Breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. Look at that cheese!

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the deli here. The sandwiches are great, reminds me a bit of a bodega where you choose your bread and breakfast or lunch sandwich. Personally, I'm a fan of the biscuits. They remind me a bit of the Chick-Fil-A chicken minis, not a flaky biscuit but more of a cakey buttery situation. I'm hooked!

The Turkey Club is really delicious

Dia's Market is one of those small neighborhood gems that makes you feel like you just discovered a secret. It's part specialty grocer, part sandwich haven, and somehow manages to make organic snacks feel downright charming instead of preachy. I came for a quick lunch and left a believer. The turkey club was excellent--real carved turkey, crisp bacon, and a baguette so good it deserves its own fan club. You think that's why they call it a club?Everything's made to order and tastes like someone in the kitchen actually cares about you. Ordering happens at the back counter, payment up front--a little dance that somehow adds to the charm. Prices are a bit higher, but that's the tax for quality, freshness, and feeling slightly better about your life choices. Easy parking, friendly vibes, and a sandwich that might just restore your faith in lunch. Go check it out.

Grilled veggie sandwich was flavorful but was heavy on the oil. Sandwich was sliced into triangles by default and expertly wrapped in paper. I liked that you can choose from various types of bread.

What an awesome market to go to! I popped in to visit a pop up shop located inside of the market. Parking was a breeze here. My little one enjoyed pushing the kid sized shopping cart around the store. This is a specialty market that actually carried a lot of items that we eat. They stocked items well so it's not overwhelming with lots of aisles. Makes it easier to find things so you can be in and out. They offer local eggs and milk which is a plus. They have a deli in the back. The sandwiches being made smelled so good. I am bookmarking this now so I can try one. They have seating inside or outside so you can enjoy your warm sandwich. I loved reading about how they came up with the name of this market. It is the initials of their children's names. Love that.

A great little market with a wide variety of speciality groceries, a deli, and some beers on tap. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and customizations you can do between the bread you want on the sandwich. All of the sandwiches are unique and have speciality ingredients that you wouldn't find just at a Subway. The staff was super friendly and my food came out hot and fast. They have picnic tables at the front of the store where you can enjoy your food. Once you are done eating you can shop around for groceries. Can't recommend this place enough for their food and quality of service.

I am a big fan of this place! My friend lives just down the street from this place and she had never been. We came in for a sandwich and it was everything I wanted and more. I got the lunch rosemary ham sandwich on sourdough bread and it was great! The bread was incredible and the staff was so friendly and nice when I was ordering. I added avocado which was super yummy but know that there is a lot of full seed mustard on this sandwich if that isn't your thing. The store itself is also phenomenal. They have a good range of groceries and even have a little bar with a couple of beers on tap. Such a cute good vibe in there!

My boyfriend and I love going to dia's. They are a nice walk from his apartment. They make great sandwiches and have a great selection. He said one time it started raining before he walked home and they lent him an umbrella and told him to just bring it back the next time he comes in- love the friendly service and kind vibes.

A rare brand and rare pasta shape!

Very cool local market, with a decent selection of locally-sourced products and produce. Though I didn't order a sandwich, I hear great things about them - especially the Turkey & Brie. Service is fast and friendly and I'd come back in a heartbeat. I also was able to find a relatively rare type of pasta (radiatori) from a relatively rare brand. Kudos to Dia's for carrying this kind of gourmet item!

There is 2 hour validated parking under the building so you can shop without worry. I consistently come here for the TJ brand of Greek yogurt with fat and honey flavor, and for their canned sparkling wines which I just personally find fun. The staff are always friendly, true to the TJ culture. And the little area around outside is cute and nice to get a snack or some dessert nearby.

Well, this is probably the best TJ's in the Austin area due its size and variety of healthy, eco-friendly products, so if you've not yet had the pleasure to visit, here's why you should: 1. Yes, it's in downtown at Seaholm but you get 1 hour of free, validated, protected garage parking right outside the basement doors. When you come in the garage, go forward and loop around to the left side to reach the marked TJ spaces. In 2025, you validate by entering your license plate number in the Metropolis kiosk - it's a breeze. 2. Bring an insulated bag for frozen items. TJ's has an impressive selection of high quality frozen seafood and prepared meals, appetizers, sides, and desserts that you won't find anywhere else at these prices. Lately my favorites are the assorted dumplings and other dim sum fare. Oh, and get ready for some fun on the freezer aisle, where you'll be tempted by all manner of sweet treats stored at eye level above the freezers. 3. Seasonal, limited edition items. Early summer was lemon season with lemon pasta, lemon pesto, lemon body care, lemon candles, and so on. My most recent visit, it was strawberry everything: tiny pies, mochi, dry cereal, etc. At Christmas time, my friends go wild for the kringle pastry selection. There's always something that will only be around for a few days, so you feel like you've struck gold when you get there before it's all gone. 4. Seasonings and sauces. TJ's has some of the best spice blends and prepared sauces that will punch up your home cooked meals. I am obsessed with the crunchy chili onion oil and dry crunchy chili onion sprinkle shaker, living in anxiety that they will be retired. 5. The nicest people! Everyone working seems to have a PhD in customer service. I always leave with a smile on my face after dealing with the friendly checkout counter staff person. There's even more to love - fresh flowers! awesome skincare dupes! great produce & cheese! excellent low cost wines! - but you'll need to come in & experience it for yourself. Bring your reusable bags!

As you enter from the parking garage you can take the elevators or escalators. Well ya know I just HAD to try the conveyor that takes your shopping cart up ha they have attendants that help you place the cart on the conveyor going down and up. Such a cool little experience. Once we got to the second level it was indeed quite packed as expected, but nice and shiny brand new. We were greeted into produce by a wine tasting and then sausage sampling with a live cooking demo. Lots of sampling going on. I enjoyed the new store and can't wait to go back when it's not as busy. On the way out I stopped to check the BBQ restaurant menu. I'm coming back for the Dino Rib!!!

That might be due to so many people being in town that week but they seemed to run out of drinks fairly quickly. It's also no fault of the store but it's worth mentioning right in front of their doors seems to be a popular hangout for Austin's homeless.
