We are regulars here. I think we eat here every week. Our order has not changed in a long time. Their chole bature, chicken 65, goat biryani and butter chicken are all quite consistent. Kids love the butter chicken. We've also catered from them 2-3 times for large parties 100 people and it was all really good. While the restaurant and food are good, their outside, parking smells of gutter. It's quite a stink. They don't have a business next to them. Not sure what that is however seems like a health hazard. First visit, on a Monday, so pretty quiet dining. Pretty basic setup with menus and drinks, friendly staff was attentive and welcoming. The Hop Queen ordered the non-veg lunch special, butter chicken, and I ordered the Vindaloo (spicy), as this is my usual litmus test for a new Indian restaurant. Everything was prepared fresh for us, nothing tasted like it had been prepped before we arrived. Lots of fresh spice flavour, and the naan was a bit different (in a good way) from other places - nice texture and crunch with the flavour. Lots of interesting looking items on menu, it was a nice touch that almost all were ID'd with a specific region in India. Would be fun to work through the menu and try different items! read more

The bhature were too oily though so had to dab them with napkins a fair few times to soak it up. The restaurant is small but cozy and staff is friendly. Came in at 10:35 PM ordered Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala. After our initial order we wanted to change one of the items but that was refused as they had already started the order (less than 2 minutes after we said that order) . Food came out promptly in to go containers without silverware and we were asked to leave as they were closing early. We had to beg them for silverware. I had tipped them 18% expecting table service since they advertised that they were open late on their website, yelp, and google. Very impressed by Angeethi! Their food is consistently delicious and of high quality. It's one of few authentic North Indian Punjabi restaurants in Austin. I've tried a variety of dishes - malai kofta, dal makhani, chicken kadhai, navratan korma - and have enjoyed all of them. Not too oily, just quality flavors. And wonderful, helpful service! They have good deals through DoorDash. I've also catered chicken biryani from them and was very happy with the amount of meat they included in the half tray size. Went here last night I was the only one here eating which is crazy because of how good the food was they deserve more people here. The only complaint I could give is that they don't give enough rice for the amount of curry, i supposed I could have asked a little bit more tho so meh. Really nice people here too. Small and out of the way but once you find this place you will keep coming back. I stepped in for lunch and have been coming back weekly. The first thing I noticed was they are super friendly and helpful. They have a younger girl who seems to be there working when I come and she knows me by name now. While I am obsessed with the Chole Bhature and flat bread I am also a fan of the butter chicken and lamb dishes. I recommend the lunch specials and the mango lassi. Stopped in with my youngest to cure a craving for Indian food. Happy to report we had a great meal. The dining area is very nice but most folks were just picking up takeout. Our server was kind and helpful. We ended up trying the mutton curry, the chickpea samosa appetizer, and some butter naan. Everything was really fresh and delicious. My only disappointment was that we didn't get to try more! The masala chai and mango lassi was a nice way to wash it all down. We brought home some wonderful badam kheer for dessert. I had the driest paneer that I have ever had in my life! Was it pre-cooked, frozen, old, cooked too long?? No idea, but I swear, we almost choked on it! It was Paneer 65, but tasted more like Chili Paneer (did she get my order wrong?) which has a sauce and tastes like General Tso's which I don't like. I wanted the rich flavors of Paneer 65... oh well! I also had the mint cilantro paneer... good flavor, but again, so dry I could hardly swallow it. My hubby had the mutton curry and it tasted good. We also had roti and paratha which was okay. A whopping $77 later, I regret my decision to give this place a try. I'm sticking with my 5 star recommended Indian restaurant in Cedar Park... unfortunately, this was an expensive lesson in NOT going to where you know the food is going to be stellar! read more

Finally a great Indian food experience in Cedar Park area! The food is very well done the tandoori chicken is still juicy and delicious not dry like most of the Indian places around here. The service is amazing and the ambiance is intimate and probably only seats about 40 people. On a late Saturday night it was only 1/2 full but they had a steady flow of people collecting to go orders which gave me a good indication that these guys will be a long term resident here in Cedar Park. I rarely give 5 stars but these guys earned it and it will be a part of our families regular rotations. read more

Fantastic find!!! The food here is delicious! I had the grilled chicken thigh appetizer. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. The garlic naan was heaven. And their Malai Kofta was maybe the best I've had yet! The one thing I was not a fan of was the Indian lemonade. We ate at Angeethi today. We ordered the following: 1. Neelam Chicken 2. Sunahari Chicken Korma 3. The lunch special with Butter Chicken, a chick pea dish and butter naan. 4. Garlic Naan Everything was delicious. Most of us liked the Neelam chicken the best. It has a nice smooth complexity. The Butter chicken was a little sweeter than most we have had, but it was still great. The Korma was also good. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food was fresh. The absolute best Indian food all around in the area. I cannot talk up the rice enough. Or the amount of flavour they impart on the tandoori chicken. I it's a 40 minute round trip to pick this up to go, but I will gladly make it. Seems like a great family atmosphere inside, and open late. I was told a lot of Indian families traditionally eat later, so it keeps the family atmosphere much later than other restaurants. Alcohol is also not readily available, as I believe they are BYOB. I regularly get the Roti, South Delhi Tandoori Chicken, and Masala Papadum for dinner, and the leftovers are perfect to take to lunch. It also is hysterical when reheating the rice is mistaken for a perfume or candle. All in all 10/10 just go. read more

Food, absolutely fantastic. My taste buds are throwing a party. My brain is high on happiness from the flavors and the spices. Service, they are friendly a little bit shy so you have to talk to them to open up a little bit. But very friendly. Ambience, pretty cool, small personal café, really clean as well. I've eaten there both for lunch and dinner. Of course dinner is always absolutely delicious there. But the lunch, you get a pretty good portion for the lunch price , but what's best of all, is that it is made fresh from the cooks and even better you get a Samosa!!! I had the butter chicken which was the best I've found in the area. Piping hot. Garlic naan was amazing!! We also had the chicken tikka masala. Slightly different flavors than expected but also delish and served piping hot. The chicken in both dishes was cooked perfectly (most places it's dry and overcooked). Neelam paneer is probably the best Paneer curry I've had in Texas. Overall, a great place with great service. Will be visiting again soon.

The butter chicken had just the right amount of heat (ordered it 'medium') and it was delicious. Plenty of meat. It came with naan and a large samosa. My partner had the tikka masala. He ate every bite so that's a thumbs up. The restaurant is clean, intimate and beautifully decorated. The waitress was very busy being hostess, bartender and cashier. We have been to this restaurant a few times. The ambiance has always been warm and inviting. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, from classic curries to creative fusion options. We ordered a vegetarian lunch platter that offers a very large sized naan, plain white rice , a samosa and one curry of your choice( saag paneer was our choice). The quantity and the taste was perfect. Can be easily shared by two. In curries we have enjoyed the Gujarati paneer Lababdar and Amritsari Pindi Chana. Have also tried the paneer wrap , aloo Paratha served with raita and pickle and gulab jamun and Ras malai for dessert. All were excellent in taste. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Restaurant was very clean. Overall, a must-visit if you are looking for a quiet dinner or lunch at a reasonable price with great flavors. Will visit again! read more

We along with a couple of friends decided to come for dinner here today (1/25). We ordered the fish tikki, chicken lababdaar, dal makhni, paneer tikki, aloo parantha and naans+lacha paratha. The first tikki was served first and had no salt in it. When communicated the same to the staff, they sent the same fish back with a bowl of salt on the side. We were taken aback. Also, the fish was fried when the menu said it's a Lahori fish tikki and listed under tandoor item. Other two curries were far below average and tasted like some stuff with orange gravy.
