However, I think the service and ordering process could use some improvement. There was only one person working, and he was clearly very busy and overwhelmed trying to make drinks for everyone. There was also no one else available to take orders. They do have a self-service kiosk, but I couldn't find all of the menu options on it, so I had to ask the person working for help. I felt bad because he was already so busy making drinks, but he was really kind and came over to help. Even he couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to order it through the kiosk, so he ended up making the drink for me himself. The good news is that the latte was actually really good! I think having another person working during busy hours or improving the ordering system would make a huge difference. Overall, I liked the cafe and the atmosphere, but the ordering experience is the main reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

I swear to God, I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I LOVE Quickly! I walked up to the chick and asked if they had Earl Grey, just to make sure, but all she did was STARE at the menu for a couple minutes and then hesitantly said they didn't have it. Well, No shit. That's why I asked you. Know your menu a little better before you waste my time. l: Then I proceeded to order: -2 Peach milk teas both with small pearl. The taste was TOO STRONG and the pearls were SO HARD! Not good! -1 milk tea with small pearl. Once again, the pearl is TOO HARD, and the milk tea had this horrible aftertaste. Not good! -Pudding milk tea. Horrible. It didn't even taste that good. Bland, nasty pudding, it just makes me want to commit suicide. -As for the Jasmine Green Tea, My god. This is one of my FAVORITE drinks but the taste of jasmine isn't very strong and the green tea is just baaaaaaad. So as I finished ordering, my order came out to be over $8 (Spend over eight dollars and they give you a free rubber duck!) and the little cashier chick didn't give me a duck. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently ordered a strawberry milk tea, which was listed at $6.75 on the menu. However, my total came to $9.19 due to the addition of strawberry jelly and an upgrade to a larger cup (see attached picture). Interestingly, the same drink on Grubhub was even cheaper. Additionally, I ordered a spam musubi, which was priced at $4.99 on the menu, but I was charged $5.99. When I inquired about the price discrepancies, the employee pointed to a sign indicating that prices are subject to change without notice due to inflation. This felt misleading and dishonest. The service was also subpar. When I asked about the "soya chicken," the employee could only say it was marinated, but she could not specify the type of marinade and did not offer to check with the kitchen staff. The beverage I received tasted suspiciously sour, as did the spam masubi I ordered. Overall, my experience was very disappointing to say the least and I would probably never come back. read more

This Quickly was horrible! I personally love their drinks but this specific location was the worst. The girl at the register didn't know how to use the machine, repeat my order OR count out change! She shorted me two dollars and after waiting 10 minutes I got a refund and left. There were 5 employees there and they all seemed confused and unsure of how to do their jobs. I really think this is a poor excuse of a business since not one person there knew how to do their job!
