I was very happy to see it on the menu, although I personally think it would be better served on its own rather than incorporated into one of their mixed drinks. I typically have no problem conquering any breakfast plate but this....well, everything is bigger in Texas as they say. If you're a solo traveler, order a single and ask about their seasonal. They had a baked apple seasonal option while I was there and it was amazing. Traditional breakfasts are also delicious and far more manageable. I wish I had ordered mashed potatoes on the side, because I wanted something to soak up the lemon cream sauce, which was the highlight of the chicken. When I got there, four of the eight tables were empty but the dirty dishes had not yet been cleared. It took close to 10 minutes for the tables to be bused. Because the kitchen is so small, I'd recommend going up to the counter to order as soon as you get there. I believe you can also place your order online using the QR code on the table, but I didn't try that method. I ordered the lox n found, a toasted croissant roll with smoked salmon, avocado, dill ricotta, arugula, onion, and capers. The menu says it also comes with a side of roasted potatoes, but mine didn't come with that.
