Cute food truck with seating + you can actually order properly at the window because they have a great platform!

I always see people at this truck and the setup is so cute so I finally stopped for two breakfast tacos. There is plenty of covered seating with cute plants and parking! I love that there is a platform at the window so you can actually order and pay properly (if you're short you'll understand!). I ordered 2 breakfast tacos and they were great! Very filling and good flavor.

Breakfast tacos - Two breakfast tacos are presented in a paper tray lined with red and white checkered paper. The tacos contain scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheese, with one taco also including a flour tortilla. The image is taken on a dark wooden surface, highlighting the breakfast food.

Very nice outdoor seating area and friendly staff. Came here for breakfast tacos, but will try more soon. Bacon and egg on flour and chorizo and egg on flour. Flour tortillas were fine, but they need to be crisped up a bit. Good thickness. Only one slice of bacon. Kind of pathetic actually. Chorizo was good. Upgraded my rating for really good eggs. Fluffy. Lots. About $3.50 per taco. Two is plenty.

Gordita - A close-up image shows a hand holding a taco with avocado slices, cheese, and meat, wrapped in aluminum foil. The taco is partially unwrapped, revealing its ingredients. In the background, there is a clear plastic cup with a light-colored beverage and a lid, placed on a table. The setting appears to be indoors, with a blurred background.

So is this place worth the try? My honest answer yes, its definitely good food but if your coming to get your socks knocked off then unfortunately this isn't the place that will do it for ya. It's really good but it could be better on flavors, me and my bf bought a mesa burrito (my fav so far 9/10) and a Gordita with pastor (5/10). The gordita is small and honestly I can't believe I'm saying this but the Gordita at el pollo Rico is better and larger. All of it rounded to 30$, so not too bad on price. Would I try again? Maybe but it's definitely not a priority. (I grew up with a private chef at home and am Latina so I have a Mexican background)

A person is seated at an outdoor wooden table, unwrapping a taco from aluminum foil. The table has a white cup with a beverage, two small condiment containers, and a smartphone. The person is wearing a black T-shirt with colorful graphics, a watch, and rings. The background shows a parking lot with traffic cones and a vehicle. The tacos contain grilled chicken, vegetables, and cheese, and are served in foil wrappers.

I am sitting here after eating my food and compelled to share the love. Go here. Immediately. We were walking by and just got a chicken Taco to split. Once they heard we were just walking around trying taco trucks in the area, they hooked us up with some horchata and a birria taco too. The chicken was great - huge taco, lots of well season ed meat and onions and peppers. Boththeir salsa were amazing. Spicy but not too spicy and great flavors. The horchata was cinnamony and cut the spice nicely. And the Birria... second best I've ever had, the first was the Birria only truck we visited earlier today. I will be back to try all the things. The yelp rating is legit.

Some of the best tacos in Austin. Recommend the barbacoa and shrimp. Fresh made tortillas, and friendly staff.

Came here with a couple of friends and we wanted to try a little bit of everything. Line wasn't too long and the owner was there taking orders and was patient enough to explain everything. The wait for the food wasn't bad, everything was ready in about 5 mins. Ribs were probably my favorite, with the brisket a close second. They were nice enough to throw in some burnt ends for us, too. Pimiento Mac and cheese was delightful, and so was the debris grits. The pistolette roll was a nice touch and was delicious with the honey butter. Definitely recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible.

Well because sometimes you have meat loving friends who want to eat barbecue and you don't want to miss out on socialization. As well I figure if the place can make sides good then hopefully that means their barbecue is good right? Located behind Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, this barbecue trailer is super fun place to bring large groups/family as it has large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and a turf area for the kids to run around and play in. There were other trailers in the back as well, but we focused on Parish which is BBQ with a Cajun twist. We came right when they opened on Saturday at 11 am and was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a long wait. However will say by the time we ordered and got our food the popular items like pulled duck and rolls were sold out by 1 pm. We a vegetarian almost all the sides were vegetarian. I really enjoyed the pimento Mac and cheese (as did my whole group and was unanimous the favorite side out of all the sides). It's slightly sweeter than regular Mac and cheese because of the peppers. I also liked the creole tomato salad as it was nice and refreshing. The potato salad was nothing to write home about. However you must get the fried pistolette rolls!! They were DELICIOUS, buttery but not too heavy and honestly weren't overly fried. Parking wise they have shared parking but plenty of street parking if the parking lot is full.

The brisket bowl was definitely the standout for me. It was so different from anything I've had before--it even had cranberries in it--but all the flavors came together perfectly. The cowboy mac and cheese with brisket was really good too, but I'd probably get the bowl again next time. The pork ribs were the best bite of the whole meal. They fell right off the bone and were so soft and tender. We split everything between two people and were completely stuffed by the end. Such a fun spot.

It's a simple looking black food truck in a busy parking lot, and the day I came was a Saturday when it was raining fairly heavily. Despite that, the lot was mostly full but there were a few spots available. There were about 5-6 people in line ahead of me and a few others still waiting for their food. I ordered the pita which you can request to do 1/2 and 1/2, so I got 1/2 brisket and 1/2 kofta. The kofta was certainly unique but I didn't like it as much as the brisket which was absolutely delicious and prepared so well. It comes with cubed marinated veg and a yogurt sauce to pour on if you get take away. I also ordered the cardamom pistachio rice pudding because I love those flavors and it was very smooth, not too sweet, and easy to eat. I'd love to go back to try the Dum Ali sometime. Overall absolutely would rec a visit to KG if you like bbq, the Egyptian flare to it is super cool and it's delicious! The staff are also so friendly.
