I can't get enough of spicy boys! It's addicting and I crave it constantly. Easily one of my favorite spots to get fried chicken. They're so constant and online ordering is a breeze as I normally take it to go. Don't skip on the tots! The wings are my go to. You can eat inside the bar at this location or outside tables.

Spicy boys!!!! This food truck really knows how to make chicken! Spicy boys menu is fried chicken with an Asian twist. Their OG fried chicken sandwich is a well bread/ seasoned piece of chicken with honey, basil and papaya slaw. The meat is juicy and the chicken is fried well. The honey, basil and papaya balance the bold flavors of chicken. The toasted bun is soft and flavorful. My mouth is watering just thinking about this sandwich. Actually I might go pick up another one right now. If you prefer spicier versions, they them on the menu but I personally would recommend the OG. At higher spicy levels, the flavors get drown out by the chili oil and peppercorn. I look that the OG has some sweetness to it and you can taste the basil and papaya. location is at st. elmo's brewery. Plenty of seating and sometimes an event will be happening. Monday nights have $10 sandwich + pint. Service is quick and efficient through an online menu and they tell you your order is ready via text.

og sandwich (fried tempeh), 5 piece bone in, classic tots

Came to this food truck on a hot ass 90 degree afternoon and I nearly died, but thankfully this location is situated by a brewery that has plenty of indoor seating and, more importantly, AC. Anyways, the food was fantastic. I got the OG sandwich with the fried tempeh and the tempeh was delicious with a slight meaty texture; I also loved how the papaya salad gave the sandwich a nice crunch. The classic tots were some of the best tator tots I've ever had--it was beautifully crisp outside while still maintaining a nice soft interior. The best part though was probably how much my boyfriend enjoyed the 5 piece bone-in chicken. He was basically suckin and fuckin that thing, and I felt satisfied just watching how much he enjoyed his meal. I think this deserves 5 stars just from that alone.

Swung by Spicy Boys last week to satisfy a serious hot chicken craving -- and they did not disappoint. We ordered our usual: the famous hot wings, and as always, they were perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. That signature crunch? Chef's kiss. The location is a bit off the beaten path -- tucked next to a taco truck and a coffee spot in a somewhat quirky little corner. It might feel random, but it kind of adds to the charm. Pro tip: Go in the evening. The outdoor seating is cute and chill once the sun sets, but earlier in the day it's a little too hot to really enjoy it. String lights and the casual setup make it a relaxed, no-frills hangout vibe. Parking was super easy, and service was friendly and efficient -- no complaints there.

We LOVE spicy boys in this house!! I'm so glad they're out here We got the nugs (tingly) and panang curry+two roti. The curry leans sweet so it's a nice balance to the spiciness of the chicken. All of their menu is great with a beer from St Elmo. I miiiiiiight be here every Monday from now on ;)

We ate here about a week ago and enjoyed it! They were easy to locate and get to. The food was delicious! Definitely liked the OG chicken sandwich. Five pieces of fried chicken was good too. As were the tater tots. And prices were reasonable as well. We would eat here again. Well done Spicy Boys Fried Chicken!

F**ing WOW 5 star !!!!! The GOAT.. I tried them ALL, and I mean all. I saved spicy boys for last because everyone kept saying it was the best and original. I didn't want to love them more than all the rest, but now we too understand. LOL I may well be a zombie for this place. We ordered the FRIED CHICKEN (5PC),FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH HOT GAI and the tingly gal , CURRY & 2 ROTI, and SPICY PICKLES. Where do we even start. everything was amazing. My wife was literally drinking the sauce that came with the ROTI. If there was a 55gallon drum of it she would not be able to stop. The Hot Gai was perfect amount of spicy, not so much it kills you, but enough to remind you you are still alive!!! The 5 piece of perfection pushed me into a small coma and after a few hours of heavenly napping, we split the tingly Gal and a movie. The funny part was how we missed the movie because we were so happy just talking about the food. She kept saying the spicy pickles would be a mainstay in the house if they would sell it by the gallon. Look I tried the ALL and now we know why Spicy Boys Chicken is the GOAT and OG. When I was there the pick ups were steady, I see why this little secret is expanding! people love it, and now I know why. The twisted bastard that perfected the recipes has captured our hearts and loyalty. F**ing perfection!!! It is all over for the competitors after 3 years of trying everyone else in the city, we must have Spicy Boys!! Now it is a regular affair to get an order and settle in for a movie and long nap. Start here, do not save it for last!

Spicy Boys has been on the list for a minute, only to find out recently how close they are to the house at St. Elmo Brewing...Super friendly and fast service....Great set up with the food truck, along with outdoor seating as well an spot inside to stay cool. Wife went with the Classic Nugs...great crunch, tasty chicken and plenty to be had...We both shared a Tingly Tots...spicy yes but we have a pretty high tolerance so it was just right for us...Superiorly crunch and there were 2 sauces....red and green..to be honest not sure what went with what...but both were delicious. Also shared a double order of Roti with both sauces...Roti was ridiculously good and both curries were great...First for both of us trying curry....My Sandwich was the Tingly Gai...Messy, Spicy and down right Amazing...I savored every bite...The Green Papaya Salad was refreshing and can tame the heat a bit...super fresh and crunchy....Definitely on the list to return....You nailed Spicy Boys.

If you find yourself at the St. Elmo brewery, I would recommend this food truck on site. It is their fourth location in Austin. They have an Asian take on chicken and their spicy tots are addictive. You can get your chicken at different heat levels. Keep in mind, this is a cashless venue so you'll need a credit/debit card. I noticed their tip screen changes depending on how much you're spending. They'll ask for your phone number so they can text you when it's ready. Everything is loaded into a big pink bag complete with napkins, ketchup, and towelettes. Great spicy chicken that goes very well with cold beer.

The ambiance does look upscale, so are their prices. They have a great outdoor space and beautifully decorate indoor space. They're trying a lot of things - coffee shop with a bakery, dining restaurant, beer hall with craft beers. It does definitely get filled up in the mornings. My order: Bavarian latte Sour cream Kolaches Everything bagel with scallion cream cheese Bavarian latte though seasonal was nice and flavorful. Kolaches which was a savory and the everything bagel was something I loved with the cream cheese. Must-try! The order came around $20.

We arrived and they have a great patio, had live music and there were quite a few people there. We elected to go inside since we had been out all day and we ordered beers, some deserts, and I ordered an 'Ol Fashioned. Oddly enough, great chocolate and a fantastic 'Ol Fashioned go well together. However, the brownie was really dry - seemed to a a few days old, and the drink was just OK. They indicated it would be made with a mix so that probably my bad. My friend had a couple of beers and another dessert but his feedback was the same. I would have liked to stay longer and come back on another night to see if my first visit was an anomaly. I would think they normally have better drinks and food than we had on our first visit!

The sandwich I was planning to order contained pesto with nuts so I just felt like that would be my best bet. I typically avoid this, but it sounded so good that I couldn't resist. The employee that took my order over the phone was wonderful. So friendly and made it super easy. My order was ready when I went in! There is a small seating area inside, but lots of benches and picnic tables outside, and it was the perfect day to enjoy an outside lunch! I ended up doing the 1/2 chicken & eggplant sandwich with a side of the brisket chili. All of it was absolutely fantastic. The ingredients on the sandwich tasted super fresh and went together really well. The brisket chili was delicious with a little bit of spice as well. Highly recommend if you haven't checked out this spot!

First off, our salmon for the salad was requested as medium and well-done, but they both came out about halfway raw. I have a particularly sensitive stomach so this was a concern. I didn't feel comfortable eating it but decided to bring it home and cook it some more to avoid wasting food. Secondly, the chai latte was sickeningly sweet- which we did bring to their attention, and they did their best to adjust it. This is my friend's favorite place and she said the salmon has never come out raw before so I might give it another try, but am definitely a bit wary on the lack of consistency in food standards.
