You can usually get help from the kiosk but which is cool but if you ever do need onsite management they never answer the door or the phone . But then when I walked from my unit to the restroom which is sometimes available I get harassed they ask ed what I'm doing there like I didn't belong there like I didn't just pay up 3 months In Advance I was discriminated against. And it felt borderline racist and now they're trying to terminate me without proper notice hoping I wouldn't find out about my termination date so they could keep or throw my stuff away and keep it's outrageous. Now I'm fighting to not lose my property I would highly recommend storing your belongings somewhere else. read more

Don't give these people business. A rental agreement means nothing. Just a way for you to give them your card info. They will continue to increase their rates to existing/loyal customers while offering half of your rate to new customers. Wow! What a great experience with Georgina! Very polite and prompt in greeting me! I moved into a unit and realized it was too small. Georgina was able to move me quickly and easily near the smaller unit. The units are VERY clean! All the other storage units I viewed in the surrounding area to this storage facility were dirty, poor lighting, etc. Public Storage on S. Virginia was a no brainer. I spoke with Geogina, she answered all of my questions and went out of her way to help me find the right size storage, all the supplies I would need for my belongings and location for the closest moving trucks. This is the absolute worst place to do business with! Not only is their office staff (Amara) very unknowledgeable regarding there services and pricing, but they are extremely rude as well as harassing! My daughter and I gave 30-days notice over the phone, in person and with there on site manager only to be charged the following month including a $20.00 late fee after move out. They also stated that they had to fill a dumpster 3/4 full with items for which we left which is completely false. There was a very nice black sleigh bed frame which very well could have been donated to any one of the thrift stores in our area rather than thrown away, along with a fan, a toilet bowl brush and several empty U-Haul boxes that could have been set out for anyone else in need of them. This company is a joke and I will be writing a letter to their corporate office to include my move out photos regarding the general rudeness and lack of customer service in which we received. I called to reserve a storage unit and said they would hold it for 7 days. As soon as I hung up with their national 800 number, the manager, Cooper, called me to secure the unit. I discussed with him the 7 day hold and my circumstances. He said he'd make a note to call me in 6 days (Wednesday). Two days later I get a call from Amara (sp) stating that if I didn't call within 24 hours they would let the unit go. I was camping with no reception and thankfully came down the mountain where there was reception. I called her and explained that I had spoken with Cooper and she said there was no note on my order stating I had spoken with him. She agreed to follow up with me on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to confirm the unit and they had rented it out. I had already decided that I was going to find another storage unit because I don't like push tactics. However, renting out my unit and going against their word just proves how poor of business practices they have. read more
