Meet a few friends and we tried various dishes. The restaurant was clean and quaint inside with several tables and booths. There was one person working the dining area and they got busy by the time we left. As a table shareable items were the creamy Brussels sprout and the Kothey momo (dumplings), main dish I got the Tandoori Salmon and it was delicious. When they were walking out with the sizzling skillet I was thinking who ordered this?! And it was me. lol the Brussels sprouts had a great flavor and I enjoyed this as well as the momos. Overall I enjoyed the food and would recommend if you're in the area. The menu is quite extensive so be prepared to make some tuff choices. The restrooms were a bit odd as they seemed to be not fully built out, almost an after thought? Perhaps.

I started with the Nepali Chiya (chai) it was sweeter, nicely spiced and made in house! I highly recommend it for any chai lovers. For starters we ordered the creamy Brussel sprouts which had a nice tangy taste and were surprisingly great! I've never had creamy Brussels but it's now one of my favorites. We also went with the momo (Nepali Dumplings. We went with the Kothey momos which you can choose from veg or chicken ($9) and they come with 5 served with a dipping sauce. These were another hit! The sauce was served room temp and not spicy at all. Very well balanced. For my main I went with the lamb biriyani! And great selection! The rice could have been a bit more seasoned but overall 9/10. My friend got the salmon and it looked amazing! This place is really cute and spacious! Plenty of seating, quick and friendly service and lots of parking since it's in a shopping center!

I came to this location on Friday after coming back from Fredericksburg with The Things because…read morethey were "starving" because I clearly never feed them!!! When we arrived at the food truck area, there were only two food trucks open of the four that were parked there (this being one of them). When I arrived at the window of the food truck, the gentleman came out of the food truck to explain what the best dishes on the menu were. After pursuing the menu, I elected to go with the mutton curry and Thing One elected to go with the butter chicken. Mutton curry Simple yet delicious, mutton curry is an easy and wholesome meal to put together. I love a good mutton curry as it contains high-quality protein, essential amino acids, and high levels of valuable micronutrients, including iron, zinc, and vitamin B. This Indian mutton curry is made with tomatoes and onions cooked with spices for a rich, hearty dish. While it takes a little while to cook, this from-scratch curry is mostly hands-off. By the time it's done cooking, the sauce is flavorful and fragrant, and the mutton is fork-tender. This mutton was also spicy with a hint of fresh mint. From my experience of living in Singapore for over 3 years, visiting India on more than one occasion, and having various American Indian dishes, I attest this is by far one of the best mutton dishes I've experienced globally. Butter chicken Butter chicken is a great, ever-evolving, cross-continental dish found in Delhi, London, New York, Perth, and even here in the ATX. Butter chicken uses tandoori chicken cooked in a tandoor (a type of Indian oven) that gives the chicken, subsequently, a wonderful smoky flavor. In its purest form, it is yogurt-and-spice-marinated chicken dressed in a velvety red bath comprising butter, onions, ginger, and tomatoes scented with garam masala, cumin and turmeric, with a cinnamon tang. Thing One ordered this dish with medium heat. This chicken dish was flavorful, tangy, and absolutely authentic. To accompany both dishes, we ordered two butter Naan. While we did not try the Nepalese cuisine from this truck, if the Indian food is any indication of the quality of the Nepalese cuisine, I am sure it is divine. I will definitely be back. * Don't forget to use the Yelp check-in offer if you visit #supportlocal
