They loaded on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday morning. My sister met them on Monday and said they did a terrific job. My husband and I drove to Las Vegas to meet the truck and assist my parents with moving in. The truck arrived on time. Everything coming off the truck was packed and padded well. Gary and Garrett were great! They were friendly, personable, efficient and patient with my parents. Gary brought in one old rattan chair and said that he was sorry, but it seems we had one causality. I moved rece and the 2 guys Jeremy and Jacob did a great job without wasting time like playing with their phones (I had that problem once before). These guys were friendly, pleasant and professional while working hard. Kevin (owner?) had done a walk through for the estimate and sent me a written estimate as well as email reminders when we were close to the moving day. Their fee is by the hour once they get to the residence plus a set charge to and from their location, they do not charge by the hour for their travel time like some others do. Ryan and William helped me (single f 33) move into my new place. This included multiple pick up locations and when I got to the new place. I realized something wouldn't fit and we had to go back to my storage. they were both so sweet about it. I've never hired movers before and the weekday move hourly price was $100 or more less than other competitors. The truck had tons of blankets, straps, shrink wrap. So efficient. They loaded like pros and hunkered everything down for transport. Brought tools to take my bed apart and put it back together. Literally anytime I had a concern , Ryan would say "oh yeah we got that" or "we can do that no worries". I could tell he was the more senior employee and fantastic at his job. William was great too, maybe a little more "green" but they communicated so well and really just got me moved which is what I really needed. I see the "college hunks" advertising now and maybe I'm too old to think that, but they were both super cutie pies. The guy who took my call was nice too. Keith? Kevin? Sorry that was a few weeks ago. Overall they got me moved which was the job, but the reason I'm writing a review is because they literally just helped make my stressful day a little easier.
