It's a modernized American version where you can grill taco meat and other items. We came in recently on Easter to celebrate a birthday. The place wasn't packed, but there were large parties coming in after us. We stuck with the regular AYCE and were fine with the galbi and other meats. The soondubu (spicy tofu) soup was lacking flavor. It had the spicy flavor. All I tasted was the chili pepper. All the meats were good. The only downside this visit was the service. Our server kept forgetting a few of the items we asked for. It wasn't terrible, but it did slow things down for us. To be fair, he might have been juggling a lot of tables. I would still come again to eat the AYCE BBQ as it's convenient.

We were seated quickly, which was a great start. The food was absolutely delicious. It was our first time at this restaurant, and the server was helpful, attentive, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was really nice -- comfortable and inviting without feeling overwhelming. I would definitely recommend this spot and location if you enjoy Korean BBQ. We'll definitely be back!

Hidden gem for sure. Not your typical menu, seems to be a fusion of sorts. So don't expect…read moretraditional Vietnamese items, it's more creative. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

I'm from San Francisco and travel to New York monthly for work, so I'd consider myself a bit of a foodie, and this place delivered. Austin really needs more Asian street food spots like this. We were honestly shocked to find something this good in Hutto of all places. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming to our two toddlers, which made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely worth a 5-star.

I had the jhol momo, chili momo, chicken chowmein, fried rice, and chicken thukpa, and everything arrived warm, fresh, and perfectly packaged for delivery. That's important since I did not want a mess all over the other food. The chicken thukpa soup was exactly what I needed-flavorful, spicy, and comforting with tender chicken and fresh veggies. As a soup lover, this hit the spot and quickly became my favorite item. The chicken chowmein, which I requested to be non-spicy for the kids, was packed with flavor and got their seal of approval. I decided to try the fried rice (mixed with meat, shrimp and veggies). I really liked the flavors and it's definitely different than other places who just throw soy sauce on it. Will get this again. The momos are always a winner here, but my personal favorite remains the chili momo-crispy, spicy, and just incredible. This food truck has earned a spot on my go-to list, especially for that amazing thukpa soup. If you're looking for bold flavors and warming dishes, you won't regret giving them a try!

This food truck is located out of the way on an access road in between industrial businesses so you must actually be looking for this truck to find it as you wont just stumble upon it. Lets get to it! Chicken Tikka Masala Generally, tikka masala is made with yogurt marinated chicken. The chicken is then skewered and chargrilled, giving the meat an incredible charred flavor. A tomato and coriander sauce is common, but no recipe for chicken tikka masala is standard. Chicken tikka masala is similar to butter chicken, both in the method of creation and appearance. What is served here is a tikka masala sauce that is reminiscent of a classic curry-stand recipe. This is not haute cuisine; it's the kind of nuclear-orange tikka masala you crave when you stumble out of da club at 3 A.M.This dish has a punch that comes from a mildly spicy heat, but it's not extremely hot due to the creamy tomato sauce that balances out the spice. Butter Chicken Butter chicken is a type of curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter (makhan) sauce. Similar to chicken tikka masala, the chicken is marinated for several hours in a mixture of lemon juice, dahi, Kashmiri red chilli, salt, garam masala, ginger paste, and garlic paste. The marinated chicken is cooked in a tandoor but may be grilled, oven-roasted, or pan-fried. The chicken on this dish is grilled. The butter chicken presented here has a velvety smooth texture and a slightly sweet taste. This is ideal for someone who is adverse to the spice of a tikka masala. Paneer Chili Momo I only had momos once before having them here. If you are like me the first time I tried these and want to know what the heck momos are: Momos are a traditional delicacy snack (Asian steamed filled dumpling) from the Nepali cuisine. Generally, momos are made with finely chopped freshly harvested vegetables with an option of minced meat. A momo is similar to Chinese baozi, jiaozi, and mantou, Mongolian buuz, Japanese gyoza, Korean mandu and Turkic manti. These momos are tender and have a bit of heat from the chili and a light crunch from the bell pepper and onion. Drunken Noodles These drunken noodles aren't spicy like the traditional Thai drunken noodles but yet more mild in flavor, which is surprising as the reason they are called drunken noodles is due to the dish's reputation for being a popular late-night street food option that packs the heat. There are variations on the recipe, but there are some ingredients that are usually included such as Thai basil, vinegar, chili peppers, and peppercorns. This dish had all the standard ingredients but not the heat. The dish is filling and flavorful and will pair well with a nice cold beer. For those who do not indulge in libations, a mango lassi will do. The people working at this truck went out of their way to make sure that Thing Two and I were pleased with our meal and offered the momos for free because of the extended wait time for the food (color me impressed). There are tables in front of the truck where customers can wait for their food. Thing Two and I enjoyed our mango lassis at one of the tables while we waited. Overall, this truck is a great addition to the Pflugerville area and should be visited if in the area. #supportlocal

I decided after a very long shift I wanted to indulge in some wing-stop. So I placed my order in advance in what I thought was PLENTY of time for them to prepare and have it READY. GUESS NOT??? I walk in and it is not busy and it is also pretty late at night so I expect my food to be ready or at least almost ready , and WHAT DO YOU KNOW ITS NOT. So I wait..... and wait.... And wait... AND WAIT. Please keep in mind I ordered a very normal amount of food. It would be different if it was multiple orders of wings. So I'm not sure what took so incredibly long. FINALLY my order is marked as ready on the screen.... But I had yet to see it or receive it. My order then disappears from the screen. Turns out they GAVE MY ORDER AWAY???? Is it that hard to make sure the orders are given to the CORRECT people???? I FINALLY got my order after waiting for what felt like forever. I have worked fast food and it was never like this. The manger here either needs to hire better workers or train them better because it looks as if there is no standard for the staff members. You could say you lost a customer -sue
