We tried the Birria is a must-try (El Chorreado), the Barbacoa, and a classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. Everything was fresh, authentic, and worth every penny. If you want great value and genuine hospitality, check them out. I'll definitely be a regular here!

We got the nachos(minus beef), and the flauta plate. Plus a pretty solid sized lemonade. Thirty. Eight. Dollars. I know Austin's food is expensive, but $30+ for sub par food? No way. I wish I could've gotten pictures of the nachos we received, but to paint a picture for you they resembled nachos I received from my public school. Sad. Watery. Bad. Now the flautas plate looked pretty decent actually, but the taste didn't hold up to its looks. Nothing had flavor. The mexican rice was just red white rice with carrots in it. No tomato flavor, or any flavor was in them at all. And the beans were eh, just nothing special to even mention. The best thing about this place was their salsa though! Helped tremendously with the rest of the foods flavor. Now the lemonade, pretty good. Not the best, but for sure helped with the rest of the meal. The service was excellent, but I just wish the food could be on par with the taste of the food. All in all, Im glad I tried it to remember to do a deeper dive on where I go to eat next time.

I got the Cinnamon Chipotle thighs and fries. WOW. The crunch, and flavor were so good. The fries were okay in my opinion. My husband got the hulked sandwich. It was also huge but very good as well. Ordering and waiting for the food took about 10 min. Parking on the street. Highly recommend!

Street parking available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: We came here after a Sunday afternoon walk with our newborn and craving some fried chicken. Fortunately Cockti was nearby and ordering was pretty straightforward with the QR code. We got the Hulked Chicken Sandwich, Thighs & Fries, and Lemon Saffron Aioli. The hulked chicken sandwich was truly hulked with a ton of things inside that harmoniously worked together. The thighs and fries were nicely spiced up and paired well with the lemon saffron aioli. I had this place previously and they had a sichuan mala chicken sandwich. It wasn't on the menu when I went last so it may be seasonal. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Damage done here was around $25 for the two sandwiches and sauce. Juicy chicken sandwich done right with some unique seasonal options.

Came here with a couple of friends and we wanted to try a little bit of everything. Line wasn't too long and the owner was there taking orders and was patient enough to explain everything. The wait for the food wasn't bad, everything was ready in about 5 mins. Ribs were probably my favorite, with the brisket a close second. They were nice enough to throw in some burnt ends for us, too. Pimiento Mac and cheese was delightful, and so was the debris grits. The pistolette roll was a nice touch and was delicious with the honey butter. Definitely recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible.

Well because sometimes you have meat loving friends who want to eat barbecue and you don't want to miss out on socialization. As well I figure if the place can make sides good then hopefully that means their barbecue is good right? Located behind Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, this barbecue trailer is super fun place to bring large groups/family as it has large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and a turf area for the kids to run around and play in. There were other trailers in the back as well, but we focused on Parish which is BBQ with a Cajun twist. We came right when they opened on Saturday at 11 am and was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a long wait. However will say by the time we ordered and got our food the popular items like pulled duck and rolls were sold out by 1 pm. We a vegetarian almost all the sides were vegetarian. I really enjoyed the pimento Mac and cheese (as did my whole group and was unanimous the favorite side out of all the sides). It's slightly sweeter than regular Mac and cheese because of the peppers. I also liked the creole tomato salad as it was nice and refreshing. The potato salad was nothing to write home about. However you must get the fried pistolette rolls!! They were DELICIOUS, buttery but not too heavy and honestly weren't overly fried. Parking wise they have shared parking but plenty of street parking if the parking lot is full.

Overall: 4.5/5 [dine in]…read more We placed an online order for pickup on a Saturday and the earliest available time was 2 hours out. A couple of things to note: they charge a 10% online order service charge and a 3% credit card surcharge. When I got to the pickup window they asked if I wanted the food to go or dine in, and we chose to dine in so we could eat it fresh. They had to go containers available at the truck if you needed them. The portions looked small but were actually pretty filling. 1/2 lb Pomegranate and Za'atar Glazed Pork Ribs ($17): Came with 2 ribs that were okay. They were a little dry and lacking flavor on their own but tasted much better dipped in the pomegranate barbecue sauce. Combo Rice Bowl ($20): Came with mediterranean yellow rice, baladi salad, sauce, protein, cinnamon candied nuts, and pomegranate seeds. For the combo, you get to choose 2 proteins. I went with brisket and kofta (ground beef and lamb). Both were really good but a tad salty so the baladi salad helped balance that out. Egyptian Cowboy ($15): I chose lamb for this and it was the star of the show. The pulled lamb shoulder was incredibly tender and flavorful. The smoked mac and cheese was really good too but the rich bechamel was a bit much for us. The sumac pickled onions helped balance out the heaviness of both the mac and cheese and the lamb shoulder. Cardamom Pistachio Rice Pudding ($9.50): Pricey for rice pudding but I wanted to try the unique flavor. It was light but the cardamom flavor was strong. Interesting to try once but I wouldn't order it again.

The brisket bowl was definitely the standout for me. It was so different from anything I've had before--it even had cranberries in it--but all the flavors came together perfectly. The cowboy mac and cheese with brisket was really good too, but I'd probably get the bowl again next time. The pork ribs were the best bite of the whole meal. They fell right off the bone and were so soft and tender. We split everything between two people and were completely stuffed by the end. Such a fun spot.
