DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! The hostess Savannah is incompetent and should not work in customer service. Our family first checked in at 8:28 PM with a group of 11 and was quoted a 20 minute time frame and the hostess gestured to her left telling us, "They just need to clean up the table for you guys." So my family didn't want to be pushy and was trying to be very patient. There was no one in the parking lot or lobby, just my family sitting and waiting patiently for them to finish cleaning up our table. While we were waiting, the hostess kept slamming the menus and looking at us. One of the people in my party had made a remark that "maybe she was in a bad mood and that's why she was acting like that?" All other parties coming in we're waiting outside but it was just my family waiting in the lobby. At 9:00PM all of a sudden a party of six comes in and gets seated at the table she promised us. That's when my party had gone up to the hostess and asked why they were seated at the table where they had promised us. That's when Savannah back tracked her words and stated we were going to sit you at two tables by the restroom. First of all why would you split up our group when that area you sat that group of 6 could fit our whole family. I know, it's because they're white and had asked to sit there even though she had promised us that table. I honestly think she knew those people and were waiting to sit them there. Maybe that's why she kept huffing and puffing and slamming the menus down. This is the second time we have had a bad experience here. Don't come here if you want competent service because it is seriously lacking here. Savannah has a very bad attitude. She has horrible customer service and should not be the front of the house. She doesn't deserve to have a customer service job with her attitude. Do better Red Lobster because the face of of the restaurant starts with the hostess and her customer service skills are subpar. Savannah never apologized for the situation just for the "confusion." No, there was no confusion you guys just gave our table to another party. Don't come here. Lindsey was our waitress and I love that she comprehended that, due to my only having been to Red Lobster 2 other times over a half century period, I wasnt sure what I would enjoy. So, I notated some of things that appealed to me and then, like she knew me my entire life, she made a perfect suggestion. This was awesome because I hate being the last guy to order. Seven of us gathered came in from all over SoCal for a birthday. Even though we arrived a bit staggered, the host sat us and drinks were delivered promptly, so the experience was enjoyable. I wasnt too hungry so I ordered the Maple chicken (lunch serving portion... thanks Lindsey!!!). It was delicious and just the right amount of food. After the meal Lindsey brought out multiple scoops of ice cream in a margarita glass. It was drizzled in chocolate sauce for our auntie's birthday. Server "Troy" stepped when he noticed our selfie struggle. He snapped more than his fair share of photos and had us all laughing. So great of an experience deserves a great review. Thoroughly enjoyed a birthday celebration last night. It was the choice of the birthday girl to go to the Red Lobster and we were happy to comply. However, in the past I personally have felt that their presentation, i.e. small shrimp in a small bowl swimming in butter did not appeal to me all that much. But last night at this particular location my expectation was met in a big way. Portions were substantial and more importantly delicious. I had the skewered shrimp, baked potato and garlic string beans which satisfied my taste buds nicely. As did the steak another guest ordered as were the entrees others ordered, ample food and certainly tasty, a perfect meld of seasoning and butter that far exceeded any other visit to a Red Lobster. Do not let the idea of a large chain restaurant not having superlative food. The Red Lobster rose to the occasion nicely and we will be back. read more

We came on a Thursday early evening. We were greeted by savanna who was warm and welcoming. The ladies room needed a toilet paper refill, I alerted her and she said that you for letting her know. The next bathroom trip it was all replaced. I did not get a drink refill but my server was training so totally get its a lot to remember. Overall I enjoy the atmosphere. I had never eaten at a Red Lobster before, although the wife claims we did 20 something years ago. Oh well, whatever... we had a gift card so we rolled in to this place. I'm glad we did, because after my first exposure to Red Lobster I plan to return. Keep in mind this review is only for ONE visit, so it could change down the road. We received fabulous service, from the hostess and host to the waitress and food servers. Two thumbs up! We ordered the Lobster and Langostino Pizza (Blend of Maine, langostino and Norway lobster, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and sweet basil.) as an appetizer; as well as a cold draft beer. The waitress also brought us some of their kind of cheesy biscuits. The biscuits melted in our mouths and were very flavorful. The pizza appetizer was super thin crust, but held up well under the toppings. That was one of the best appetizer pizzas both of us had ever had. Very flavorful! For our entrees I ordered the Friday special - fried fish, coleslaw and fries (which according to their menu is the same as the fish & chips plate). The wife ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio (a sampling of Walt's Favorite Shrimp, hand-crafted garlic shrimp scampi and creamy shrimp linguini Alfredo. Served with lemon, cocktail sauce and choice of two sides). When my plate arrived I observed there was a single piece of fried fish. What I soon found out was this piece of fish was a solid, decent sized, filet and thicker than most fish & chips you run across at most other places. It wasn't the common Atlantic cod. I'm thinking it was a rock cod filet, but failed to inquire. The filet was lightly battered, not crazily thick like some places. This allowed for more taste of the actual filet, not the batter! The filet was not overdone and moist. I really liked it! The fries were crisp. The coleslaw was okay, but I'm not a big fan of slaw to begin with. I was very satisfied with my meal. The wife's Seaside Shrimp plate had healthy portions of the three varieties of shrimp. For my wife to tell me, "there are way too many shrimp"; as well as allow me to sample all three, I know that's the case. I really enjoyed the taste of the Alfredo sauce and garlic butter on two of the items. The cocktail sauce for the third item (batter fried shrimp) was decent too. We have been to the Bluewater Grill here in Temecula a couple of times. That place, albeit the service and food were good+, is not worth the extra big bucks unless you are trying to impress a significant other on a date. This place is not as "elegant", but it's not a run down dive either (kind of old school I suppose). Hey, but that's just me - y'all can decide on that. They have some pretty damn good looking daily deals on the menu, that are enticing us back sooner rather then later. I hope that whoever the head chef overseer in the kitchen, on Friday night was, is there again when we go. He/she was spot on. Absolutely no complaints about this Red Lobster. It's exactly what you'd expect from a RL. Great staff, clean atmosphere, delicious food. I highly recommend dipping your cheddar biscuits into the lobster bisque soup. Another great thing to mention is they also provide table entertainment tablets. We sat at the bar ordered one beer and a soda and then got a basket of rolls within 5 mins, great start, (noticed an overwhelming pile of dirty glasses at the bar and only 2 other couples sitting alongside) then we were left waiting...and waiting...and we asked for more bread while we waited and were told by the bartender that the cooks forgot to make a batch, within 10 mins saw multiple batches go out & our drinks were empty...we continued to wait with empty drinks and the bartender MIA and after 45 mins decided we were ready to go. No wonder this place is declaring bankruptcy. Service was the absolute worst. read more

I took my 92 year old mother there for lunch on Tuesday as I was visiting from out of state, and I ordered the 2 lobster lunch. About 2 hours later I was sick to my stomach and here it is 2 days later and I am still recovering. It had to be from the food as I hadn't eaten anything that day before or after that. The service was excellent but the food must have given me some kind of food poisoning from what I have read about food poisoning that I experienced. read more

I have no idea why this place is scored low! I honestly had a wonderful dinner with my hubby! Shoutout to our waiter josh for being on top of everything! Portions were huge! Their entrees come with free cheddar biscuits & either Caesar or garden salad! Both are delicious!!! They let you see the lobster and take photos before they cook it! Their Cajon seasoning on their lobster was to die for!!!!! The only nasty thing was broccoli which is why I'm not giving 5 stars! They just steamed broccoli, it had no flavor whatsoever! Was delicious! It's been years since we visited this location. Found some gift cards from a few years ago so we decided to give them a try. We ordered fried mozzarella sticks which were a very generous plate full and they were great. Hubby ordered some clam chowder that was too thin bu he liked the flavor. I ordered salmon shrimp and lobster plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. The green beans were perfectly cooked and a very large portion, the salmon was yummy, the lobster tail was small and excellent. The shrimp skewer was undercooked. My husband ordered Kung pao noodles with crispy lobster, it was plentiful and very tasty! He could only finish half of the noodles it was such a good thing! All in all we enjoyed our meal. read more

We came in on a Thursday with a party of 15 and they easily accommodated us within 25 minutes. Staff is super nice and everyone is wearing masks and sanitising in between visits. This Red Lobster (RL) to me is like most RL just pretty average but affordable seafood. The service is alright no complaints there, the food is good for the price which RL is known for. I've been here twice the first time with a date and the second time with the fam. I've had the lobster pizza and it was pretty good and I would probably have it again. I love how RL is always having some type of special like the all you eat shrimp for a limited time. I usually get the coconut shrimp with some type of dipping sauce. When I want affordable seafood I will come to Red Lobster because its good for the price, the food is consistent and the servers are very helpful. read more

My girlfriend took me here for my birthday lunch and it was great. They accidentally brought out the wrong soup and let us keep it since it was an honest mistake. So we got the bacon and potato for free and it was good. They finally honor VA discount so that was a good surprise. They could update the decor but that's ok. I've never really had a poor experience at a red lobster. Their endless shrimp is great. At the end of the meal they added a candle to my desert so that was nice lol! We'll go back again. It was a disappointing experience, the food was average, customer service poor, and I would not go back or recommend it. It took over 2.5 hours to receive the one plate of pasta that I ordered. Other family members received their food between 1-2 hours after ordering it. They were only willing to give me less than a 10% discount after going back a forth about it. The waiter was nice, and was obviously not a fault. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen doesn't seem to be able to manage a busy kitchen. Firstly let me say the service was awesome. I had a wonderful server only 8 months old with RL. He listened attentively to just how awful my lobster lagostino pizza was. This used to be a delicious pizza with a buttery garlic sauce and chunks of juicy lobster and lagostino(which is Crawdads from bayou s of Louisiana). The last time I was here it was pretty bad. First it started with a not so friendly, slightly sarcastic hostess. Than it escalated quickly after being seated. We had to wait at the very least 15 minutes before we (not any of the employees) decided to get up and ask for a sever. I really couldn't belive it. So many employees (including what looked like a manager passed by our table. It was very upsetting because this happens to my husband and I a lot but we were with the kids and they needed to eat. This is one of the longest waits we've experienced. My husband ended up going to that same hostess i was unsure about and telling him we have not been acknowledged yet. He actually went and got us drinks which was nice. We finally got our server and he apologized but the damage was done. I'm not sure if it was his fault or the hostess but with the amount of employees that passed by our table it was still unacceptable. Our girls were hungry and cranky at this point which made the experience worst. The lobster pizza that I always order was salty and falling apart. What on earth happened here? I do not go into eateries where there are no customers (only a handful were here for the lunch hour) , but I thought...it's Red Lobster....only good experiences in the past. Well, there are reasons why people do not choose to return to restaurants and here are mine: Before I begin I do have to mention how super my server was, absolutely a darling. The place is dark and dingy and outdated and when I still see carpets ( in a food establishment) which very likely have been there years I think of a wall to wall germ farm = bacteria, mold, dust, dirt, grease, hair, bugs etc. Even the photos are dark. The salad had more more core pieces in it than green leaves. The lobster bisque was so salty. The biscuits were salty and smaller than days gone by. The clam chowder was watery, salty ( as well) with grease floating on top. It tasted like an off brand out of a can. The salad dressing tasted bland and not quite right. I pretty much pushed everything away and was about to ask for my money back. I had a feeling not to order anything much and I am glad I didn't waste my money in doing so. Even the water tasted bad. Whoever is making decisions for this Co. needs to really rethink all because the way it is run now will not draw in return customers nor good word of mouth. I will miss RL read more
