no meatball subs and they lie about it everyday. they say "not today" but it's never today. just take the sign down yall. please. I really wanted to try and came multiple days. and this lady Necole. she gone heat up ur sandwich no matter what you say. don't look away for a second yall. it was so bad cause she did it to me and I get a ick from melted cheese, but she also did it to this guy who was using food stamps and you can't get a warm Publix sandwich on food stamps so he had to come all the way back through the line and re-order and receive his food so obviously something is going on. Training is needed Have some time when you go.

Donta Extended true customer service when he personally went to get my med size pineapple when none were out! I have been coming to this Publix for many years, initially it was great, and then soon became run down from all the traffic and the lack of organization. And then just recently has improved! It was difficult finding things and there was normally no one to help you find anything, and if he did, they didn't know where anything was! Now it seems they have better training in most employees. I ask are willing to look for it if they don't know where it is!

Nothing special about this market/grocery store except the sandwiches! Very long line with slower than molasses workers, with no food prepped beforehand. Waited almost 40 minutes in the long line, it was worth it cause the day before the line was even longer and didn't want wait. They sliced the meat and cheese fresh and put it on the fresh baked bread from a few hours before. Loved that sandwich so much with the chewy bread and ample portions of meat and cheese. Now you know why the lines are so long, but they would be quicker if they did the food prep ahead of time. :-) For sure will be back to get another sandwich when in Atlanta.

I've been a fan of Publix since moving from Florida in mid 2000. This is a downtown store. Parking is pay off street. There may be a garage but I did not see one. It was raining pretty hard when entering street level. It's a short walk downstairs. I came in with friends needing a few items like cheese, wings and chips. Although the store was clean and well organized. I found everything I needed and like that they carry higher quality items. Checkout was very smooth with plenty of staff. Upon exiting a homeless person was camped inside the door with a lot of gear, but not blocking the door. It was raining, but overall not a good policy. I'm mixed on this. 3.5 rounding up.

This is for the hot food and deli meat counters only. Great selection of tasty foods, sort of friendly staff, but they could do much, much better! This is the slowest spot in the world. Time almost stops here as it relates to service. If slow was a rock, this deli counter would be the Great Rock of Gibraltar!!! Only two people in line, the first person had 2 small meat requests. I had only one request. The total time was about 15 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    Inside. Produce section. Bagged vegetables.

I went this past week because I was looking for 2 specific items that I wasn't able to find at 2 other large Asian markets. Someone had suggested this Market because of the extensive ethnic choices. It has Asian (Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Filipino), European, South American, Hispanic and American items. There are sections that have premade Asian meals, fresh seafood, extensive fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, pantry staples, bakery items, almost anything you might want. It's a large market and you could spend hours going up and down the aisles exploring. I was surprised to find they even had a favorite pop that I only thought I could get in Michigan. Now I know that I can go here and get it, without having to have it ordered online. It can get busy on the weekends when everyone is doing their weekly shopping, but I went later in the day and was able to find parking and not bump into people or long lines.

You have to get one of the big shopping carts out the parking lot yourself. The produce section is huge and loaded with the freshest produce. The prices look bigger than Kroger put on the same level as Publix. This place is essentially an international market mixed with a farmer's market .The seafood section is humongous. I got some sushi, grilled Markel, and chicken fried rice from the korean section. In the butcher section, I got pork belly, goat, lamb, chicken wings, and pork shoulder. All the food was amazing.

Upon entry, the warm smells of steaming sweet potatoes greets you! I think you can buy a bag & snack while you shop! I highly recommend eating BEFORE you go here, or you'll be tempted to buy a little bit of EVERYTHING! All the eastern Asian flavors and popular brands as well as the generics, Latin items, American staples, from fresh to frozen! The fresh seafood and hot deli items was cool. There were people stocking more things while I was there on a mid-Friday. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they were around in case I had a question. There are cafe vendors and a dining area past the cashiers. They had Korean BBQ, hot dog on a stick, shave ice, & more. There's even a minimal area offering clothing and Korean skincare! For the kids (& the kid in you), there was an arcade including the Gacha games! Prices weren't outrageous and actually comparable to other international markets. Now that I know where I can get all my childhood delicacies, I'll be coming here often!!
