This Publix has been here for at least two decades that I can remember and I must say they have kept up with the times. It's located in a very busy intersection of Roswell Road and Abernathy in Sandy Springs. The shopping center is called Abernathy Square. There are at least 25 businesses in this shopping center. They include the following: Ippolito's Neighborhood Italian Poke bar Jet's pizza Yogli Mogli's Fozen yoguart Starbucks Jamba Juice Gyro & Teriyaki I've been to this Publix at least dozen times or more. Never had a problem. This store like all the Publix in the metro area is extremely clean, well stocked and filled with friendly people. At night the place is lit up very nicely so you don't have to worry about walking in and out of the parking lot. 1037th review 12/25/2017

What a great Publix! It is much smaller than most Publix location, but it's just as good. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Everything was fully stocked! They had everything I needed. You should come to this Publix because they are sure to have everything you need.

This tiny, 8X8 tray of fruit was $27.81 and not $22.99 as I was told.

Be careful of their party tray prices! I ordered the fresh fruit tray to feed 12-15 people. The pamphlet I was shown stated $22.99 but when I picked it up I was charged $27.81. It was an hour before the party started and I was panicked. I didn't have time to order again let alone buy more fruit. I asked the lady at the deli why there was a price difference and all she did was stare at me. I asked her if could return the tray and she said all party trays were non-refundable. What a rip off. I hope no one comes hungry.

Deli.. Awesome sandwiches.

A trip around the world and a walk down memory lane…read more It's been decades since I stepped foot inside the Buford Highway Farmers Market, and being back felt like a beautiful reunion. The last time I walked these aisles, I was with my mama, Donna Theresa. So much has changed since then, yet the soul of this place remains as vibrant as ever. It feels more expansive than I remember. A true global treasure tucked right here in the city. I'm still obsessed with how they organize the aisles by country. In just one afternoon, I traveled from Korea to Eastern Europe to Central America, no passport required! I was officially "team sample" the moment they offered! Unlike the heavy, sugary profile of traditional American cakes, these were a masterclass in balance. I tried the Neapolitan, a stunning phyllo-layered creation that was light, buttery, and perfectly textured. But the Lemon Cream Cake? It stole the entire show. It looked picture-perfect on the shelf, and the taste was even better. It was so bright, airy, and just the right amount of decadence. Coming back here wasn't just a grocery trip; it was a win for my palate and my heart. Now that I'm back in the area, you can bet this is becoming a regular stop on my rotation. Do yourself a favor and make sure you check the exp dates on EVERYTHING. This market routinely…read moresells old/expiring goods because there's too much sh*t in the store to keep up with inventory (see others' reviews). This is by far this market's biggest drawback. I purchased a pack of tofu along with some other items on March 11. I open the fridge a few days later on March 15, finally ready to prepare the tofu, just to see that the exp date on the pack was March 10. This picture was taken March 15 upon this discovery. I meant to update this review a while ago. I just can't spend money here anymore knowing that I'm liable to accidentally purchase old products. As customers, we should not have to be this vigilant at a grocery store... it's ridiculous.
