I ordered taco with a corn tortilla and a cup of fruit. Pepe, the chef, said that his food was so good that I was going to fall in love with him. Well, part was correct...I fell in love with his food. The taco was large with potatoes, egg whites and chorizo. In San Antonio, TX if you ask for chorizo it will be served to you with lots of oil and grease. This is the first non-greasy chorizo I have ever eaten. The combination of egg whites and potatoes was delightful. The seasonings took the taco to the next level. The taco was served with a green sauce with a little kick. My fruit cup was sprinkled with lime and salt which elevated the flavors. The fruit cup included cumber, strawberries, honey dew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon and jicama (not a vegetable see on the regular). The interior was colorful, warm and inviting. Growing up in San Antonio, TX the items in the restaurant were very familiar. I felt right at home. Pepe was the chef and also served my food. He was super personable, engaging and humorous. Totally, a "don't worry...be happy" environment.

Nice little cozy spot with some picnic tables and umbrellas.Perfect for having food in the sun.Quick and the couple just got recently engaged.They are amazing.They make sure that your food is cooked to perfection. Some nice crispy cheese on top of your burrito. Also inside of your taco I would highly recommend anybody to stop here and make sure that you order the burrito, tortas.
