This one's a bit further than I normally trek, but decided to try them anyways. Got here early and the place was quiet. The plaza is relatively new and this was the only non-chain I could find there. Wandering in, had the front end lady greet me. Debated on the French toast, but decided to buck the trend and try their tacos. Also ordered a latte, which took a few minutes to make. Coffee is lavazaa which is okay coffee. Coffee wasn't too strong but it also lacked any flavor beyond milk. The tacos did take about 15 minutes to make, and I appreciate the attention but it did takes while to come out. The tacos were actually pretty good! The delay was because they did a heavy burned cheese layer on the tortilla. The avocado creama, creamy eggs, spicy homemade chorizo, and pickled onion lead to a very well balanced and well seasoned bite. Plus they were huge in size but every bite offered a similar experience. If I had to be a stickler, there was a lot of potatoes on each taco. Filler is fine, but I did notice the amount. As a taco, it's a very solid contender to one of the better tacos I've had in ct. the quality is there, the quantity is plentiful, and the price is right. If I only got the tacos, and I was warned that it would be a few minutes to make sure they came out right, then it would be a five-star taco. Because the coffee is okay and there was a bit of a wait, I did dock a star because of it. It's a great place for a local breakfast and lunch spot. So long as you go in knowing that it might take a little bit to get your order then the wait is worth it. The vibe is chill, the food is good to great, and the staff are very nice.

I go all the time, and every visit hits the same way: comforting, consistent, and full of that small‑town charm you can't fake. The breakfast tacos are my personal obsession packed, flavorful, and somehow both hearty and fresh at the same time. And the chicken cutlet? Perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned, and the kind of thing you think about later in the day like a little food daydream. The staff keeps things moving with kindness and ease, and the whole place has that "everyone knows your name" vibe without trying too hard. It's the kind of spot where you settle in, sip your coffee, and feel like you're part of the town heartbeat. If you want a place that serves comfort, community, and seriously good food, Mojo's is it.

We were on vacation from Naples, Florida seeing family and friends in 5 states. driving on the back…read moreroads from Massachusetts to Rhode Island last Sunday morning 5/6. Let me tell you, while making a turn, quickly noticed the place and stopped. Saw the lighted OPEN sign. THE place is GREAT. A local fave I assume. The waitress was so very nice and personable. The whole time there felt great. Only 5 others there and us. The server and the few people we eventually met there were so nice. BTW, Have a great ending to this story but for now, ordered the IRISH QUESADILLA and my wife had an Omelette. (no picture of omelette sorry) but trust me, whichever one you get, you'll enjoy. I wanted lightly fried eggs and home fries instead of the scrambled and fries listed on the menu. Am I glad. The eggs were great and the home fries SPECTACULAR. I love corned beef hash and having it in a quesadilla this first time was exactly how I'd like it but may never see unless I asked for it and I will here in Florida. Didn't want this meal to end. My wife liked her omelette a lot also with those home fries and agreed. Perfect! And a bottomless cup of great coffee. We occasionally talked the three people who were seated near us and talked about everything. Laughed mostly and it was quite enjoyable. After their meals, they left and we then had just asked for our check. The waitress said it's been taken care of! What?? I ran out and hoped I'd see them and thank them. I did and they were just getting in their SUV. I thank them and for their company also. What they did we also did in Florida. It's called "Pay Forward". Wasn't familiar with it. A few years ago someone here in Naples bought US a breakfast and wanted to remain anonymous. Wow! What a treat. We looked the restaurant and thanked them loudly. The following year we anonymously paid this couples check. We're seniors and most people in our breakfast place were. We paid their check before it ended. (Ahead of time before they got it) also the tip. It felt good on both sides of this. Do it at least once and you'll feel good about it. And if ever in Windsor, CT. and driving aimlessly, put this address in your phone. You won't be disappointed. EnJOY!

"Nothing you could say could tear me away from my guy…read moreNothing you could do, 'cause I'm stuck like glue to my guy" (Mary Wells) We took a morning coffee break, and had a wonderful time chatting, relaxing, sipping our drinks, and enjoying the friendly, mellow, and very chill atmosphere at the Café by New England Coffee Guy. They have plenty of seating, some upholstered furniture and we saw a few Friday morning telecommuters working on their laptops and sipping their coffees. Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. We couldn't resist grabbing a few on our way out, and we took home a box with a Spinach croissant, iced blueberry scone, and a cruffin (croissant/muffin hybrid). We loved our visit to the Coffee Guy, and I was so impressed by the total experience, I just subscribed to their newsletter. So the next time we're looking for a midday break or afternoon pick-me-up..... I know a guy!

Mon to Sat they open at 5am. I was only 10 minutes away from 6 but I figured they look like a place I'd want to eat at anyway and fate brought me to this awesome establishment. Upon entering it's not too bright and not too dark especially for this hour. The place looks immaculately clean. It's your typical diner feel just a little more modernish with the color scheme inside. Two breakfast bars and the rest booths and tables. Round stools at the bar for seating. The waitress greeted me and I just sat at the breakfast bar. I got a a coffee to start, nice med - dark roast. Not burnt and tasted freshly made, good quality Java to wake you up. Better than Dunkin could offer lol. For my breakfast I decided on the Crazy Good Hash and a side of sausage (they offer links or patties, I love my patties so that's what I chose). First bite was just amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect .. I low key was just thinking it would be the stuff from a can like other diners use but no.. you will not get that here. It was legit fresh corned beef... griddled with hashed potatoes .. it was light and flavorful, crispy crust and soft interior. Not drowning in sodium like the can stuff. The corned beef really just melted in your mouth, so juicy and tender just like a properly cooked corned beef should taste. It was just amazing and I was completely blown away. Paired together with high quality eggs and perfectly toasted with butter toast, there was not one bite left. I couldn't stop eating it. I was almost sad with my last bite .. but I was about to explode anyway since it was a very generous portion. I'm just a glutton when it comes to good savory foods. The sausage patties were great too .. nice crispy and juicy, good flavor profile, not herby like some .. I don't like those but these were great. Please come give this place a try and go for the Crazy Good Hash and Eggs. You won't regret it.

Upon entering, we were greeted, seated, and given coffee almost immediately (they have very nice cups with their logo them). Breakfast covers all the basics, and as you might expect from their name, they have a fairly large selection of pancakes and french toasts. The pancakes are quite large, and the flavored ones are often (but not always) based on the toppings. We were surprised not to see a breakfast combo on the menu, so we asked our waitress. She indicated that there was indeed a combo, their "Hungry Man/Woman" plate, which featured 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon one sausage patty, home fries and a choice of 1 pancake (Hungry Man) or piece of French Toast (Hungry Woman). Our Hungry Man orders came out very quickly, but even so our coffee cups were refilled twice before that! This was good, if somewhat basic, fare, though I'm sure the specialty pancakes, omelets, benedicts and french toasts have some interesting flavors. Besides refills, we were cheerfully checked on frequently. Locals know the value here, as there were numerous obvious regulars having breakfast and coffee at the counter.

Has been a while since I've been here, and wanted to make sure they were still good. The server I got was a little new, so she didn't have a good cadence to ordering or assisting. but with a little coaching from myself and her senior I was able to get proper seating and get my order placed. The order wasn't translated correctly to the kitchen though, and I ended up getting items that were cooked correctly but literally placed on the plate with wanton abandon. Feeling coy, I decided to take it in my own hands and properly plate my own breakfast. I cut the bread on a diagonal, layer the pieces, drizzle some syrup, and take some pics. Same with the pancake, smear some peanut butter and crumble the bacon (they didn't have banana, so I couldn't do a full elvis pancake) The bread is still really good! The cinnamon swirl bread was soaked well and had a great cinnamon flavor. the cook of the french toast was just right, and it was custardy and flavorful. The pancake was a little lackluster, the peanut butter was cheap and unroasted, so it didn't have a strong peanut butter flavor. the bacon was crispy and salty, which helped a bit. but the peanut butter needed a good roast before being ground up. The order was also a little pricy for what you get, coming up to about 25 bucks for a pancake and two french toast. The add-ons made this breakfast a little too expensive for the quality. Presentation aside, the food was good overall. There was some issues in ordering and with the quality that I got, but the bread's still good and the food's still pretty tasty. So a little bit of a downgrade, but still good overall. Worth a shot if you're in the area
