We got here at 9:30 on a Tuesday night and got seated at the bar with one other patron. The kitchen closed at 9, so we looked at the drink menu. There is an impressive selection of vodkas here. On the top of the menu was 21 house infused with different fruit, herbs, spices, and botanicals. These span from the more typical (lemon, orange) to very interesting (sea buckthorn berry, chokeberry) to way out there (horseradish, red pepper). Below that is a massive list of 60+ vodkas from around the world. You can also get mixed drinks. To say I was intimidated by the sheer amount of choice on the menu would be an understatement. Thankfully, the general manager sensed our need for a recommendation. We tried quite a few different kinds. Each were served ice cold in an iced shot glass. The non-sweet ones came with some sliced pickles as a chaser. I am by no means a vodka connoisseur, but these were my thoughts. Horseradish - their most popular infusion. This varies from batch to batch on heat level. I thought ours had a very pleasant horseradish flavor with little to no kick/pungency. Jewel of Russia - a very clean almost flavorless vodka. Reyka - the manager's tasting notes - this Icelandic vodka is filtered with lava rock and has some minerality to it. Sea Buckthorn - we're used to infusing vodkas for limoncello, so we were recommended this citrusy one. Chokeberry - reminiscent of wine Vincent Espresso - we mentioned that we really liked a limited edition Coffee liquor from Hangar One and we were recommended this one. This one is quite sweet with good coffee flavor, but a nice ending to our tasting experience. All in all, their selection is so diverse, I think you'll find a few things that you love. Worst case scenario is that you try something new and interesting and get to spend some time mingling with the friendly bartender and patrons.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! My dad suggested this place and at first I was skeptical - not my favorite cuisine- but wow was I wrong- the lamb was phenomenal! The latkes, pierogis and beet salad were truly delectable. The best part was the honey cake and the service from Joseph! What a wonderful human! We will definitely be back! The ambiance was cute and cozy too!

Great food. Service was great too. We got both kinds beef stroganoffs. I'll be back. -

Russian/Eastern European Affairs nestled downtown in a quiet corner near Larimer and the Symphony. People come here for their vodka flights, especially their horseradish or beet vodka shots. I would past on the salmon blinis or the chicken Khiev was homey/good. Head back to a slice of the old Eastern Europe - come here!

Tucked away deep in Writer's Square, Red Square Euro Bistro is reminiscent of the unassuming and dependable neighborhood restaurants I used to go to when I lived in an European city with wonderful Russian cuisine. It's the type of place where you know you can get your usual. I'm still trying to figure out which one that is for me, but the Chicken Kiev is a strong contender. The Vareniki is also something I'd be happy to order over and over again. The staff is friendly and provides great service. This restaurant is easily my top choice for dinner before the ballet or symphony.

While the atmosphere and service were both pleasant, we were disappointed with the food. All three dishes, beet salad, classic stroganoff and Goulash, were quite bland. One of the things I love about stroganoff is the mix of flavors with onion, mushroom, mustard and sour cream. This was a very one-note dish. The Goulash was similar with heavy paprika taste and not a lot else. Too bad, we were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal.

I'm a pickle lover and Red Square has an amazing pickle juice martini. They use dill-infused vodka and pickle juice to make these amazing drinks. They're cold, smooth, slightly tart, and completely dangerous. The food was also great and the service was top notch. I'm in Denver often and this quickly has become a favorite.

Pickled mushrooms and tomatoes and cauliflower and plate of pickled herring with potatoes and red onion . Delish!

come for the amazing selection of infused vodkas (sweet and savory infusions) stay for the wonderful pickled sides and the best beef stroganoff I have had in ages

Summer borscht. Vegetarian. Beet, cucumber, dill, hard boiled egg with a touch of sour cream on top. Delicious.

Amazing service from Joseph really made the night. Limited menu but executed perfectly even though short-staffed. We had: Brussel sprouts appetizer - maybe my fav version ever Summer borscht Beet salad Rack of lamb - temps nailed Chicken Kiev Carafe of Russian standard vodka - smooth and delicious if dangerous Dark chocolate pôt de creme - richer than most but delicious Everyone loved everything, even though Eastern European/Russian food isn't a cuisine any of usually gravitate towards. Fantastic dinner!

Fortunately when we arrived, only two of them were occupied (I did notice that quite a few people came in to pick up takeout orders while we were there, tho). Anyway after perusing the menu we decided on the following: - A cup of Solyanka (soup) - Beef, turkey, sausage, cabbage, olives, carrots, pickles - A cup of Borscht (soup) - red beets, grass fed beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, served with the spoon of sour cream and fresh herbs - Hinkali - 5 large Georgian style meat dumplings. Served with our special spicy tomato sauce - Cabbage Meat Roll (Golubtsi) - a cabbage roll dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around meat fillings seasoned with garlic, onion, and spices. Served with sour cream. - Honey Cake - Layered cake with light touch of honey and pastry cream between layers. OK. This was a TON of food and each dish (except the cake) came with sour cream. Both cups of soup were incredibly filling (glad we didn't order bowls, but a bowl would be a nice lunch by itself maybe with some bread). Everything was delicious and portions were large. We ended up bringing most of the dumplings home since we were so full (they reheated pretty well the next day). The Solyanka was a real surprise. I'd never had a soup with olives and pickles in it before. It was really yummy! Our server was nice and very polite, and the restaurant is very cute and clean. I would definitely eat here again.

The service was fast, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we left with very positive impressions. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys European cuisine

Standout dishes were the qual, clams, borscht, warm salad and the desserts. The place is small so reservations advised. Wait staff and cooks are friendly. Aside - one person in our party wasn't enthused about Eastern European cuisine and was a convert by the end. If you enjoy well-prepared, delicious food full of taste, check out Molotov. He gave us recommendations and was proud of how much food we ordered between two asian women. The affirmation paired well with the food. Our favorite was the Clambasa. I was worried the kielbasa would overpower the littleneck clams but it was perfect together. You can taste all the ingredients in the dish well. The bone marrow was gone before I could take a picture---rightfully so. But the horseradish mustard blew my mind. The ONLY reason I'm not raving anout the Shuba salad is because a good friend of mine makes it so much better. No skin off of Molotov's back at all, homemade at custom to me will always win. The quail was a disappointing. I didn't notice that the sauce was listed as BBQ. I could not taste the quail. By the time the Porchetta came, we were readilly full...but that didn't matter. Crisp, fatty and flavorful. I recommend the horseradish horilka for all the dishes. Lastly, the pistachio blintz. "Not too sweet," is the Asian's highest praise to any dessert and this deserves it. LOVELY and light. A perfect end to a rich and savory dinner. And no, do not pair this with the horseradish horlike (just in case you were wondering). For this visit, my sister and I decided to sit in the patio area and sit under their local resident regular, the squirell in the tree (his name is Vlad, but his street name is Chad). But next time, I would op to sit inside. It is very cozy with PLENTY of things for your eyes to scrutinize. The first visit was not enough to take everything in, both visually and gastricly (no more room left). A repeat visit is warranted and highly recommended.
