These are a simple and small breakfast tacos that pack a flavorful punch on their own. The flour tortillas were AMAZING. I'll probably be back just for those. They were small though. Think the size of a man's palm, around 4". The chorizo and the salsas were spicy! I couldn't handle the salsas, but the chorizo had a nice kick that I enjoyed. For reference, I order everything with a "medium" spice level. My husband, who enjoys his face melting off from spice level on a frequent basis, loved the spice and said it was a nice surprise. I think he has a bionic mouth tbh, proceed with caution. The food came out quickly (5 min) and there was a picnic table next to the food truck if we wanted to sit and eat. I was quite excited that the food was still quite warm, including the single wrapped side roti when it arrived. The chicken nuggets in addition to being a sizable portion are also large themselves. Their texture is crunchy on the outside and yet juicy on the inside and their regular seasoning has good flavor with just a hint of sweet. I tried some bites with both the spicy sauce and the basil ranch But ended up eating most of them without any dipping sauce because they were just that delicious. The tater tots are a tingly Sichuan. I admit that I have about a medium tolerance for spicy. The tater tots on their own and even with the spicy sauce aren't too spicy, but Sichuan seasoning does increase as you eat it so not sure that I could eat a whole serving of the tater tots due to the heat level. But I really enjoyed alternating between the flavorful hint of sweet chicken and the spicy tots. I got the side of roti because I had been very tempted to get the curry and roti dish, but wanted something with a little bit more protein today. I am so glad that I tried the roti because it was delicious. It really was flaky with a bit of chewing us and a bit of a buttery hint. It pulled apart so nicely and was so enjoyable to eat as much as I loved the chicken . I'm definitely gonna have to try the Curry and roti option next time. My husband devoured the crispy dogs and said they were super tasty. The nachos were packed full of toppings (see photos) and had wonderful flavor. My son enjoyed the quesadilla (and he's a pretty picky eater) the lollipop is a cute little touch added to the meal. They were even nice enough to let him switch out his flavor after he realized it was one he didn't like. Staff were friendly, food hit the spot, overall wonderful experience at Yellow Bell.

The truck is a beautiful color and it stands out. Easy to find it near the gas station. I wanted to try all of the specialty tacos so I ordered one of everything: migas, ulitimo (sausage, chorizo bacon and egg), brisket, picadillo. I ordered a traditional taco as well (bacon and egg taco). Once you order from the window, they bring your order to your car. You can also call ahead with your ahead. Didn't take long at all to get my tacos. This is very convenient so you don't have to stand outside and can sit in your car jamming out to Harry Styles. The picadillo taco was good. They definitely flavor their meat. Yum! The migas taco was also good. The brisket taco was full of meat and very moist. The ultimo taco was a burst of flavor with all the meats and seasoning. I stopped in and ordered four different fajita tacos which were freshly made to order. You can either get your order to go or sit at one of the two tables under the covered patio. The fajita tacos were very flavorful and worth the $3.50 price tag for each one. The tacos came with Verde sauce and a fresh cut lime however they do not have a red sauce. I was told they are open six days a week and closed on Wednesdays. So if you're looking for some freshly well-made tacos or chicken wings, I would suggest this place.
