If you want to order here make sure you do it hours in advance apparently because their staff is so unbelievably slow and inefficient. I decided after a very long shift I wanted to indulge in some wing-stop. So I placed my order in advance in what I thought was PLENTY of time for them to prepare and have it READY. GUESS NOT??? I walk in and it is not busy and it is also pretty late at night so I expect my food to be ready or at least almost ready , and WHAT DO YOU KNOW ITS NOT. So I wait..... and wait.... And wait... AND WAIT. Please keep in mind I ordered a very normal amount of food. It would be different if it was multiple orders of wings. So I'm not sure what took so incredibly long. FINALLY my order is marked as ready on the screen.... But I had yet to see it or receive it. My order then disappears from the screen. Turns out they GAVE MY ORDER AWAY???? Is it that hard to make sure the orders are given to the CORRECT people???? I FINALLY got my order after waiting for what felt like forever. I have worked fast food and it was never like this. The manger here either needs to hire better workers or train them better because it looks as if there is no standard for the staff members. You could say you lost a customer -sue read more

Ive been waiting here for my order for over 30mins and witnessed some interesting things. First off the gentleman working on fulfilling chicken orders sneezed several time and i sounded like there was no attempt to cover his mouth. Then.a gentleman came in, went to the restroom and picked up 2 bags from the counter. He walked out, was gone for about 7-8 mins and walked back in stating the packages were not his order. Apparently they didnt confirm his last name initial. The girl at the counter said "oh sorry" and took back the orders and placed them back on the rack for pick up by the actual customer i thought that was crazy as the correct customer probably wouldn't be pleased knowing someone else walked out of the store with their order. Then lastly, if your store is running looong on wait times it would be nice to make the adjustments necessary to online order anticipated wait times since we'd have nothing else to go off of believing our order would be ready at a particular time. read more

Service: horrid and inattentive. Demoralizing as a customer who could have gotten wings from anywhere else. No one has to choose Wingstop, but when they do it's a 80% chance they'll be disappointed. The wings are not worth the inconsistency nor the cost. Bffr. Classic wing place or not -- it's getting abhorrent. This particular Wingstop is the one available through DoorDash. Each time we've ordered they've given us the wrong flavor. Asked for a mix of hot honey rub, Asian bbq, mango habanero. Received only hot honey rub flavor. Paid over $30 to have the order ignored. To have the wrong wings in the wrong order. To have them just mix the combinations as if it's not two different combos. Called and no one answers. Side note: the fries are always limp soggy and nasty so I never get them. The tea tastes like dirt water and sadness. Maybe they should answer the phone so that I could talk with someone about the order but they clearly refuse. 0/10, would not recommend, would advise against. read more

Hold some salt. So over salted could not eat the wings. I left them behind. Potatoes were salty but not so bad as the chicken. Our server was awesome so it must be a kitchen issue. read more

We came at lunch on a Wednesday, this place was empty! The music was so loud my kid and I had to get nose to nose to hear each other. When we walked in the employee was taking a phone order so we were able to look and see what we wanted. When we ordered it was a suprise taht everything, to include ranch, was al la cart... so I just got wings and my kid got a meal. The wings take about 15 min to cook which is nice, I like fresh!! The fried corn is not worth it yall!! My kid got the chicken sandwich, she said it was not as good as Popeyes but better than Pluckers. While we were there I guess the guy that was on the phone came is yelling that he was hung up on... yikes. The manager handled it well and defused the situation, gold star for her!! read more

Always one of the worst experiences at a food establishment. Super long wait times, shotty service....its like no one cares there. This location needs new management. read more

The order was correct and on time, but the quality was horrific! I order these same boneless tenders at WingStop locations all over the Central Texas area and these were by far the worst I've ever had. First, they were literally dripping with oil and the oil apparently was not fresh and needs to be changed. Second there was way too much Louisiana rub on my tenders, and the amount of oil/grease still on my tenders made a "mud" rather than a rub. They were so greasy in fact that I threw 3 of them away and the grease, along with the over-seasoning made my stomach nauseous. read more

i'm currently writing this review as my brother and i are sitting in the restaurant, it's january 3, 2026, we came from downtown austin tired and hungry and we got our order taken by Korey; instantly you could tell how they all looked a little stressed because of how many orders they had, it didn't stop them from being great care takers. i have never tried the voodoo fries so i asked what was on them and got my answer with no complications or attitude. my little brother has a weird request and he likes his fries from any fast food place cold, this is the first time i've ever had workers agree to serve him his fries cold and even then when we got the food they made sure they were the right temperature for him. the store was clean, not packed, didn't have trash everywhere. this was such a good experience for us, genuinely. will definitely be coming again. shout out to the crew who's all here at 10:52 pm on 01/03/26, much love to all of yall . read more

The food there is amazing, there is one specific employee named felicia and we loved her service and kindness. she's amazing and her attitude towards us was so kind. we tipped her, she's genuinely the sweetest soul i've encountered. she made my day a whole lot better. 10/10 read more

There was a while where this location was a little rough and I had written a poor review for them. But over the years since, they have vastly improved. My go to order is typically the voodoo fries and a 10 pc boneless wing (yes I highly prefer boneless) of whatever flavor I'm feeling like that week. Their boneless wing deal on Monday and Tuesday are just too good to pass up. Their ranch is absolutely addicting and the voodoo fries I literally could eat every single day. I did post a picture of the fries from two separate items I've gone in the last few weeks because one of those times they SMOTHERED my fries with cheese and ranch (which was a good thing) Either way I'd suggest If you had a bad experience with this location in the past, try to give em another chance! read more

It took us an hour to get our food, and they still got the order wrong. Our food wasn't even warm, and the fries were super soggy. The chicken sandwich was soft, like they used the microwave to heat it up. Honestly, this experience was just sad. read more

No seasoning on fries. Wrong order. Let's be clear too, don't blame employees I blame management. Hilariously consistently bad.

Wings were great! They were made as expected and no errors with the flavors we ordered. The blue cheese dressing was a bit watered down compared to the consistency you'd expect. The fries did not taste fresh and they were too soft with no flavor. We ordered online and the time frame given was 16-20 minutes. I arrived at the 30 minute mark, paid for the order (their online payment was not working), and the girl said it would be about 3-4 minutes. That was not correct as I waited an additional 15 minutes. They had enough seating area to wait for your order, but no wifi available considering this area has awful reception. I would order wings only, but keeping in mind to order at least 30 minutes sooner as the order will take that much longer to get. read more

I have been going here for about 5 years and I will tell you the best overall experience I have is when the manager Alma is working there. Her hospitality and attention to detail while also showing compassion for the customer and their order cant go unrecognized. The dedication to hard work and non-stop trying to improve is beyond great. My food comes out hot and correct & its a nice feeling knowing you can order your food and it not be messed up when you get home . If you have had a bad experience here please go when theres a lady named Alma and she will do everything in her power to make sure you leave with a smile and what you paid for. read more

One of the worst experiences I have had with a restaurant in a long time! We got on line and ordered wings through WingStops website. We got a text saying that Door Dash would be delivering it at 6:48. 20 mins after the delivery time had passed we called to see where our food was. We got a hold of our driver and our driver wAs completely incoherent! She sound waisted and literally said that her phone went crazy and she was trying to get a hold of another driver to deliver our food!! (Note... we are seriously no more then 2 miles from the restaurant.) she didn't even ask where we were or anything and then hung up! We then called door dash because it was their driver... they told us they could not do a thing because the order was placed directly through Wingstop. So we then called Wingstop. They proceeded to tell us there was nothIng they could do because we ordered through door dash. Then we were put on hold... we were on hold so long that they picked back up asking us what we wanted to order! Then we asked to speak to a manager... we were put back on hold again. Later they picked up again and tried to tell us they would remake the fries and send it back out. We asked about the wings... it was literally two hours since we had ordered we were sure they were cold... they said it wasn't their fault that the delivery person messed up!! Seriously?!? What happened to customer service?!? Or giving a crap about the customer... it sure as heck wasn't our fault! At this point I had a whole family hungry, a child with the flu and hungry and no one helping fix anything on the side of the provider! We asked for A manager again and were told they were very busy and put back on hold. We were on hold so long that I finally got my shoes on jumped in the car and went to the location! When I got there the place was 3/4 empty (see pic)... no one was in line... and there were at least 6 people behind the counter standing there with one girl working. I walked up to the counter in time to see the counter attendant put the phone down and tell the manager (the only one working) that the lady (my wife) was still on hold! The manager didn't even acknowledge her... she just kept working while everyone else stood around! I walked up and they asked me what I wanted.. I said to talk to the manager... the lady turned around and said "heres is another one." The manager didn't even stop to look at me... didn't even acknowledge a customer who was obviously less then happy! Finally when she wAs done she came to the counter... after a few choice words... and some explaining about the situation and pointing out that if she had taken a second to answer the phone I wouldn't have had to come there and all would have been taken care of.. we gotta a complete refund of our order. This was a perfect example of what is wrong with customer service these days... management! All in all it was 2.5 hours after our order and we never got food. We spent over 40 mins on hold I ended up having to go to the location just to be able to speak to the manager, and in the end it was due to very poor management!!! read more

Good flavor wings. The fries are addicting. Lots of people.. I got my order pretty quick. The kids love the place.

Well first we order and they change up for an extra fry when our meal comes with it then when we tell them about the mistake they said they didn't and kept our receipt. Then when we received our food the boneless wings where smaller then McDonald's nuggets and gave us the wrong flavor wings. Disappointed that our meal was supposed to be at most 20$ since the meal shows online as 16$ with no add ones but instead changed us 37$ almost 40$ read more

I treated the family to Wingstop and I am so satisfied. I have only been to the Anchorage location and it is a big difference in the two. We got the garlic parm, Louisiana rub, Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ, and Original hot with fries, corn, and a side of cheese. The wings at the Anchorage location were good (smaller) but nothing compared to these. I notice that they had sides that come with your wings where in Alaska it is just the wings. You also get a drink and yet again in Alaska they didn't offer it. We have to get each separately which would make your bill higher. We didn't visit them often because of that. The price for a 8 piece, fried, and a soda was cheaper then the Alaska location. I thought that all locations sold them separately, but again that was before I walked in this location today. The only thing that I would change is to make sure they go over the order when they give to the customer. We looked through the bag to make sure all the wings and fries where there. But, once we pulled into the garage is when we saw we didn't have our drinks or the cheese sauce. I only live around the corner so I drove back over and the lady was very kind and helped make it right. We received a free brownie to compensate. We split it so everyone got a taste. I love the brownies and the family really enjoyed that little piece of dessert they didn't expect. read more

Doesn't matter if you order 1 or 2 hours in advance. Every single time you show up to get your order you are told 15 more minutes. Which realistically is about 30-45min waiting still. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time, if they don't start your order until you get there . Also, sadly once you finally get your order you have to double check it each time because they 90% if the time don't place all the items in the bag, missing ranches, fry orders etc. read more

Really not sure why this location has low ratings. I give this location 5 stars! First off this location I huge! Yuge! I haven't see a location this big in Houston yet. The location was very clean as well. Food: wings are full of flavor. Very tasty. I got the 10 pc combo but to be honest I you will be full off the 8 pc convo. Bone in wings. I don't eat boneless wings. Bone in are so much better. The fries were really good as well. Ranch was good as well. Also the cheese was good. Service: everyone is super nice and friendly. The food was ready extremely quickly. This location is doing a great job. I seriously don't see why this location is rated low. It's a very good location and they are doing a great job. 15.00 for wings fires and a drink is pretty high for wings but you definitely get good quality wings. read more
