In our younger days we would have moved it ourselves, But we're in our 60's now and thought we should hire someone to move it for us especially since it had to be tipped back pretty far to get it out of the front garage. I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! I will use them in the future if we have any moving needs.

There were no surprises and both Ben and Dave called the day of the move to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The crew of 4 that showed up were a pleasure to work with as well. They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Will for sure use them again when and if we have anything else to move around.

We live on the third floor and although we only had one bulky items, we did not want to lift the cal king bed up those flight of stairs. It's like Koko head, but worse! We needed someone quickly as the U-pak company only let us know an hour in advance when they will be arriving. After we got the call, I had to make a few phone calls and came across Brothers. Emmit was quick to respond and able to send two guys within two hours on a Friday afternoon and it was unloaded in 45 minutes. They do require a 2 hour minimum which is standard for most companies. Overall, the service and professionalism this company has, I will recommend to you folks!

I was disorganized and the time issues are on me, but I did not pay the high price for these movers to break my prized items. I will not be using or recommending them.

My Tama Drum Kit was next with all of my cymbals and stands and then my table & Chair set, sofa and so many other pieces. The move was easy and the guys were professional and caring. Brandon arrived with his sprinter van and I was able to add more furniture to my move. Once at the new house, each piece was unwrapped and I was asked where it should go. We needed to find moving help on Tuesday to be finished by Friday a.m. Not ideal timing, but we had an emergency that changed our plans. I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Maybe our booking so late bothered him so much he couldn't take it, and he'd decided to teach us a life lesson about planning by being a no-show. :D Not sure...in any case, see the screenshots and judge for yourself if you would trust this company with your business. The good news...even though Anytime Anywhere's actions left us looking for help after business hours, Full Service Moving (https://fullservicemoving.us/) saved the day. No bizarre guilt trips about booking last minute, and 100% professional and trustworthy communications. Not only did they agree to come the next day, they texted twice in advance with updates on timing. They impressed both me and my husband with their professionalism on-site, as well as their knowledge about moving and integrity regarding the job. We weren't able to move our piano into the room we wanted, and Full Service offered to come back the next day if we still needed help trying another location--impressive!

He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. At this point, Ezequiel is definitely my go-to. I first met with their designer, who came by to take a look at the space and take measurements. From there she put together an estimate and a rendering. It was exactly what I was envisioning. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. I couldn't be more happy, I highly recommend their services, and I'm already thinking about my next project with them.

Sad to say I never wanted to write this review. Our move was in 2017 delivered October 5, 2017 Anthony and Lana are very nice people. They were honest in telling us they may be more expensive than other movers. Our experience with other movers who were expensive was awful we had $32,000 in damages. I gave Anthony a copy the inventory (11 pages) from the previous mover plus a list and description of the 100 plus damaged items so we both would know what was damaged from the previous move. They loaded up our items on the Uhaul they drove to our house and we drove them to a storage unit we rented and they unloaded.( A additional They high centered the Uhaul on the driveway of the home we had just sold, causing damage to the concrete. They said they would fix it, but we never heard if they did. When they finished loading the Uhaul we realized we hadn't got a copy of our contract and were told that a copy would be mailed to us in AZ. At that point we did sign something that the paper would come with the final move delivery. We did have a copy of the contract from the internet, but it was never signed. I had contacted All Out Movers once we got to our PO Box in Kingman, AZ Requesting the documents. I requested the documents over a year ago. Lana told me they were put up with their tax information for 2017. Never did find them or send them. We began to hold our breath if we would ever get our things our full household of things. The items were in storage about a month when they (actually we) rented 3 Uhaul trucks and they went to the storage and load up. Since we were in AZ, we had an agent meet them for the loading. It took a bit longer for them to get to our location and only sent 3 guys. In the contract we have, they charged us $1980.00 extra for 2 extra men to be hired in Kingman. They did not hire anyone in Kingman....we feel we should get a refund for this charge. The men who worked unloading were great guys but they were very tired. They said they spent the night in a KOA campground. Plus they were hungry and didn't have anymore money for food. We paid over $11,000.00 for this move. Now for the damages. Yes, there were things damaged and we told Anthony we wanted the moving insurance I remembering it being $125,000 coverage since we had such a big loss the previous move. We felt sure it would be OK. But here over a year later ( by law they had 120 days to respond ) absolute silence about the loss and refund. We gave them the pictures and list of the damages, that they gave to some guy they fired that was to settle the claim.....then nothing. I have called many, many times and talked to several employees. The amount of damages was $4,967.00. That was for a broken upright vacuum, broken Antique Treadle machine bottom brace, Antique Piano gouges, TV stand gouges, broken at the base Antique brass swing arm lamp, 2 glass shades shattered, wooden cutting board split in half, marble table with brass bottom one inch chip on the side, Antique Grandfather's fishing pole broken tip at about 6 inches from tip, Desk broken drawer, chunk out of the bookcase top, Master bed head board 3'' x 2'' chip and numerous other small chips on the side boards. After a year I felt this was crazy to have to live without these items. Clearly it says not to repair or replace damage items. So I suppose I don't vacuum for a year?? I keep shattered glass? Must I go on? I decided to get on with life, had to.....during this time I died twice and almost lost my leg and did lose my mother. I also kept calling to get this solved as I could. August 17, 2018 I talked to Cheryl and said I would settle for $531.00 for damages plus the overcharge of $1980.65 a total of $2,511.65 total. Then it would be all over and done.....nothing, no answer, no call, zero. We were more than fair to them and paid in full. I didn't mention the extra $210.00 charged for the Uhauls. Or that in July someone took a Uhaul under our name from Kingman. I suppose (hope) now we will be hearing from them. read more

I don't usually rate a business at five stars, because nobody is perfect. But I give All Out Movers five stars for their service on Aug. 24, 2018. On that date, Justin and his team, Will and Bill, arrived 20 minutes early, eager to get started. They also understood that time was of the essence for me. The team worked efficiently, making the move in three trips of the truck across town, and we finished ahead of schedule and under budget. More important than that, though, was their level of caring. They cared about my time constraints and worked with those in mind. They cared about all of my mother's furniture, as heavy and burdensome as much of it was. And they cared about us. The team was very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Plus they fit the large, heavy furniture into the 15-foot truck like the pros they are. 03/05/2018 I've recently moved to Carson City, knew virtually nothing about the area and when I turned my UHaul truck in I'd asked if there was anyone in town who helped with unloading trucks? Thanks to Dave Ortega at UHaul, he put me onto Anthony Longo with ALL OUT MOVERS who then sent two men (Hobie & Gary) to my rescue. THANK YOU from the bottom of my old heart for such GREAT service, and GREAT PEOPLE at AOM's!!! I'd highly recommend this company if you need help in loading or unloading trucks, or moving stuffs in general! 03/18/2018 And now, three wks later, I find myself moving yet again, have called AOM once more and just like last time, Anthony's been a God Send of a help to me! We just used Anthony and Lana for a cross country move to Virginia loading two 28 foot trailers. They were very impressive, great follow up and even sourced us with 100 paper pads last minute! The crew was efficient and courteous, it took 9 hours of solid work with 4 guys to load a 3000 sq ft home. Anthony even came back for 3 hours at no extra charge the following day to help us rearrange one of the trucks to pack it tighter allowing us to save nearly 600.00 as we were being charge per linear foot! Awesome! I would highly recommend them and won't spoil the surprise - but Anthony and Lana make things special at the end too! They are building a great company with solid customer service, excellent pricing and thoughtful attention. What more can we say - thanks guys! It really made the difference for us! read more

I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone. I read the reviews that were posted and decided to take a chance on All OUT Movers, and thank goodness for that. I called Anthony and he was courteous and helpful from the beginning, and even worked with me to stay within my budgetary needs. When Anthony came out to do my estimate he was very pleasant to deal with and made me feel secure about letting his crew move my valuables. When the moving crew arrived ON TIME by the way John the lead was respectful and made sure everything went seamless without any glitches. I can not speak highly enough about Anthony and his company and am pleasantly surprised that there is still a moving company out there that truly has the customers interest in mind. On December 17, 2019 I hired All Out Movers to move me into my new home.....Upon meeting the movers a situation happened which almost caused my move not to happen.....I immediately called the owner Anthony who assured me that I should not panic, and everything would be alright......Before I could hang up the phone I see Anthony pulling up to my apartment........He walks over and shakes my hand saying James I am sorry and i will make everything right......of course I am alittle reluctant. I just moved from Carson City, where All Out Movers emptied my storage unit and house into a moving truck for me, to Arizona. I couldn't be happier with these guys. Anthony and Lana were awesome to deal with, but the crew that packed the truck was the absolute best! All my boxes looked like a well-played Tetris game. Not one single thing was lost or damaged, in spite of the really crappy roads in Arizona! Only one thing shifted the entire trip... a small box moved about 3-4 inches and tilted slightly to lean against another box. I'd say that's the sign of movers and packers who know what they're doing! Thanks to everyone at All Out Movers for getting me packed and ready for the trek to my new home! These guys really helped me in a pinch. I scheduled a move with another local Carson City company, I wont name names, and they basically just did a no call no show. This is our first house so I was devastated to say the least. I called All Out Movers and the owner, Anthony really calmed me down and was able to move some thing around to fit me in. I cant thank him enough for being so nice and for sending his amazing crew on such short notice. Andrew, Jon and Justin were so professional and fast. I was worried the bad weather would slow them down but they were great. They even protected all of my belonging from getting wet. The move took half of the time I expected. This moving company was the best experience I had moving. I had to move my 93-year-old mom from a rental home she had lived in for 9 years to a third-story apartment in a retirement community; emotionally, a very difficult move for my mom and me. They called before they came to let me know exactly when they would show up to start the move. The movers, Victor and Brett, were efficient and courteous. Victor even showed me how he would stop "the clock" on time charged when there was any interruption in the move, which was very fair. All items moved were treated with respect and nothing was damaged. My overall experience with All Out Movers was great! The night before my scheduled move I was inform that my move was going to be put on stand by. Concerned I had to call the next morning for an update and the office staff was very helpful and reassuring! Frankie, the lead for my move kept me informed of the time he would be able to make it with multiple updates! Upon beginning the move, Frankie and Tye were very professional and took great care of all of our furniture! They finished only a little bit over the quoted time/price but in my opinion that was attributable to the extra care they took wrapping and blanketing our furniture! I could not speak highly enough about their performance and professionalism! read more

If I could give a 10 star, I would. Anthony and his staff were extremely responsive to my questions and needs. He went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. He even drove me to Home Depot to buy the straps I needed to secure my belongings and then helped make sure everything was all set. I know that took more time than he had and I so very much appreciated it. I've used other moving companies in the past and never had one that was amazing as All Out Movers. You will feel very thankful for choosing them with your next move. I've told others I know I wouldn't waste my time with anyone else - trustworthy, dependable, caring, honest, and kind. read more

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company. They went above and beyond from start to finish--showed up the same day multiple times when I needed them, handled everything without hesitation, and got the job done fast. Their work ethic is no joke; they worked incredibly hard, stayed professional the entire time, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Great experience with these movers! John, our estimator, and Lana in the office got us set up on short notice and with timing that worked perfectly for us when we had furniture and belongings moved from a condo and long-term storage to our new home during the week between Christmas and New Years. The team that did the work, Cody and Frank, were wonderful - efficient, hard-working, careful & respectful of our home and the items being moved, and just really great guys to work with throughout the stressful process of a day of moving. AJ, Angel and Pat in his Romeos showed up ready to go to move our badly packed (by another mover) household into our new digs. They were professional, courteous, hard-working, conscientious and most of all pleasant. They were so patient with my requests for placement of large items, and with a bunch of badly packed items in the 26 ft truck, which was just hideously hot in this July weather. But they kept their cool and kept up the pace to get us all moved in efficiently, even helping me out packing debris in the trash container. Thank you All Out Movers team for helping me move on such short notice! It was very stressful looking for a moving company that would have availability and reliability at the same time. Once the guys got to my house and the packing took place, I got a big relief seeing the progress unfold and my belongings being properly handled. This is from a customer that wanted us to post a review for her that she hand wrote: I needed movers to assist with moving an elderly friend. We had a ton of stuff. John, Andrew, and Daniel from All-Out Movers showed up and got the job done!. They were efficient, accommodating, enthusiastic, and friendly. These guys are hands down the best moving company in Carson City. They are on time. Accommodate your ever need. Friendly and handle your furniture with care. All out movers are reasonable priced and I would highly recommend them for all of your moving, and hauling needs. We moved across the country and Anthony was able to get us a great deal on a uhaul as well. They are upbeat, helpful and caring and when your moving it's the little things like that, that make all the difference. read more

Anthony was the kick-off to the great experience we had with All Out Movers. He was responsive, friendly, and gave me the assurance that we were in great hands. Then the movers came to help unload and assist with backing up the uhaul and removing the car carrier. They we're all wonderful! 5 stars plus. We were let down big time by (un)Reliability Express. They didn't show up. Didn't call and wouldn't take calls. Anthony and his team at All Out Movers scrambled to meet our deadline and got us moved with great care. Very professional and trustworthy. They worked hard and fast to help us out of a bad situation. We hired the Reno TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise for an interstate move. The estimator walked…read morethrough everything that needed to be moved beforehand. On move day, both trucks left with items still at the house because the load was underestimated. We had to drive back, rent a U-Haul, and finish the job ourselves. We escalated to corporate, who confirmed they forwarded the complaint to the franchise. That was over 10 days ago. The franchise has not reached out once. If you are considering this company for an interstate move, factor in that mistakes may not get corrected, and you may not hear from them at all.

Overall, very positive experience…read more There is one important thing to know: The people who show up to pack and move your things are very, very efficient. You will think, "there are only three of them; I can keep track of what they're all up to." This is the devil speaking. You can keep track of nothing. If there are things that should not be loaded, put them in a corner, put up caution tape, and put a chair in front of it. Then sit in that chair and let them work their magic. It is astonishing to watch them work. We had them load moving crates, and then had the crates shipped separately, and arranged separate movers on the far end--honestly, it would've been a lot easier to just get the full service all the way through, and the price would've been much the same in the end. I say go whole hog and relatively stress-free.
