Was seated at the bar, where the bartender was prepping for the days service. Asked for his recommendation and he said the burger was really good. Later in the meal, the waitress informed the bartender that the brunch menu was delayed again because the person who developed it was out. So I was too early to get actual brunch. I got an orange juice and a burger with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese. Food came out in a reasonable timeframe. Took pics and dug in. As a burger, it was okay but wasn't executed correctly. The burger was a chunky grind of beef chuck, which was unseasoned. The bun was toasted but was just starting to go stale. So the edges were spongy and a tougher chew. The fries were lackluster. Standard bagged fries, limp and not very crispy. Their orange juice is also weirdly out of a can. The price of the burger with add ons and an orange juice was 24 dollars . I'm fine with this price so long as the quality can justify it. But it's missing the execution to justify the price. Everything needs to be dressed or seasoned even if it's just lightly. A tiny bit of salt to a tomato can make the difference between a watery slippery mess to a fruity, savory compliment to the meaty burger. I would also be remiss to ask if they could vary the grind of their meat to a mix of chuck, short rib, and brisket? Or add flavorings to their meat mix to help get more than just straight up ground beef. The bartender was very good about checking in and helping where he could. He saved the experience, but there was little he could do to fix the meal. It's probably a great place to drink, and if you're drunk you won't care about the food as much. Today I managed to catch them late enough in the day to get something made, so I picked a few breakfast items to try. The location's not a pretty place. it's very much a gas station convenience store with a deli and a bench with stools. This is very much the place you go to when you're going to work and you want a quick bite to eat, and so long as you come in looking for that type of food then it works. The breakfast sandwiches were good enough. Eggs were cooked hard, white american cheese was melty and cheesy, roll was fresh, and the meats were cooked. There wasn't anything special about these sandwiches, but they were good for what they were. If you need a meal and want a basic sandwich, this place is more than capable of handling that type of request. The prices are actually pretty good, the portion is reasonable, and it's not bad. It mellowed out when treated like a French dip, but still a little too salty on its own. There was about 6 small strips of steak, with some tomatoes and onions also in the mix to help bulk out the sandwich. The tamale was massive, masa was spiced well. Chicken was pulles in long strings which led to uneven bites of chicken and masa. Price was good for the sandwich but not the tamale. 13 for the sandwich is reasonable but would want the option for some fries or something to bulk it out. The tamale at 8 was too pricy for what you get. Not a bad tamale, but would rather pay 4 and get half than pay for a big one. Least then I can try both protein options and pick a winner. They are improving, and the efforts are noted. New menus and new servers make for a better experience. They have a banquet room downstairs for golf tournaments or private parties. You'll see their big building from the golf course's main parking lot. You walk to the main entry staircase facing the lot, but don't enter through that door facing you. Instead, walk around the porch to the left, turn the corner, and you'll see the restaurant entrance straight ahead. We've enjoyed a lot of take-out from Three Season's - salmon teriyaki, chicken parmigiana, chicken Milanese, penne in vodka sauce, penne marinara, garlic cheese tortellini, and a hamburger and hot dog. The salmon was outstanding, and so were the chicken dishes. And I really liked their marinara sauce with the parmigiana and the penne. Not soaked enough, toasted with butter but not a lot of cinnamon in the dredge. Not great, but very functional. The biscuits and gravy were very much a northern take on the southern classic. Grands biscuits grilled on the flat top with grey goopy gravy on top. Very lackluster. The staff was very friendly, and the price was very cheap. Even with the golden delicious branded syrup upcharge the bill was only 12 dollars. Which is very affordable given the quality was not so great. As a generic diner, it does basic dishes well enough. There's not a ton of breakfast spots around, so it does well as that local greasy spoon. Doesn't need to be fancy, cause it's one of the few places in town and they are serviceable. I wouldn't drop by on my travels, but if you need cheap eats then this place will fit the bill
