Hidden gem for sure. Not your typical menu, seems to be a fusion of sorts. So don't expect…read moretraditional Vietnamese items, it's more creative. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

I'm from San Francisco and travel to New York monthly for work, so I'd consider myself a bit of a foodie, and this place delivered. Austin really needs more Asian street food spots like this. We were honestly shocked to find something this good in Hutto of all places. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming to our two toddlers, which made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely worth a 5-star.

My husband complimented her saying she's our favorite waiter ever(which is true) and her reaction was the cutest. Huge shoutout to Justine, thank you! My sons loved the short ribs for their first time. We were always weary about the bones but it slid right off. The macarons were also really good, we always get vanilla at other locations but they're usually hard like they've been sitting in the freezer for too long except for this Pflugerville location. Overall this experience has been our favorite.

It's a modernized American version where you can grill taco meat and other items. We came in recently on Easter to celebrate a birthday. The place wasn't packed, but there were large parties coming in after us. We stuck with the regular AYCE and were fine with the galbi and other meats. The soondubu (spicy tofu) soup was lacking flavor. It had the spicy flavor. All I tasted was the chili pepper. All the meats were good. The only downside this visit was the service. Our server kept forgetting a few of the items we asked for. It wasn't terrible, but it did slow things down for us. To be fair, he might have been juggling a lot of tables. I would still come again to eat the AYCE BBQ as it's convenient.

I once was employee of Taylor Samsung (now I am not so I can leave this review now), as a Korean…read moreand a very serious about food consumption and the quality.. I was outrageous about this company. How the hell ya fail for udon. Seriously? Just have bunch of udon broth packets nowadays it sold from many Asian markets yall can go for such a cheap prices are 500% better than your udon. How. Just how can you fail with udon? Genuinely impressed for how they can fail for most simplest menus. Same for the donkatsu. Donkatsu is my one of favorite menu and this is their commonly included menus (menus switching weekly), and every single tries got me a food poison. HOW. Ya just need to deep fry it. The cutlet meat always had awful meat smell, that was not edible at all, the texture felt like the meat was overly dry almost like it was left in the corner of fridge and forgotten for a year. Gross! When food poison was repeated, we actually had some people (including me) reported HR manager about it. Then HR manager tells you that they can't do anything for it.. since it's not enough of number of food poison reports to consider switching off the cafeteria catering company (what!?), then he also added that those few people who got sick are maybe has sensitive health condition than other employees (and this was only his personal assumption added-not really accurate at all) so they can't really assume to observe with such a small number to consider is the worst HR response I ever received!!!! That doesn't matter when there is still a single person gets sick from their food, ya need to investigate still! It's important no matter what! Investigate to look into it that does it really just those few people's own health issue or the actually the food on their end has the actual issue. So ya make more healthier, efficient selection for employees' benefit! The HR manager literally told me at the end of conversation that this is a "benefit", that company, the Samsung is being "generous" for the workers. If we don't "like" (oh, he wording it as it's some kind of our "preference" instead it is a health issue related), then we have our own option to not receive it and seek for our own options. Whereas Taylor site has nothing but farms of cows, open crop field for at least 13 miles side to side, back and forth. The Taylor downtown takes driving of 10-15 mins to go. Besides all these, this supposed to be one of our "BENEFIT" then why would you make it feel like "beneficial" for us in the first place????? We would definitely LOVE to enjoy the "Free meal". But it makes us SICK. When the benefit does not benefit the employees but rather make them ill during their work hours, this should not be proudly stated as a "benefit". I strongly hope the HR manager who said the all b-ahss-shiets feeling full of ashamed for himself, believing this is an employee benefit. No, it's not. Don't even try. We are not effing fools. I have so many to speak about left, but I know Yelp would shout me off for long essay of a review so I would not spill all- but yes, just these two, it's still harsh NO. More importantly, they FAILED Health inspection three times!!!!!!!!!! They even removed the red warning sticker that inspector has posted, in the front of door indicating they have failed the inspection! Which is definitely ILLEGAL! You are not allowed to remove the sticker until you actually pass the next inspection! THREE TIMES!!

Absolutely disgusting. I never thought that a Korean company could mess up Korean food so badly…read more "Local" food (non-Korean) is an odd mix of food that doesn't even go together as well as poorly prepared and often served cold. Staff is rude and unwelcoming.
