Response to management: I specifically asked for builder gel, however she said I should really do gel x and I said I prefer the builder gel. As she began prepping my nail she asked AGAIN that i really should do gel x which i then responded "okay" because she kept repeatedly asking me even though i asked for builder gel specifically. This is not my first time at a nail salon. In addition, I never once said they were talking poorly about someone in their native language. I have worked with many a people and work in places that others speak comfortable in their native language. It is in poor taste of you as a business owner to assume I felt offended and or uncomfortable with people speaking in their native language. I visibly saw them point at a customer and them talking about how she didn't want to pay for gel despite agreeing to the serve. So please don't assume what I heard versus what I know to have happened, it is in very poor taste. Lastly, I have several pictures I can show as well where I was cut (twice on my finger nails) and once on my pinky toe which required the nail technician to have to stop the bleeding with a cotton ball.

Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing. I stand by my review and hope this feedback leads to improved training, quality control, and customer care for future clients. By the way, still no call from a "manager."

had kevin do my nails and it was phenomenal! loved the way they felt and the shape was perfect! felt so bad because the color inside the salon looked exactly what i wanted but when i got out it was a completely different color. felt so bad to call and ask for a new coat, however, when i called, the guy who answered was so nice and sweet and told me i can come in to get it repainted no problem. once i got the color i wanted, he was so kind to tell me it was free and to not be sorry. ended up tipping $5 because the service was impeccable and overall ended up with really nice nails for the holiday! read more

I used to come here when they first open. Everybody here is so friendlly and the salon is always clean . The price is reasonable and the work is thorough. Their prices only went up $2 since its opened..I love how they take care of their clients. Everybody knows and greets the customers by name. Moved out of state few years ago and just moved back to Orange. Came in last week for a gel peicure and a full set and again their works were still amazing. $30 for a gel pedicure and $34 for a set of gel acrylics. Will be back in two weeks. read more

I couldn't ask for better customer service than here. I've been coming for well over 5 years. Kit is amazing with doing my nails and anyone I've ever had for a pedicure has been great.
