We got the chicken Hakka noodles and they were so delicious!! Very flavorful and well seasoned!! I like that the serving size is very decent and there's lots of chicken and veggies!! The tables outside were nice and clean and we didn't have to wait very long for our food

Decent Indo Chinese food. I got the chicken schezwan fried rice, schezwan lollipop and chicken Manchurian gravy. The fried rice was a little dry. Lollipop were good. The chicken Manchurian gravy didn't have any gravy.

Food is not great. Too much sugar and bland in other taste for noodles. Please improve.

They have some picnic benches laid out for folks to enjoy the food. I got the vada pav, raj kachori and sugarcane juice. The sugarcane juice was so fresh and yummy. It was good quantity, my friend and I ended up sharing one drink because it was too heavy to finish by myself. The Raj Kachori was made well. It was fresh and tasted authentic. I love sweet chutney and requested for some extra on the side. They graciously provided the same and didn't charge extra. The vada pav was huge and tasted great as well. My friend got pav bhajji and papdi chaat. He said the pav bhajji was authentic and reminded him of the pav bhajji in Mumbai. He loved the papdi chaat and found it yummy. All in all, we had a great experience. The food truck and picnic tables actually made the experience like the street chaat stalls in India. The food is authentic and fresh. Go check it out!

My wife is quite sensitive about the yogurt in the dahi puri, and she attests that it was just right, and wasn't sour. I enjoyed the vada pav, it was quite authentic. Bhel was great as well, which we ordered without onions. We'll be back.

My teenager introduced me to the place as he and his friends like it enough to often spend their own hard earned money there which says a lot. Although they were out of the meat patties he likes, he was pleased with the jerk chicken he ordered instead and I enjoyed their jerk pork. I feel like the rice could have benefitted from a bit more seasoning but I loved the plantains. For beverages we each decided to try one of their specialty beverages, Soursop and Sorrel. Realizing we were rookies when we ordered them, they were kind enough to offer us a taste of them just to be sure we liked them before paying for them which I appreciated. My teenager chose the sweet version of the Soursop while I had the Sorrel which reminded me of kambucha. This food truck is one of the most reliably open food trucks in this area. Unlike some food truck areas, this area has been developed as a nice area to not just pick up food but to stay and eat. Located in a parking lot between an apartment complex and a crossfit business, this is one of 5 or 6 food trucks in a strip with another group of 5 or 6 more food trucks across the parking lot. They have recently improved this area with lots of tables, astroturf in some areas, and both natural shade and shade structures.

The Bae Spot has been open for precisely one month today and owned by a husband and wife team. The Bae Spot is open Thursday through Sunday from 5 to 9 PM. For the month of October all items are discounted 10%. I purchased a Mango Matcha latte and it was prepared quickly and deliciously so win win for sure. The Bae Spot serve savory items also. I was the first and only customer so it was a very laid-back and chill environment where I got the undivided attention of the owners. Also, there is free parking for food truck park guests as well as a sitting area for dining and drinking beverages.

It's tucked away in a small food truck spot - with a lovely picnic table with Jenga blocks. The owners are super sweet - very service oriented and make their treats with care. We split a Dubai chocolate croffle as who can turn down that combination?!?! We absolutely loved it. It was a golden base with a good mix of flavors on top. Not too much or too little of anything. After our dinner, splitting one was just right for the two of us.

Specializing in Nepali and Himalayan cuisine, the food truck introduced me to a dish I had never tried before...momos. Momos are traditional Nepali dumplings that trace their roots back centuries to the Himalayan region. Typically filled with seasoned meat or vegetables, they can be steamed, fried, served in chili sauce, or even enjoyed in a flavorful soup. Monk's Momo offers several styles, including steamed, fried, chili, and jhol (soup-based) momos. I ordered the steamed chicken momos, and they were outstanding...fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The emphasis here is clearly on quality. The momos were served with a sesame-tomato dipping sauce that was deliciously bold...definitely a sauce that gets your attention. The manager was friendly and happy to explain the menu and dining options, making the experience even more enjoyable. Free parking at the food truck park is an added bonus. Courtyard seating provides a relaxed environment. This was a great introduction to Monk's Momos, and I'm already looking forward to returning to try more of the menu items.
