We went there on a weekday dinner around 8pm. They just had the grand opening couple of days ago. We ordered masala dosa and veg uttpam. Both items came quickly. I was really amazed to see their plate and utensils. Sambhar came in a really big bowl and all 3 chutneys (coconut, peanut, tomato) were also good. The waitress came to check in on us after few mins. We provided her feedback. Restaurant is spacious and restrooms were clean. Location is good as lot of Indian families in this area but good competition as well with other south Indian restaurant. They also have bunch of pastry and snacks options pre made and available at the counter. Its a women owned restaurant. Really nice to see another good restaurant in this area.

She got out and came to the front to talk to us about what the items on the menu are and asked what we like to eat and gave us suggestions on where to start when we asked what she recommended we order for our first time at their truck. We ended up ordering Masala dosas(crepe-like with masala filling, not spicy, large serving size), Pav bhaji (if you like spicy I definitely recommend this one, it's like a vegetable curry that comes with toasted buns), and the Mango Lassi(a traditional Indian yogurt smoothie). This was the perfect order size for 2 people to share a dinner or one very hungry person. They have decorated their area in the food truck park with plenty of seating with clean picnic tables and lots of hanging lights and plants. It's a very cozy setting and there are places in the shade to enjoy your food right away. I'm really happy to have a Northern Indian cuisine in Hutto and especially another food truck in the "food truck park" that has mostly been empty all year. We came in about 45 minutes after opening time, we were greeted and seated promptly. We were then offered drinks! We chose water , which was at room temp ( disappointing). Then the host walked us through how the buffet works. My disappointment was that we came in pretty early(12:30) and the buffet wasn't really ready for the public . Beyond that the buffet includes naan tableside - which was 1/2 of a naan and wasn't included in the buffet price ( disappointing). So our understanding was if you ask for more naan !
