A couple of things to note: they charge a 10% online order service charge and a 3% credit card surcharge. The portions looked small but were actually pretty filling. 1/2 lb Pomegranate and Za'atar Glazed Pork Ribs ($17): Came with 2 ribs that were okay. Combo Rice Bowl ($20): Came with mediterranean yellow rice, baladi salad, sauce, protein, cinnamon candied nuts, and pomegranate seeds. For the combo, you get to choose 2 proteins. I went with brisket and kofta (ground beef and lamb). Both were really good but a tad salty so the baladi salad helped balance that out. Egyptian Cowboy ($15): I chose lamb for this and it was the star of the show. The pulled lamb shoulder was incredibly tender and flavorful. The smoked mac and cheese was really good too but the rich bechamel was a bit much for us. The sumac pickled onions helped balance out the heaviness of both the mac and cheese and the lamb shoulder. Cardamom Pistachio Rice Pudding ($9.50): Pricey for rice pudding but I wanted to try the unique flavor. It was light but the cardamom flavor was strong.
