Tammy did a great job on my nails and brows, the place was very welcoming and super clean! There was a somewhat large color variety and overall I had a great experience :) read more

My husband, Chris, decided to make me an appointment here since it's been a while because of COVID and my usual lady is on maternity leave. I have to say not only are the prices about the same as my usual spot, the service here was awesome. They spoke TO me not through me. You can always tell when it's a forced interest just the same old " Hi how are you....blah blah blah" here they actually took Interest in me and who I am. Used my name to address me and made sure everything was how I wanted. I spend almost 2+hrs at my usual place, which most of it is waiting because they always over book and take too many walk ins. I was in and out of here in just under a hr with amazing looking fingers and toes. It was so relaxing. Definitely found a new spot. Thank you! read more

Gave them a another try, but I Had an appointment, and still waited 25 minutes. The tech apologized a few times for the wait. Then tech did a VERY rushed job. Asked which pedicure product, I told her the quickest (as i was now running late). In the process she asked if I like the leg massage, I asked her to repeat (couldnt understand her), I said of course....When checking out it was $5 more than what i purchased and she said it was for the the massage! I chuckled, as she spent 2 minutes and it was terrible. I will not be back. Not personable at all. read more

My new favorite spot. The best SNS mani and regular pedi I've had in a long time. Super clean, very friendly and quick without feeling rushed. I will definitely go back! read more

Really awesome my second time there, I did gel pedi and gel mani back in June for vaca in rocky point and the nails obviously didn't last forever but a good 3 weeks and the toes still looked fantastic! I went today got gel mani and regular pedi, and eyebrow wax. I saw Vivian she was wonderful even for eyebrow wax. They are open super early easy parking very clean and friendly will definitely come back! My nails I asked for a short natural baby pink gel with a little sparkle just to make them look clean and fresh the toes are an opi wine/red standard pedi. read more

Amazing experience. The staff was friendly and offered me a cold water once I arrived -- during the Phoenix summer that's such an important and kind gesture. I loved the pedicure and nail polish. UPDATE: the nail polish lasted on my toes. It only chipped towards the end of my two weeks. I look forward to returning! read more

I was extremely shocked to find that this establishment had such good reviews- maybe They recently hired the nail tech that did my nails. I requested him to add tips onto the nails that weren't long enough- he told me no, i don't like tips i don't put them on. Secondly, he painted on my skin and i mean the kind of painted on skin that a 4 year old does. He painted all over my skin and at the time i truly thought it was cuticle oil until he said okay you're done and i was like hold on there's a film all over the skin around my nail. He continued to tell me to wash my hands and it will come off. So i did so, and he gave me a brush to "scrub it off". Clearly it didn't come off. By this point he already started working on someone else in hopes i wouldn't say anything but i did. So then i walk over to him while he's doing someone else because there's no way i'm paying to have someone paint my skin. This man comes over with a drill. He took a drill to my skin. It still wouldn't come off. At this point i knew the man wasn't going to do anything but cause more harm. I went to the front. The guy asked me how my service was. I clearly told him that I am upset and this is a horrible job. He gave me 30% off my next service. AS IF I WOULD EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I sat in the car trying to peel them off then went to another salon nearby that i know is good and they just redid it. So if you're thinking of going here, don't. Go to Aria nail bar in biltmore. They took a drill to my skin. read more

I begin this review still sitting in this nail salon mid appointment. Greeted by name and so politely, I was promptly brought to my chair. The gentleman who did my nails is so warm and kind and funny. I wasn't left alone randomly, I had a delightful conversation, and was asked numerous times if I was happy with my nails "so far." They turned out gorgeous, btw. I scheduled my nails but forgot to ask for a toe polish change. I ask mid-nail job and he of course says, "no problem." Now. Here I sit in the massage chair with Rosie. What was supposed to be a simple toe polish change turns into her prepping my little tootsies with some filing action, some cuticle oil and she even topped them off with a little scrubby scrub. She's doing a wonderful job. When I say I have NEVER booked an appointment for 2 weeks in advance, I ain't lyin'. But will I be booking an appointment? You bet your sweet, fresh nails I will. This place has blown me out of the water with customer service and that alone will bring me back. Not to mention the super dope music selection on the speakers above. Please don't pass this place up!!! They are the unicorns of nail salons!!! read more

This is my favorite nail salon! It is so clean and the customer service is wonderful. I will continue to be a regular.

I got the Organic Pedicure and it was awesome! The lady who did mine was really nice and careful and now my feet look and feel beautiful! The leg treatments were really nice as well. Found my new place for sure. read more

Kelly did my dip powder nails! It was my first visit here and it was a great experience, they gave me what I asked for and didn't try and oversell me with anything. Super clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended! read more

Very nice salon right in my neighborhood that has great hours - especially if you're in dire need of a pedi after work on a Friday! I've been here twice now for a pedicure and it's great. The foot massage is wonderful and they do a better job of callous removal than I've had at other places. The nail polish I had done looked still freshly applied after 3 weeks. When going to another salon for a pedi they asked if I had gel because it was still so shiny. Highly recommend! Note that they accept tips via cash; however, they let me put on my card when first going because I hadn't realized it. As someone that's 8 1/2 months pregnant, I absolutely love the foot massages here and will keep coming back frequently. read more

First time here and I'll be back! I got my gel manicure from Jessie who is so sweet and thorough. She took her time to make sure my nails looked just the way I like them. The salon is clean and they don't reuse unsanitized clippers/trimmers on clients. Plenty of gel colors to choose from! read more

Horrible! I can't even call it a manicure. It was remmove my gel, then apply dip powder. no cuticle removal, not a drop of water on my poor hands. Nails shaped with drill only, I had to go home and pry the left over off of my fingers and from underneath my nail bed. I can honestly say my hands left looking worse than when I came in. Not I have super sore nail beds from drill, hoping I don't get an infection. And super thick ugly looking dip nails. what a waste of time and money. I should have known when they want to do you nails and toes at the same time... rush rush rush with crappy workmanship. I would say stay away! Rachel is the tech that did my nails. I brought my aunt and daughter with and we were all disappointed. Shame on you Rachel, your customers deserve better than that. read more

Worst mani/pedi ever. Globs of gel polish on nails, lady doing the "basic" pedi did t even apply lotion. So basic is soak feet, act like she is pushing back cuticle, as couple snips, a base coat, two coats of color and NO TOP COAT or lotion. She got up and left me in chair. The man doing my hands asked me to move to his station and she said no because thst would be one more station to clean! Guess they didn't zlcare when I told them it was hard to bend my arms with a herniated cervical disc read more

Went to get my nails done with my mom (who did receive a great manicure so maybe it was just my technician), and received one of the worst manicures I've ever paid $50 for. Filed all my nails to different/wonky shapes, left glue all over my fingers, put the top coat on over powder particulates for a bumpy finish, and didn't file the one tip I got to the equivalent size of my opposite hand. No lotion or asking me to wash my hands before putting on top coat. Be careful who you get to do your nails here. read more

I came to Phoenix on vacation and was referred to PV Nail Lounge by my family. I got Kim to do SNS dip on my nails in a fun, bright pink and sparkly color. She was super fast and yet did an amazing job. Rosie did my pedicure and gave me an amazing sugar scrub with oranges. I definitely recommend going here for a relaxing and rejuvenating visit. read more

I am so happy I tried this place out the week we moved here long term. The staff and owners are lovely and are first rate at what they do!!! I have had two technicians. Vo did my dip nails today and what a professional! The salon is clean which is another A+. I highly recommend this place. read more

I followed my fav nail tech here (Rena) and found a cute little gem of a salon. It's bigger than it looks from the outside but surprisingly quiet and relaxing. They have a super cute and broad range of colors, and their pedi chairs are comfy too. Also every time I'm there the owner is constantly cleaning and tidying up. Super clean place. I like that. Saved the best for last - they serve wine ! Red and white. Cheers ladies. read more

It took over an hour for a removal French tip and two designs, and I didn't even get a manicure. Maybe that's normal, but if you need to be somewhere be prepared this is not a fast establishment. They work very slowly and don't have the best customer service. Also if you're use to extravagant designs, I would stay clear they don't really know how to do those. I left very unsatisfied and when I said I would pay for everything except the one design the lady started yelling at me and I just gave up and said fine, since they were being so rude and at that point I just wanted to leave. I'll post a pic of what I asked for and what I got below. I thought it would be a simple orange slice to do, but even that was too difficult I guess. I hope others who go here will have a better experience than I did. read more

My mom, sister and I love coming to this place. The staff are really nice and do such a good job. I highly recommend this place.

Words can't describe how amazing this place is with their servicing. This Is my first time here abs I'm very please with T. A gentleman was sitting down waiting for me as he saw me enter. I told him I wanted a pedicure and he said someone will come to me. It was very busy day and a lady approached me as soon as she was done cleaning her station. VERY SANITIZED! She took her time doing her job but she was efficient and fast. SHE NEVER RUSHED! She even educated me on how to test my ingrown nails. She held a very great conversation and told me about some cool places to eat since I am new to AZ. I'm very pleased with how T treated me abs everyone else. Beyond friendly And outgoing T is. I am definitely going back here and a customer for life. You just come in and ask for T. I will be back! Love it here. read more

This was a last minute stop and they were able to fit 3 of us in for pedicures. The salon is nice and we were excited to try this place. That took a dive real quick. 2 of the ladies immediately talked trash about us as we walked back to the chairs. Not hard to tell when they looked directly at us and began laughing. They didn't speak to us much at all but they did to each other, look at us and laugh. So one person in our party set up the translator on their phone. The 2 ladies were talking MAD trash about us. They each cut our toes and didn't say a word but they both thought it was funny when they did it. Never even acknowledged or apologized for it. We couldn't wait to get out of there they made us feel so uncomfortable. We saw another customer come in. She had one of the same ladies we had. We said to each other watch them talk trash! Sure enough they said nasty things about that customer and she walked over to another employee and said something to her they both looked at the lady and laughed. The reason I gave 2 stars was for Andy because he didn't participate in their rude shenanigans and he did a wonderful job on his pedicure. They should be more aware of the customers because you never know who speaks the language or uses a translator on their phones! Be nice to the people who are providing you a paycheck and keeping business going. read more

Very friendly and did a decent job. I went with a friend and it took a very long time for anyone to do her pedicure. I was done way earlier than her, even though we both had appointments at the same time. A worker then told me that I had to leave because of social distancing. I am very upset that I didn't get to spend time with my friend because they were unorganized, yet had very strict rules. read more

I usually go to my same place and have been for years because they do aba amazing job. My salon was closed and I was recommend to come here at PV nails. The guy did such a horrible job on my nails. I was walking him through everything and he kept messing up more and more. My nails are uneven, they are lifted, thick, he filed them all the way down to where you can see my skin. I got SNS as I always do and this has literally been the worst job ever!! I didn't even want to pay and they told me that it was my fault because "that's how your nails are". I want my money back I have to look at my nails every single day for 3-4 weeks now. This is horrible!! I will never go back again!! read more

Went there today because so many of you praised the place. My nail tech and one other wore their masks below their noses. Another removed her mask as she walked around the salon. There are not plexi glass barriers between the tech and the client which may or may not be important. I'm just mentioning it. The manicure. It's fine. But because of their lack of adherence to mask wearing, I would never go back. Even after the pandemic is over. Did I ask her to move her mask up? No. Did not. read more

I love this place!! I tried a number of different salons in Phoenix after moving back last year and this is by far my favorite place! I get SNS done and they consistently do a great job! I also have gotten pedicures from time to time and have always been pleased with those as well. Everyone who works here that I've interacted with has been so great and if you are ever disappointed with something they are beyond happy to fix it - I haven't needed to do this but I've seen one person come back in before who had a nail break after a day or so and they fixed it right up for her! read more

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Prices are competitive with that of other nail salons in the area. My only complaint would be that it took a little longer than necessary - I got seated right away and they were able to do my hands + feet at the same time, but my pedicure actively took a little over an hour, which felt like a long time. But, if you're not in a rush, it's nice to have the time to relax and have your nails look great. Definitely recommend! read more

I came to get a pedicure today and bin took care of me. Truly needed it and he did such a great job. Especially with the massage, he really took his time and didnt rush, which is something i really appreciated. The little things matter lol especially in a nail salon. The place itself is beautiful and clean. I really like how they have separate rooms for pedicures. Its such a cute and different idea. Overall my experience here went well. I think i found a new nail place, I'll definitely be back for another pedicure read more

John and Venessa did my nails - a standard pedicure & gel nails. Both made the environment very comfortable, were easy to talk to, and generally did a great job. Venessa did an especially great job, probably the best pedicure I've had in a long time! Prices were pretty standard, nothing too much higher than I'd normally pay ($35 pedicure, $40 gel with French tips). They do offer different levels and an "express" version if you're trying to stay within a budget. The salon itself was super clean, everyone was polite, and I will definitely go back to this location. Only recommendation - as many places, they prefer cash tip. They said they won't normally allow me to put it on my card, but since it was my first time, made the exception. Just make sure you bring cash for a tip rather than a card! read more
