let me start of by saying, their customer service is top tier. Scheduling an estimator to come out was simple and all it took was a phone call to their office and they showed up the same day. The estimator was empathetic to our situation and assured us the work will be complete swiftly and with minimal interference to our daily life. We had ALOT of questions and they made sure that all of our questions were answered and provided guidance and feedback on all of our requests. We agreed on a schedule and had a crew come out in a few days. They were punctual and professional. While they were working at the house, we went to the company showroom to choose flooring and other materials needed for the rebuild. The showroom is spacious, has a lot of different options for flooring, tile and cabinets. What they don't have in the showroom, they were able to show online in a catalog. Great selection for every design taste. They also have designers in house who will guide you and show you so many different options for your project. The work was complete on time and on budget. This is a family business and they take a lot of pride in their work. The job kept growing as the days went on, nothing on their part - it is just how it all rolled out, and they were always willing to work with us on changes we requested. I called them back because our toilet had a little rocking going on which I noticed about a week later, and Armando sent someone out within a few days to fix the problem. This was after I already paid them in full! I was pleased about how easy it was to get them back out to fix it. Overall a very good experience and the guys were all very respectful and considerate.
