I've only been here once so far but it was as good as everyone else is saying it is. I got the loco burrito and I couldn't quite finish it because it was so big but I really wanted to because it was so good. I'll definitely go back to try other items from their menu. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating as well. Update: went back a second time and got a quesadilla. It was perfect.

Upon walking up to the trailer, we were greeted by the most friendly woman. She was SO helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order. It was a tough choice since everything on the menu looked so dang good. Once we had landed on ordering two burritos - one with chicken and one with pork, both smothered with a red sauce and poblano cream sauce combo - she ensured we were satisfied by asking us if we wanted various salsas on top. It was one of the best experiences I've had as far as service. When we got home to eat our food, I had already decided I liked this place. But, you guys. When I opened my take out box, the smell was AMAZING. You know those times when you wish you had smell-o-vision just so you could fully express how great something smells? This was one of those times. So then... I took the first bite. OMG. I'm not exaggerating - it was so freaking good. The pork was perfectly cooked. The flavors were fantastic. The bean to rice to meat to cheese ratio was on point. Just outstanding. I cannot wait to try other items on the menu in the very near future. HIGHLY recommend. This place is a real gem!

This lady is the sweetest, and the breakfast tacos are amazing. They are huge. The red salsa is super fresh, and the creamy green salsa has a little spicy kick. I got bacon/egg/cheese/bean, and it was delicious! She chops up the bacon and mixes everything together so that each bite has some of everything in it, which I love. I think the tortillas are homemade too. Also apparently they have previously just been a breakfast/lunch place, but they are starting to do dinner as well (tonight it's chicken fajitas she told me). Highly recommend!!

Knew about this place because I saw it on TV and decided to drive and try their food. Was not disappointed! I had their meat quesadilla and loved it. It was pretty big and filling as well. Cons-They cannot sell drinks so you'll have to walk into the gas station to get your drinks. Will come back next time I drive through Hutto. read more

Yyyyaaasss!!! Gotta love Facebook neighbors group to introduce you to awesome eats locally. I was on the hunt for a breakfast taco as I have been craving some for some time. The truck is a beautiful color and it stands out. Easy to find it near the gas station. I wanted to try all of the specialty tacos so I ordered one of everything: migas, ulitimo (sausage, chorizo bacon and egg), brisket, picadillo. I ordered a traditional taco as well (bacon and egg taco). Once you order from the window, they bring your order to your car. You can also call ahead with your ahead. Didn't take long at all to get my tacos. This is very convenient so you don't have to stand outside and can sit in your car jamming out to Harry Styles. The picadillo taco was good. They definitely flavor their meat. Yum! The migas taco was also good. The brisket taco was full of meat and very moist. The ultimo taco was a burst of flavor with all the meats and seasoning. Loved it! While the bacon and egg taco was good...specialty tacos are where it's at!!! Yyyaaasss!! Loved the tacos here and can't wait to try more things. Welcome to the area! read more

HOLY BREAKFAST TACO!! We were golfing at Forrest creek country club near by, and decided we needed some food. Being the yelper I am, I see a food truck with 5 stars in the area with over 100+ reviews. That's a no brainer. We went, and couldn't have been more impressed. At first, the tacos seemed quite pricey, but when you get them and they hand you a taco the size of a small child, you instantly realize why it's $4 a taco. Will forever come back here when I'm in the area! Edit: right after I wrote this review and was already incredibly impressed, Tia (the legend herself) came out and talked with us. She was a super sweet lady who seems to genuinely care about all of her customers. I can't recommend this place enough read more

This lady is the sweetest, and the breakfast tacos are amazing. They are huge. The red salsa is super fresh, and the creamy green salsa has a little spicy kick. I got bacon/egg/cheese/bean, and it was delicious! She chops up the bacon and mixes everything together so that each bite has some of everything in it, which I love. It was a little bit of a drive to get here but we'll worth it. They have three meats to choose from: smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork and smoked chicken. She makes quesadillas, tacos, and enchiladas. And they're made with hand rolled fresh tortillas that are amazing. She offered to put two meats in our quesadilla so we could try more than one. We opted for the pork and chicken on the quesadilla and brisket on a taco. The brisket was by far the best, but the others were delicious as well. The owner was very friendly. She offered to make whatever we wanted, even if it wasn't on her menu. The location is very nice with lots of space, a jungle gym, outdoor games , and port-a-potties that were clean. Plenty of seating and parking. Give it a try. You won't regret it. read more

Great breakfast tacos! Tia is super sweet and I love how she calls me "mijo", makes me feel like she is really familia and enjoys cooking for people. You might feel the breakfast tacos are pricey until you receive them, she does not skimp on ingredients, these things are stuffed! My favorite since Ken's on Dessau and Runberg. read more

From the scenery to the food, this place is great. We were greeted warmly as if we were family or family friends. We ordered chicken and beef quesadillas, special ordered beef brisket taco with rice, and chicken enchiladas. The brisket fell apart and was so tender and flavorful as was the chicken. We loved the salsa and chips as well. There was a very small kick in the salsa but not enough for my kids to scream about it and not so little that I felt it was bland. Just perfect for us. We were given oranges as a dessert too! She explained that a playscape is going to be installed soon so we are looking forward to that. Can't wait to go back. read more

I hate leaving a bad review. First off... Tia or whoever was working the truck was a super sweet lady. My mother and I were on our way to Johnson City looking for a place to eat (it's not easy finding one through covid). We were really hungry so we saw the reviews and saw almost five stars for the place. We got there and the lady said I'm busy but go ahead and text your order and gave me a menu. She described the stuff and everything sounded amazing. We were starving. We ordered the burrito loco, chicken quesadilla, and the brisket bowl. We got the order and it looked delicious. Bit into it and there were chicken bones in the food (chicken quesadilla and burrito... one bone I can understand but multiple pinky sized bones is too many). The food was also a bit too salty for our taste. The brisket was cooked well, but zucchini was kind of hard. We didn't think of taking the food back, because we were in a different headspace. I did text her to let her know there were bones in our food and she graciously offered to replace the food, but I do not live down south so the offer is semi pointless. read more

Tia's is hands-down one of my favorite stops in the greater Austin area. I kind of wish her husband would open a second venue just focused on his BBQ. Most importantly the food is consistently delicious and high quality. On top of that the service is supreme. Tia is wonderful, and always serves her customers with a smile. My personal favorites are the brisket and egg tacos in the morning, or brisket tacos at lunch. Do yourself the favor and stop in. read more

I don't get the hubbub.... it's alright but not life changing. The burritos are a big, so that's a plus, but only average in flavor. I'm more annoyed that the hours of operation are hit and miss, lots of times they are supposed to be open they are not, so have a Plan B in mind. read more

Tia is great and remembers names. I like being able to give her a call and place an order for pick up at lunch or even breakfast. The food is well worth the price for what you get. The red salsa is mild and good the green has a little more kick and is good also. Everyone needs to check her out and there are times she dose hours also read more

Finally decided to try them out. Ordered a dozen mixed kinds and sadly was disappointed. They were very flavorless and very small compared to egg roles from Panda Express for example. Also a bit soggy - not having that crispy exterior. I doubt if I will ever be back. read more

We came from San Francisco and this was one of the 2 places I made sure to visit! Owned by the cutest couple, Tia and her husband created the most beautiful and delicious smoked brisket Enchiladas, Quesadillas and tacos! I asked her how she can handle working in her food truck at 115 degrees, and her responce was, "because I love what I do." Made from scratch, you can taste the love in her food. Surprisingly good food! The meats are smoked on site by the owner(s), and Cici reigns supreme over the kitchen. Reasonable prices, quick service, a pleasant surrounding, and cheerful owners. What more could one want! read more

The best service and the best tacos I have ever had from a food truck. The ultimate taco had chorizo, sausage, bacon and eggs all cooked to perfection. I had the migas taco and the chips were still crispy and crunchy! We also had the brisket taco and it is indeed to die for. Don't forget to try their homemade salsas too! Great welcoming smile and great food. It is just off 290 down Nutty Brown about 1/4 mile and well worth the slight detour. There are some picnic tables outside the food truck if you want to eat there. There are daily specials and I've been rewarded with each try. For the money I'm a fan. read more

Really excellent food. We tried the veggie and the chicken enchiladas. They were very fresh tasting and high quality. The smoked chicken was very well done. What we tried was much better than the top chains in the area (Trudy's, Maudie's; Chuy's) and far less greasy. The salsas were also great. We will be back! read more

Tia's is such a great down home cooking kind of place. We're so lucky to have them right next door. On those nights where there is just no way you have the energy to cook, Tia's is your salvation. They're located in a very cute little place with tables to eat al fresco when the weather is nice and a playscape for the kiddies. Delicious, easy on the wallet, and amazing customer service. Order the whole chicken 24 hours in advance; you'll be glad you did. read more

I am sooo happy I found this spot! Turns out the owner is the big sister of my childhood friend. As a kid I loved visiting just to eat her food. She would try so many different recipes and I couldn't wait to be her guinea pig! I knew one day she'd have her own spot to serve her food to the masses! My families favorites are the chicken enchiladas and the carne guisada. If you like a savory sauce then you must try the carne guisada but the enchiladas are a very close 2nd!!! I'm addicted to tacos and I don't mind traveling for them so I'll be a forever customer! Absolutely amazing! I have ordered a variety from their menu and am consistently impressed and cannot decide which item I like more. Every time I think I have found a favorite, I try something else and that becomes my new favorite. The owners could not be nicer and I look forward to talking to them as much as eating the food. THE BEST! Tia herself took such good care of us and our kids. She modified things for my picky eaters and even let them try the brisket to make sure it fit their tastebuds. I had the veggie enchiladas and they were probably THE BEST I've ever had. Brisket taco was equally mouthwatering.
