We were the only ones outside with this kind of order. The chicken was okay, fried no spice or flavor. Apollo fish was friend in beans batter or something. Again was okay. We ended up going because the weather was great and we wanted to sit outside. Not a lot of Indian places offer that. It's in a quiet neighborhood so that was good. Nothing to see.

We went there on a weekday dinner around 8pm. They just had the grand opening couple of days ago. We ordered masala dosa and veg uttpam. Both items came quickly. I was really amazed to see their plate and utensils. Sambhar came in a really big bowl and all 3 chutneys (coconut, peanut, tomato) were also good. The waitress came to check in on us after few mins. We provided her feedback. Restaurant is spacious and restrooms were clean. Location is good as lot of Indian families in this area but good competition as well with other south Indian restaurant. They also have bunch of pastry and snacks options pre made and available at the counter. Its a women owned restaurant. Really nice to see another good restaurant in this area.

It is a smaller place, and they have only one high chair, heads up. We ordered a few different things to get a sense of how their flavor profile is. We ordered the following: Vegetable Samosa - great ratio of dough and filling; the green side sauce is so fresh and amazing. Butter Chicken - amazing, buttery, flavorful chicken. Vegetable Biryani - very flavorful and just the right amount of vegetables. Spicy Chicken Kodai - this was a fantastic one of our favorites. Mix Vegetable Curry - this was yummy as well but nothing special. Butter , Chili, and Garlic Naan. The naans are great, but if you love a kick, get the chili one. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. I think we have now found our go-to Indian spot in this area. Their menu items do say which region the food is from. We will be back to try other menu items.

The Hop Queen ordered the non-veg lunch special, butter chicken, and I ordered the Vindaloo (spicy), as this is my usual litmus test for a new Indian restaurant. Everything was prepared fresh for us, nothing tasted like it had been prepped before we arrived. Lots of fresh spice flavour, and the naan was a bit different (in a good way) from other places - nice texture and crunch with the flavour. Lots of interesting looking items on menu, it was a nice touch that almost all were ID'd with a specific region in India. Would be fun to work through the menu and try different items!

The portion sizes were generous too, so you definitely get good value for your money. Service - 10/10: The service really stood out. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. They checked in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive, which made us feel well taken care of. Ambiance - 7/10: The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but the atmosphere is fairly simple. It's not a place I'd choose for a fine dining experience, but it's perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. One small change that could make a big difference would be swapping the bright white lighting for warmer yellow lighting--it would instantly create a cozier, more inviting vibe. Overall: If you're craving authentic North Indian food in the Austin area, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Great food, excellent service, generous portions, and a satisfying dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

I am a sucker for hole in the wall places at gas stations so I saw from Google a place at the Quick Mart at Bagdad and Hero Way that had good reviews for Indian food. So I gave it a try and so glad I did! I got their Classic Chicken Tikka Masala - Spicy and could not be more pleased! Great portion and flavor so spot on and spice level perfect! Good job Quick Mart Leander!!! I will be back.

Please remember they make their dishes per order and this takes time. A good curry or biryani is not made in 15 minutes. We ordered several dishes. To start we had the samosas, pakoras, and my child had the children's chicken lollypop appetizer. For the main dishes we had the hydrabadi chicken biryani, aloo chole, and my child had the keema child's biryani. We also had the mint cilantro chutney and it reminds me of homemade chutney. All were very flavorful and very fresh. My aloo was served with a good portion of rice. All the portions were large. We ate here on Sunday and we still have leftover biryani and I'm finishing my aloo. One thing we noticed that was odd compared to where I usually visit was the server. They were kind of awkward at first and had the "melinneal stare." BUT consider that people can be neurodivergent! The service was great and prompt. It was a bit warm, but the server heard our comments and went and moved a big fan they had out to combat how warm it was. I highly recommend trying them out!
