I said you must have misunderstood, I just want a shifter cable replaced and not having just fallen off a turnip wagon I know that's a 10 minute job. In any case, that's not happening, so after 20 years and several bike purchases, I'm now a Trek shop in Allen customer. The only thing RBM has that I can't get online is bike service and repairs. You'd think they'd be making an effort not to eff that up too.
