The delay was because they did a heavy burned cheese layer on the tortilla. The avocado creama, creamy eggs, spicy homemade chorizo, and pickled onion lead to a very well balanced and well seasoned bite. Plus they were huge in size but every bite offered a similar experience. If I had to be a stickler, there was a lot of potatoes on each taco. Filler is fine, but I did notice the amount. As a taco, it's a very solid contender to one of the better tacos I've had in ct. the quality is there, the quantity is plentiful, and the price is right. If I only got the tacos, and I was warned that it would be a few minutes to make sure they came out right, then it would be a five-star taco. He asked for no squash and the chef seemed to put extra squash on his plate. She should have remembered that he didn't want squash.
