    Four person beef menu set

This place is top notch Korean bbq that's clean w good service, good quality meat but also very homey and cozy. They give you a table full of fresh side dishes, appetizer salad and scallion salad for the meat. The part that makes it five star is the staff that grill the meat. They just know what they are doing w the fire. They fire it up adding that perfect smokey fire flavor to the meat. They were also awesome in describing the meat, how to eat it and the flavors to expect. We got the four people beef set and we were completely stuffed from second round of beef. Will DEF return

We had a lunch combo meals which are offered weekdays 11-3pm. The combo meals had choice of tofu soup, kimchi stew, miso stew, bibim naengmyun and mul naengmyun. We ordered marinated galbi, grilled mackerel and sizzling galbi stone bibimbap. Every dish was very delicious and galbi was tender and marinated well. The banchan was also fresh and tasted good. The servers were friendly and the interior was modern.

Besides the top notch bbq and stellar service, some clever twists to classic faves like this one we tried today - yook-hwe jang + kalguksoo. That's some smart comfort food. They are def upping the food game in Fort Lee!

This Korean BBQ spot is different than the rest-QGrill serves both seafood and meat. I absolutely LOVED the garlic parm grilled oysters and short rib stew! It's definitely worth to come try the delicious seafood, beef and pork K BBQ! The service is also amazing and there's free parking in the back! -Butter parm oysters -Galbi -Dweji Galbi -Galbi Jjim

Came here back in July for a birthday lunch. It was quite empty when we got there and they had a long table to accommodate our group of six. At times, it made it harder to share the food since the table was quite long. Service was quick and they cooked the meat/seafood for us. We got an assortment of appetizers, à la carte items, beef combos, grilled clams, and butter parmesan oysters to share which was more than enough food. Highly recommend the grilled clams and butter parmesan oysters. One thing I wanted to point out is, we were looking forward to the steamed seafood box, however they brought it out so early and left it at another table to sit while we were busy with all the other food at our table. I think they could have assessed the timing better because when they finally brought the box over, everything was overcooked and mushy which was quite disappointing. We also brought a cake and they were able to store and bring it out later for dessert. Good thing was they didn't charge a cake cutting fee. The ventilation was strong and we didn't come out smelling like kbbq!

Lots of fun and attentive service! They grill the meat at your table. I chose the bulgogi and parmesan oysters. Very delicious! Lots of banchan to add to the fun! The kimchi is slightly better than BCD and Myeong Dang in the neighborhood ( Fort Lee). The meat also came with an egg souffle that looked and tasted so good.

I felt like a king eating there, with their service of cooking all their meat to perfection beef on my left and pork on my right. Afterward, they would place the meats on a little plate, and I would use minimum strength of using golden chopsticks to grab little meats to shove into my mouth. With little effort of chewing, the meat melted in my mouth. That repeated for about an hour with some amazing bon chon and soup before and in-between meat bliss. Just wow

My party of 4 arrived around 12:15pm on a Sunday and were promptly seated. There were plenty of tables available for walk-ins, with only a few tables occupied. We ordered the large seafood pancake to share along with the beef combo 5, which comes with 5 different prime cuts of beef. The seafood pancake was torched tableside to ensure the pancake was crispy. The server served the pancake to each of us along with a side of dipping sauce. The beef combo was accompanied by an assortment of banchan, steamed egg, and a miso tofu soup. The server cooked each of the meats on the grill and asked us how we wanted the meats cooked. Our favorite cut was the ribeye steak. There were a couple cuts that were cooked with rosemary on the grill, but we found that taste to be a bit overpowering. Overall, a good spot for kbbq, but some items were on the pricier side. The restaurant could also improve its ventilation, as the restaurant got a bit smokey from the grilling.

I've had my fair share of Korean food and kbbq and this is definitely one of the best spots in the area. I came here when they first opened and it didn't disappoint. The service and quality was great and the staff was attentive and cooked everything perfect. Fast forward a few months later and I came here for my mom's birthday dinner and the quality of food and service was even better than the first visit. The seafood pancake was perfectly crispy and they did not try to skimp out on the seafood part. The beef was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Definitely a must try if you are looking for good Korean bbq. High quality food for an extremely good value

Newly opened Kbbq place in Fort Lee. Clean modern with extensive menu. Super friendly staff who are very attentive and provide great service. Delicious food served esthetically.

Definitely worth a try at least once

We came when it was empty on a Tuesday food was delicious nice and hot many flavors and new things to try. You need to try the corn with cheese was very yummy. Please try the peach sake it's very yummy. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was beautiful very clean loved the way it was decorated. Just be mindful it's a bit pricey but you get a decent amount I think it's worth it.

I had never had steamed skate anywhere before so my acquaintance told me that I wouldn't like it because it's "pungent" but I'm so glad I got to try it because I LOVED IT. So savory, flavorful, and packed with umami. Another good thing is their extensive menu. I can't wait to come back to try the rest of their dishes. The interior decor is very nice as well. The high ceilings and black color theme give it an elevated feel. And the staff is very nice and accommodating CONS: their air conditioning was broken when we went in the middle of summer (which I'm sure they'll eventually fix). I didn't mind because I love the heat but my acquaintance was sweating uncomfortably. Also, the food was good and some dishes were great but I wouldn't say it's the "best I ever had." Finally got to try this place I heard so much about on a Christmas day with wife because it was…read morefrigid and we wanted a warm bowl of Korean "tang"(soup). Finding parking is quite challenging given the location on a busy commercial street, so make sure you can come earlier than meal time to have better luck. They have waiting seats OUTSIDE so yeah I suppose it's quite popular at times. 1. ATMOSPHERE (3/5) - This location is small and it's pretty straightforward place. But I still found it cozy, with decent amount of seating (I think it can handle 15-20 max) and little details like wall with wood ledges and coat hangers were a nice touch. Seating was comfortable, though we tied our down parkas around our waist as another party had hung theirs on our side of coat hangers. 2. FOOD (4/5) - We dove right in to try their famous gejang (~Korean raw crab "ceviche") and ordered two of their namesake gookbap (rice with soup) to see how they are. Here's how it went down. - Gejang (App, $20, 2/5) - I had a hunch that on a holiday perhaps I should not order this, but my craving for succulent crab flesh be damned, I went for it and unfortunately, the meat was not well-marinated as I had feared. Gejang is a dish that has to sit in the complex soy-based pickling liquid for some time... and if restaurant is too busy churning them out or if it's slow season they won't do this properly. It not only wasn't fully marinated, I think the marinade was off because the spiciness was way out of balance and was overpowering. Perhaps knowing that it didn't have enough time to marinade the kitchen put extra diced jalapenos to compensate? Because that's exactly what it tasted like - you can't fool me. I tried to salvage the dish by asking a confused-looking girl server for some sugar, but yeah, can't un-do the overpowered marinade with sprinkling of sugar. This was really unfortunate as I was looking forward to a good bite. - Ahjae Gookbap (Main, $18, 5/5) - Thankfully, their namesake gookbap was spot-on to salvage our dining. Generous slabs of succulent beef on the bone and off the bone was swimming in a hearty beef/bone broth that tasted clean and focused. Portion was good, and can I say their banchan of fish cake moochim & unfermented kimchi & ggakdugi(radish kimchi) simply ROCKS? That was some serious deliciousness and dare I say value at $18 at a day and age where hamburger costs over $10! You win at life by ordering this! 3. SERVICE (4/5) - Our server girl was attentive and food came out early on though later it was a bit hard to get her attention promptly. We found ourselves putting hands in the air, and wavin' like we don't care... for a little while. They provide gloves & metal bin for gejang which was a nice touch for people to keep their fingers clean. One thing I'd like to mention: Plastic cup they served water in was all chipped on the rim so we instead went and got water from their hot & cold water dispenser which had metal cups (as many korean restaurants do). I'd suggest them to replace all these old plastic cups with metal ones for health reasons. Overall, we were satisfied with our meal. I'd chock up the gejang mishap to it being a holiday. I hope chef was just off with the marinade that day because I am a certified gejang pro(I catch and make my own) and that balance ain't it. But I will give it another try during warmer month and we'll definitely be back to try sooyook moochim, oyster jeon & other great soup offerings.

Ordered three things: 1) marinated crabs, small size (5/5). Always a must-get here. 2) ddukbaegi bulgogi (4.5/5) - Thinly sliced prime marinated beef ribeye casserole with rice cake and glass noodle and mushroom served in a sizzling hot pot. Really flavorful and so good to have on a cold day. 3) ahjae ppyo jjim (4.5/5) - Braised prime beef meat bones in soy reduction with carrots, radish, dates, chestnut, rice cake and glass noodles. We got non-spicy. It came in a HUGE bowl. Definitely meant to be shared with a group. Took leftovers home and it was still yummy the next day mixed with knife-cut noodles I had at home.

The menu also offers amazing homemade style Korean stews. I would come back just for their Gul Gookbap (oysters, seaweed soup w/radish, chive, mushroom, tofu & egg). Service: 10/10. The gracious owner came by often to give us lots of napkins, refill a couple of our banchans and asked how we were enjoying our meal. I got excited when he gave us a complimentary delicious egg dish. Thank goodness for free parking on the side of the restaurant because finding one in Fort Lee is hella hard. Original location in Palisades Park.

My friend selected Ahjae Gookbap for dinner. Parking was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful…read morethroughout the meal. Restaurant is clean and modern. We had the raw marinated crab and enjoyed the legs more than the body. Galbi jjim was pretty solid, meat was tender. Pan fried oysters were substantial and pretty tasty. The seafood pancake was pretty good, nice amount of seafood.
