In fact the waitress really should confirm customers know it comes with a sauce and verify they want it. The waitress did let me know the owner routinely travels to NYC for some reason to get his steaks. She didn't know from where in NYC. I almost forgot, instead of typical bread rolls to have while waiting for your food, they give a garlic and tomato sauce roll. They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. I called them this morning and spoke to the owner to inform him that their Facebook advertisement indicates they deliver to my region. He stated he will change his Facebook page. He indicated they will only deliver within twelve minutes and my address is in excess of that by four minutes. We will no longer order from them and will no longer dine in. If you recognize that we ordered during Covid to assist in keeping them afloat then you should recognize an ingrate owner for a 4 minute additional delivery. Moreover, my current delivery shows 14 minutes.
