The estimator was empathetic to our situation and assured us the work will be complete swiftly and with minimal interference to our daily life. We had ALOT of questions and they made sure that all of our questions were answered and provided guidance and feedback on all of our requests. We agreed on a schedule and had a crew come out in a few days. They were punctual and professional. While they were working at the house, we went to the company showroom to choose flooring and other materials needed for the rebuild. The showroom is spacious, has a lot of different options for flooring, tile and cabinets. What they don't have in the showroom, they were able to show online in a catalog. All boards were stained on all sides prior to construction and protective tape was applied to the substructure so that there was no wood to wood contact. They were flexible on the start date because I had a medical issue that caused me to have to push out the start date two weeks. Communication was generally well, and they took my input along the way and got it done to my liking. The only thing keeping them from 5-star is that things got messy. Apparently they didn't realize their vacuum didn't have the filter on it, and dust ended up all over the kitchen and neighboring rooms. Took me hours to clean everything. Second, there's debris in the yard and driveway where they were working that will need to be cleaned up too. Overall they do good work, and I would hire them again.
