Alright, much bigger with much packing materials. But packing materials for a single box were woefully lacking. Some very thin bubble wrap sheets and some foam sheet about 3/4" X 10" X 10". Everything else in bulk and, even then, not what I wanted. I bought the larger box and went to the UPS store to get a roll of decent sized bubble wrap which then worked perfectly. Staff did not offer to do the packing for me.

So the truck wasn't ready to rent because manager was off on Mondays and Tuesday and the clerk at the location didn't know anything to help and refused to contact the manager because it was his day off on Monday and Tuesday. I was dropped off by friend needing to go to work so I was stranded for hours. If u haul would have alerted me that the truck wasn't ready I would have made different plans. On phone with u haul for over an hour talking to 5 different people to resolve this mess. Worst customer service by both u haul and the storage place.

Top of the line technology with phone app access to units, also known as NoKey access. The units come in several different sizes and are indoor and temperature controlled.
