Came around lunchtime on a weekday. Had a great experience!! The lady at the front desk is very nice and efficient. I had a wonderful pedicure that almost put me to sleep and tried the 'dip' for my fingers and was very impressed! Will definitely be going back. I went to this salon less than a week ago to get a fill and a pedicure. My fill was alright except my nails are not all the same width. I got coffin shape and my pinky nails are COMPLETELY different. There is about 1/2 of an inch difference in width between the two nails. Also, I checked the bottom of my feet and they are COMPLETELY torn up from the scrubbing trying to remove the dead skin. They tore off HEALTHY skin.... Not okay! Now my feet are peeling and they look disgusting. Also, I now have two ingrown toenails that I didn't have before!!! I remember them pushing the sides of my nail down into the skin and now it's infected!!! Not planning on going back any time soon..... Sooooooo disappointed! read more

Went for a gel manicure. They didn't have a blush pink color I wanted, ( probably only 2 light pink ones) The CND nail polish kind of had a wierd thing to it. After taking it out of the lamp, I would see small scuffs and marks on my nails, I brought it to Kim's attention amd she fixed it the best she could. ( just don't use the cnd brand, somethings wrong w the polish, either too old or idk) but she made the desigm I wanted and she did it as many times until it was perfect! Gel manicure was $25 and $3 for each finger design. She gave me a dollar off lol nice lady. I would prob not come back bc of the selective gel polish they have. ( they have mNy but not in my taste.) Just had a really great experience here, I was researching good salons close to my house and decided to go with QT salon! I called to make an appointment at 4pm and the host is very gracious & nice, although the nail technicians that were recommended on Yelp were not available at that time, I was given Holly (pedi) and Harry (gel mani). They were really great, and I highly would recommend them both! They give great 10 minute massages on your arms and legs, they speak English very well, no side conversations in Vietnamese, this spa was very quiet, very relaxing, clean, spacious, staffed very well for a Thursday & they're very busy! I showed Harry a picture of a nail design that I wanted and he replicated it's extremely well. Overall, customer service was wonderful and I really enjoyed my experience here. And since they simultaneously worked on me, I was in and out within an hour! I will definitely be back!! I also tipped very generously b/c they deserved it. read more

This is the best nail salon in Orange County. It's not like other nail salons where there's a huge waiting list for one or two manicurists, while the rest of the employees are just there for the newcomers and leftovers. Literally every person at this salon is talented and sweet. Secondly, the facilities are huge and even on the busiest of days, you won't have to wait much. The best part is that the prices are very reasonable and they give you an amazing massage, instead of your typical 30 second waste of time like they do at some other salons. ** QT Nail is located by Party City (past Olive Garden), not in the mall itself. ** I promised myself I would write that first in my Yelp review to help future clients find the place since, if you're like me, google maps will show you to the front of the mall. A three.point.five-star nail salon with a five-star customer service! The bff brought me here for a birthday manipedi and it's the longest I've spend at a nail salon (in a good way)! They initially told us that we probably wouldn't be able to sit next to each other but they accommodated once we arrived. I had Vi, an employee that helped run the place, who was fantastic. If I could give her six, ten, a hundred stars, I would. She really took her time with me, even asked me if I was ticklish, and made proper talk every here and there. We talked about other nail salons and she explained that they did their best to speak in English, though sometimes, they would need to speak in Vietnamese. To me, it was no big deal. I noted that their tools weren't taken out of sterilized bags but she explained to me the process that they took to clean the tools. Vi told me that they were particularly busy on the Saturday I went, since they usually were really slow by 5 PM, but I was there past seven and they were still quite busy. I think one word that could describe this place well is accommodating. They do it well. When Vi was working on my toes, she put some nail glue on one of my smaller toes, saying that it was slightly broken. This was the extra touch of care that set apart this nail salon/Vi for me, since I wasn't even aware that it was broken. Anyway, she really took her time with the massages, everything was really nice and awesome. She complimented my nail beds and taught me some Vietnamese words before letting me go to the drying/UV area after a good ~1.5 hours. Verdict: My French tip nails were in good condition (little/unnoticeable-except-to-me-chips) but once it hit a week, with the exception of about three or four nails, I seriously need to erase/redo my nails ASAP. My toes has some chipping but that I don't blame the polish/the application of the polish at all since I'm always wearing heels for work. For now, this is my go-to nail salon. It was $30 for a manipedi where I felt pampered and comfortable. It's slightly out of the way for me but I think it would still be worth it. Oh! One last thing, they don't have China Glaze/Essie/the higher brands of nail polish which put me off. They have some OPIs and some OPI-wannabe-polish. I usually get my nails done at a salon on Birch St. in Brea, but decided to find a place closer to home. I think I've found my new favorite nail salon!!! I walked in at 3pm on Friday of Memorial Day weekend without an appt. Counted 11 employees and ALL of them were busy w/clients! I was lucky I beat the rush and only had to wait about 15 min for my mani/pedi. However, I definitely recommend an appt since Vi told me they get pretty busy after 3pm most days. Eva took me right before one of her clients walked in and insisted on waiting for her. However, she did not rush at all and spent a full hour on my mani/pedi. The massages and foot scrub lasted much longer than most salons I've been to (I've been getting my nails done regularly for about 13 years). I was completely satisfied with the results and will reschedule w/Eva next time I come in. Total spent for mani/pedi w/callus scrub and solid color only was $32 + tip. I normally go to another salon for my pedicures, but today I needed to get a manicure with a design for my Hawaiian vacation. The lady wasn't able to do the design but a gentleman who I did t catch his name, was able to do the pineapple design just how I wanted it. I am so excited....Finally! A reliable place to get your nails done in the OC!! I don't know if it is just me, but I have had a hell-like time trying different nail places in the OC, searching for a decent mani and pedi!!! It got so bad I just started commuting 45 miles back to my secret LA spots just to get my nails done!!! Thank GOD I don't have to do this anymore!! The mani/pedis are amazing, as well as the customer service. The salon is beyond clean, and I was so happy they took their time on me and really gave me A+ treatment!! Just got a mani/pedi today after reading all of the great reviews on yelp. Customer service was great...they were super busy but got me in right away. Both of the technicians that worked on me were very friendly. I was surprised that they didn't have any OPI or Essie nail polish colors though. I feel like they have a really good selection of gel nail colors...but I don't do gel nail colors. It seemed like everybody was getting gel done. The regular nail polish colors were not very good...looked like cheap polish.The manicure and pedicure were just ok...not bad but just ok. I needed to get a mani and pedi before my trip out of town. I've never been to a nail salon in Orange so I looked on yelp and this place had the best reviews. I came here after work as a walk in and the ladies immediately put me in a chair. They didn't let me choose a color for my pedicure and told me they'll find me a matching color? I was like okay but I don't care for my hands to match my feet. I really really really love this place. I am almost always greeted by the manger/owner (?)...I think she goes by "V". She is so laid back and helpful. Didn't even give me shit when I asked her to never assign any of her male employees to do my nails (I've never had a man do my nails the way I like them), as ridiculous of a request as it was. All of their tech's are really friendly, and actually remember you when you come back. Christine did my gel nails and was good! She was quiet and didn't push her services too hard which I was thankful for. She didn't use the drill to take off my old gel which was nice. She took the time to only use acetone and file off the gel. Gel mani here is $25 and they don't charge for gel removal if you're getting another gel mani. The salon is clean, and I liked how you can see all the nail techs cleaning and sanitizing their tools in the back. This place gets really crowded so come when you have a lot of time! Also another good thing about this particular nail salon is that they provide gloves for your hands since they use the light for the gel! Went to this salon for the first time on Monday with a friend because our usual place was closed for Labor Day. We walked in without appointments and were seated rather quickly. Overall the whole experience was great ! The gentleman who did my nails wasn't overly chatty which I love and he really took his time making sure my gel manicure was perfect. It looked great walking out of the store and for $25 I thought I found my new favorite nail place. Fast forward 3 days and my super light pink/off white have discolored on the tips and scuffed. I work in an office and always clean with gloves on so I am not particularily hard on my nails either. Now they have a weird yellow/grey discoloration on 8 of them and it seems to be getting worse by the day. Not happy about this- my manicures usually last up to 3 weeks! I must start this out by telling you it took me like 15 min to find it. The address listed takes you to the mall. I had to figure out that it was in the far right corner if you're facing the mall. It's a nice place to go. The decor is clean and nice. I decided to get a new set because the last place i tried, sucked royally. I ended up with Kit. Kit is a very nice older man. Thank you Vince for your account of what happened. Strange since I never met you and you were not there during these times. So let me correct your rendition. One, on ALL accounts at minimum four nails had cracked down the center. I find this very strange as I do not have a job that requires me to put any strain on my nails. Yes, it was more than five days between times and I had explained I had been in the hospital for an emergency surgery, again not using my nails in any way. The last time I came in I was barely able to get out of bed to get them fixed, but I had two that had cracked down the middle on each hand. Now how does this happen when one is pretty much lying in bed all day?? It had NOT been two weeks and there was no visible outgrowth. It had been a week. Your technicians tell me I can get up to a month out of them. I couldn't even get a week. As far as the expired license, I know what I saw as it concerned me. It is possible she just did not post her new one yet. You do not stand by your work and that is wrong. I went across the street and got my nails done. It has been over a week and not ONE crack. So......who/what is the common denominator? You guys are hilarious. Now Vince's response has been removed and the exact same wording has been replace but by Kit!! You people are at total JOKE!! STAND BY YOUR WORK!!!!! Well Kit, you as all are full of crap!! My new nails are about three weeks old and NO cracks. So all I tell my story to agree that the issue is YOUR salon. This is NOT a me issue. I will not accept that it is my problem. I was in bed recovering from surgery so there is no way I did anything to crack a nail let alone four. I got my nails done here (gel manicure and regular pedicure) not even 2 weeks ago and I just had to get them both redone because all the gel on my hands and he polish on my toes started peeling off, and I noticed days after my manicure there were huge bubbles on my nails from where the polish was layered on too thick and not set. THIS WAS SUCH A TREAT!! I thoroughly enjoyed my getaway to QT Nails for a gel manicure and Deluxe Pedicure. My gel manicure is nothing less than PERFECT!! Helen did such an AMAZING job!! She took extra care in helping me choose a color, (this isn't easy! as they have sooo many different colors to choose from!! another plus!) and she made sure to perfectly shape each nail. There is no bubbling or clumping in the gel she used, and it has stayed 2 weeks!! For a constant typer, this is RARE! Tiffany did my pedicure. She was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She was able to make my dancer's feet beautiful once again! Tiffany is also very gentle but efficient in removing the ingrown skin/toenails that you may have. Overall, I would give this place 12 stars if I could! I have gone to plenty of nail salons but this is by far my favorite and new hot spot!! read more

I would and probably should give this place 5 stars but I can't. The service here is ok and the nail techs seem to have attitudes with their customers, especially if they are not regulars. I used to come here every so often when my mom would bring me when she got her nails done. My mom still goes here, ocassionally but I don't. Yes they do good work but they could be a little nicer to people. Often times I feel they rush and the owner seems to always being the one to finishing my nails for some reason. I listened to the Yelpers and went to see kit for fill. My fill was cheaper than my normal place in la. Which I immediately hoped he'd do a good job so I can stay with him. He was super sweet and listened. Everything looked okay until I left. Some nails are smaller some nails are thicker on the white and the acrylic itself. I think that's cause I was getting a pedicure are the same time. Next time, I'll just see him only, where he can be at his station comfortably. I'll then revise my review. Wont get a pedicure there again though. 22 dollars for the most half assed "zebra" design. She also didn't clean under my toe nails. And she nipped me with the nippers, with no apology. The deisgn looks like chicken scratches. When I asked if that was supposed to he zebra stripes she didn't say anything. Ol well. I am always very nervous anytime I come to a new nail salon. Reason being is that I'm a perfectionist and like my nails PERFECT. It was my first time here and I called 10 min before coming, and she said to just come in. As soon as I got there they seated me right away. Hellen was the one to do my nails, she was such a sweetheart!!! And she did my nails perfect. She even gave me a pillow for my back and every time she filed or polished she showed me to make sure I liked it. They did an amazing job! Since I'm kind of new to the OC area I always jumped around different nail salons, but I think I found my to go salon! The environment is calm and the people are super nice! V did my gel nails at such reasonable price along with a great hand massage! She was still able to manage the salon when people would come in because it does get kind of busy, but she still gave me my attention for my nails. She did amazing! Christina did my pedicure! She joke around with me when I told her sorry about my prickly legs because I literally just got out of work and came straight here. She was really down to earth and did an awesome foot massage! I found this place on yelp, and stopped by after work to get a pedicure. They soaked my feet, oiled them up with a nice 20-30 minute massage, prepped them, and painted them for $22. Awesome deal, and not too big of a commute to get there. The place is sanitary, and the technicians very friendlyl. No smack-talking or bullsh*t you get at other nail salons. Probably the most comfortable place for me to get my nails done. Most places make you feel awkward and the people here are pretty friendly if you attempt to engage in a conversation with them regardless of whether there is a language barrier or not. I been coming here for awhile now, I found it randomly because I really needed a gel mani. I come like twice a month now and they start remembering you when you least expect it. They get very busy at times on the weekends but are good at trying to accommodate all walk-ins plus whatever appointments they have. I like to call ahead of time and try to find out how busy they are so I don't have to wait too long. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a new place to go read more

I love this place! This place is clean, friendly, and I've yet to have a bad experience and I go here quite often. I even brought my 3 year old in with me for a mini mani-pedi. The ladies here were awesome with her and though my 3 year old was very apprehensive at first, they were so gentle and nice that little miss 3 said she had a great time with Mommy here. I normally come in for their spa pedicure. They don't have overly complicated packages which I like. They have the standard $30-ish spa package and then you can add the paraffin dip or cooling mask for a few extra dollars. That's it. No fancy smancy titled package list that you have to stare at for awhile trying to decide how much you should spend. I've come back a couple time since my first two reviews and each time the main girl remembers me, by name! I mean, one time I didn't come by for at least 6-8 months since I moved out of town, and she still remembered me! LOL They definitely keep an eye on their Yelp reviews. I used to come here all the time a couple years ago and it was always a pretty good experience. Nice people and quick service. After not coming for a while and being back I'm not sure what's changed but the atmosphere isn't the same for sure and whoever it was that did my nails had the most nasty attitude from the go. He didn't speak to me at all which is fine, but every time he did he was just rude and short. I asked him if I could do my nails different colors and he made it a big deal. Everything I said he looked at me like I was stupid. I felt like he was racist the whole time. He cut all my nails and didn't clean them up. He cut my skin on almost all my nails. They're now burning. I accidentally bumped my nail and he had to smooth it out by adding a quick layer and he rolled his eyes said "oh shit" heavily sighed proceeded to fix it. But the expression was just unnecessary. I had to ask someone else for cuticle oil. This dude just has a stanky energy. He tried to be fake nice once he realized I was pissed he kept cutting my skin open. Skin that wasn't even near the cuticle. I'm so baffled by my experience. Everyone was so rude and the service was so shitty. Best believe I didn't tip lol. I'll never come here again. read more
