I order these same boneless tenders at WingStop locations all over the Central Texas area and these were by far the worst I've ever had. First, they were literally dripping with oil and the oil apparently was not fresh and needs to be changed. Second there was way too much Louisiana rub on my tenders, and the amount of oil/grease still on my tenders made a "mud" rather than a rub. One of the worst experiences I have had with a restaurant in a long time! We got on line and ordered wings through WingStops website. We got a text saying that Door Dash would be delivering it at 6:48. 20 mins after the delivery time had passed we called to see where our food was. We got a hold of our driver and our driver wAs completely incoherent! She sound waisted and literally said that her phone went crazy and she was trying to get a hold of another driver to deliver our food!! (Note... we are seriously no more then 2 miles from the restaurant.) she didn't even ask where we were or anything and then hung up! Later they picked up again and tried to tell us they would remake the fries and send it back out. What happened to customer service?!? Or giving a crap about the customer... it sure as heck wasn't our fault! At this point I had a whole family hungry, a child with the flu and hungry and no one helping fix anything on the side of the provider! We asked for A manager again and were told they were very busy and put back on hold. We were on hold so long that I finally got my shoes on jumped in the car and went to the location! When I got there the place was 3/4 empty (see pic)... no one was in line... and there were at least 6 people behind the counter standing there with one girl working. I walked up to the counter in time to see the counter attendant put the phone down and tell the manager (the only one working) that the lady (my wife) was still on hold! The manager didn't even acknowledge her... she just kept working while everyone else stood around! I walked up and they asked me what I wanted.. I said to talk to the manager... the lady turned around and said "heres is another one." The manager didn't even stop to look at me... didn't even acknowledge a customer who was obviously less then happy! Finally when she wAs done she came to the counter... after a few choice words... and some explaining about the situation and pointing out that if she had taken a second to answer the phone I wouldn't have had to come there and all would have been taken care of.. we gotta a complete refund of our order. This was a perfect example of what is wrong with customer service these days... management! All in all it was 2.5 hours after our order and we never got food. We spent over 40 mins on hold I ended up having to go to the location just to be able to speak to the manager, and in the end it was due to very poor management!!! read more

I treated the family to Wingstop and I am so satisfied. I have only been to the Anchorage location and it is a big difference in the two. We got the garlic parm, Louisiana rub, Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ, and Original hot with fries, corn, and a side of cheese. The wings at the Anchorage location were good (smaller) but nothing compared to these. I notice that they had sides that come with your wings where in Alaska it is just the wings. You also get a drink and yet again in Alaska they didn't offer it. We have to get each separately which would make your bill higher. We didn't visit them often because of that. The price for a 8 piece, fried, and a soda was cheaper then the Alaska location. I thought that all locations sold them separately, but again that was before I walked in this location today. The only thing that I would change is to make sure they go over the order when they give to the customer. We looked through the bag to make sure all the wings and fries where there. But, once we pulled into the garage is when we saw we didn't have our drinks or the cheese sauce. I only live around the corner so I drove back over and the lady was very kind and helped make it right. We received a free brownie to compensate. We split it so everyone got a taste. The location was very clean as well. Food: wings are full of flavor. Very tasty. I got the 10 pc combo but to be honest I you will be full off the 8 pc convo. Bone in wings. I don't eat boneless wings. Bone in are so much better. The fries were really good as well. Ranch was good as well. Also the cheese was good. Service: everyone is super nice and friendly. The food was ready extremely quickly. This location is doing a great job. I seriously don't see why this location is rated low.
