Caution: If you have any kind of a disability DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UPDATE: as if things couldn't get any worse one day after this move was not completed, I get a message from my mother , asking me if I wanted to hire these two gentlemen privately now to come and help me finish the move that they did not complete even though it was paid for yesterday.. My answer, of course was a very solid no thank you! 1. We were quoted $1200 to do a specific job However, this did not happen. 2 refrigerators which were supposed to be flip-flopped were not moved and not all of the furniture and boxes that were supposed to be moved were moved. In fact, they just pushed the boxes that I had instructed them to load on the truck into my garage and left with no notice. 2. What some people may interpret as being careful with belongings, I see very differently . What I saw was a gross under use of valuable expensive space and furniture loaded in a truck very Poorly because it allowed for movement and for things to be broken during the actual moving of the items from one location to another. Nothing was stacked or placed so that the whole moving truck compartment was being used. a lot of space was wasted. Considering that gas is not cheap and usually when you have a moving truck, you pay for mileage also,so that's 70 miles round-trip in this case. It just does not make sense to not utilize all of the truck compartment to pack items so that one trip could be made. This is just plain common sense. 3. So I find it very suspicious that they would drive to the other location to unload and generously offer to come back the next day as a private hire with their own truck to help finish the move. How convenient! Create a need and then offer a service to address that need. What a wonderful business model. Clearly these gentlemen took advantage of my mother's age. she's 80 years old and her memory and her ability to negotiate is failing. It's very obvious. It just makes me disgusted that they would see this weakness in my mother and pray upon her for it . It's out rightly elder abuse, plain and simple. I don't care if they offered the service or if she ask them first, either way, it's just wrong . Save yourself the aggravation, do not hire this company to help you move. Perhaps in the past, they hired people to work for them that were honest, but that has not been my experience and they have taken an already stressful situation and made it so much worse. ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY: It was my experience, that this company has an unwritten policy to lie upfront and act as if they have empathy and are accommodating. However, once their employees show up, they don't honor the promises made w/ items to be moved that were included in their price quote. Overall, I found the two guys who came to move my stuff to be unwilling to do things in a way that I think most people would consider just common sense, so that your things don't get ruined. In the end they did not pack their truck full because no boxes really were taken and not all the furniture that was supposed to go was taken, which is going to mean I will have to hire more people and another company to finish the move. they didn't use any moving blankets. they had a stack of them in the back of their truck but none of them or mine were used to protect my furniture , while in transit. Please, I can't say this enough times if you have a disability or you're dealing with an aging parent, these people will take advantage because they know they can. Avoid the frustration don't be victimized. Call somebody else. read more

It is hard to find a moving company in any city for that matter that has excellent service, very straightforward communication and understanding of what customers look for when needing moving services. Their prices are very clear and they are very efficient in everything from start to finish. My movers Dante, Greg and Rick make an awesome team just like they read each other's mind. They are very friendly courteous and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. They even moved more things than I expected or planned because I originally was going to try and do some things myself to save money but then again they were so quick they did more than I needed and even saved me money. I had only two movers--Jeremy and Chris--show up to help, but you wouldn't believe how much they accomplished. They helped me move an entire three-bedroom apartment plus a storage container full of stuff from my house. Both guys were right on time, incredibly polite, and impressively efficient. They made the whole day smoother with a friendly attitude and good conversation, which helped the time pass quickly. While I might've preferred if they used more floor runners to keep things a bit cleaner (just my personal preference--I'm a little picky about shoes in the house), they didn't leave any noticeable dirt behind. They also helped with assembly and disassembly of furniture. The bed frame might have a slight creak now, but it's hard to say if that was their doing. Regardless, I'm overall very satisfied with the move and highly recommend Wolfpack Moving--especially Jeremy and Chris. read more

This is the second time using Wolf Pack Moving. This is a great company that I heartily recommend. This time around Doc and Greg were super helpful and got me moved pretty quickly. They were very friendly and professional. My one bit of feedback would be to ask customers if they prefer speed or carefulness. The reason I mention it is they sometimes pile boxes up really high on the dolly, which can cause things on the bottom of the pile to get a bit squashed. I'm guessing this is done in an effort to make the move go more quickly, which I appreciate. More boxes on the dolly = fewer trips = less time = more cost effective for the customer. I'm a fan of making things happen quickly, though I will say that I prefer care in a lot of cases (like for my books and kitchen boxes). I would rather have movers pile fewer things up on the dolly and make a few more trips back and forth with the boxes, to avoid a few of my boxes getting rumpled. I like to keep my stuff in good shape! Nothing happened in this case, so that's good news. Just in the future, I'd prefer to pay for an extra half an hour of time than have my books potentially get smooshed. I'm just OCD like that. ;) This is totally my preference and I acknowledge it's going to be different for everyone. The guys definitely didn't do anything wrong -- they did an EXCELLENT job and were very professional! And, going forward it would be helpful to find out what a customer's preference is to push that 95% to 100%! I would absolutely welcome Doc and Greg back again. So Ricky and Chris moved us into our 'forever home' in Cold Springs, NV from Reno. They arrived ON TIME and because we had a full house to empty, they spent a good 7 hours with us. I spent a lot of time calling around and requesting quotes for a small but complicated (many stops) move and Wolfpack stood out for how prompt and courteous they were over messaging and email. They were very up front on what they include and how the pricing works, they were the only place that was happy to calculate mileage and a price estimate based on the 4 different locations (and they were accurate too). Day of move they were running a little earlier than they estimated, but did not start charge until I was able to arrive to the location to unlock the house too. (about 20 min difference) and throughout they were patient and handled everything with care. They moved quickly and were complete within the quoted time. Great all around experience. read more

Everything was fine until a few days later when I went to hook up my tv and it was broken. They also tore furniture down which I told them not to they did it anyways and lost the screws to my 200$ dresser. They are only offering me a reimbursement of 65$ for the loss of property they have caused me. Just a heads up for anyone who is wants to hire them. I'm now looking into a lawyer because I paid them over $1000 and they aren't trying to reimburse me for my damaged property. read more

I picked Wolf Pack Moving because of their name, thinking they might be students and/or graduates from UNR. I scheduled bedroom furniture to be moved from a storage unit in Sparks to my home in Reno. 1 queen bed frame, 1 chest of drawers and 1 side table-no mattress. I was quoted $180 (weekend rate) per hour per Kevin (maybe Laswell, one of the owners?). I wrote back today, April 23, to reconfirm our appointment with an Adrian. I was greeted with a confirmation of date, time, $180 per hour quote (not quoted a two hour minimum from Kevin) AND an additional quote of "$50 one time trial fee", which wasn't in the original (what is a trial fee?) from Kevin. Adrian told me the additional $50 is for "Our travel (oh....travel, not trial) fee is a round-trip mileage fee from our lot in Sparks to all locations and then back. We charge $2/mile with a local minimum of $50." I told Adrian that wasn't in the original quote, so I cancelled. Adrian offered to have a chat with me on the phone to discuss their charges. Obviously they don't honor an original quote (I should have gotten it in writing) and what's the point in a "discussion". They must be doing very well to lose a customer over an original quote or maybe I'm very fortunate of cancelling as I may have gotten 'nicked' on more hidden fees. Too bad, Wolf Pack Moving...no recommendations coming from me. read more

We had a quick move to make and Wolf Pack Moving got us in and moved us in just a few days. My husband went into memory care and we needed to move him in within the week. I called Wolf Pack and they moved him in just 4 days. No counting of items, no inventory to be given. Just a 26ft. Truck that you can fill for a flat fee, plus mileage and hour rates. The two movers, Ricky and Mick were great about letting me know when they were leaving their lot, when they would get here. Both were very polite and professional. All my furniture that needed it was wrapped in plastic. They had tools to take my bed frame apart and helped with putting the mattress into a mattress bag for long term storage. I have never hired movers before, and was scared of how much the pricing would be. Wolf Pack moving had great reasonable rates and that was very enticing. I received a phone call from Alex when he and Dom were on their way to my origin destination letting me know how far out they were. Upon arriving we did a walk through of what was being moved and loaded and then they got to loading. Their loading was done efficiently and they weren't rushing. They took good care of my items and all successfully made the move without breaking or damage. Once we got to my final destination I again did a walk through of what items went in what rooms. They were respectful of the new home and put items in the rooms they needed to. They were both very friendly and pleasant and got the job done faster than estimated. I think the estimate was 4-6 hours and they got done in about 3.5 hours. I will never move on my own again with a moving party of friends, I will certain hire Wolf Pack moving again (though I don't plan on moving any time soon, but should the need arise...these will be the guys I call) read more

The scheduling crew was very flexible with me since the move date kept changing due to escrow issues. The crew consisted of Jeremy and Justin, who were professional and hardworking young men. Kevin (owner/operator) of this business that I have now used TWICE and will NEVER use or let anyone I come in contact with use is MORE than happy to take your money ($160) an hour to have guys show up incredibly late the first time which I am give a second chance guy so I figured try them again. The second crew was on time but in NO hurry at $160/hr to get it done AND broke my space heater and lost a box!! Trying to work with them after their employees did NOTHING to annotate the damage they caused to get reimbursed for the damage they caused and I am getting the run around and pushing all the blame on me and the Dept. of Transportation for not replacing what they broke.
