I only go for the 5/5 good tasting cloud drink: mango coconut twilight because of the flavors and colors. It's very good to have at all Ume locations. I like it. Experience wasn't as great during grand opening here and to be honest, the wait time nowadays still takes a long 15-20 minutes before getting the drink after ordering around lunch hour on weekdays. I came here a few times throughout the year and there's always a new staff member there. Lines are usually busy. Ume's beverages are a bit small in size and higher priced compared to other places for similar value. Customers are usually happy with their orders though. Cashier was ok this time.
