Wolf Pack moved my Dad and step-Mom from their active adult retirement community apartment in Reno to a similar one in Las Vegas. They also had a few things to pick up at a storage unit. They loaded on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday morning. My sister met them on Monday and said they did a terrific job. My husband and I drove to Las Vegas to meet the truck and assist my parents with moving in. The truck arrived on time. Everything coming off the truck was packed and padded well. Gary and Garrett were great! They were friendly, personable, efficient and patient with my parents. Gary brought in one old rattan chair and said that he was sorry, but it seems we had one causality. Can you please make sure you show this to your Dad? When I showed it to Dad, he said that it already had a small hole in it, it was just a little bigger now. No worries at all! I called wolf pack moving back in May 2021, over a month before my actual move out day. I spoke with Kevin and he was very professional, straight forward, gave me the price breakdown, what to expect, and answered all my questions. They were the only place that offered the muscle and truck to move your boxed up crap to the next destination, while other places offered only the muscle and you had to get your own truck and/or supplies. I was told to get the most out of my move: make sure everything was packed, ready to go, and if they're all in one area even better. They were courteous, followed my requests, and were so careful and strategic about removing all sizes, shapes and types of furniture, artwork and other miscellaneous items from the lockers and loading the truck in a way that protected everything from damage. I moved rece and the 2 guys Jeremy and Jacob did a great job without wasting time like playing with their phones (I had that problem once before). These guys were friendly, pleasant and professional while working hard. Kevin (owner?) had done a walk through for the estimate and sent me a written estimate as well as email reminders when we were close to the moving day. Their fee is by the hour once they get to the residence plus a set charge to and from their location, they do not charge by the hour for their travel time like some others do. Ryan and William helped me (single f 33) move into my new place. This included multiple pick up locations and when I got to the new place. I realized something wouldn't fit and we had to go back to my storage. they were both so sweet about it. I've never hired movers before and the weekday move hourly price was $100 or more less than other competitors. The truck had tons of blankets, straps, shrink wrap. So efficient. They loaded like pros and hunkered everything down for transport. Brought tools to take my bed apart and put it back together. Literally anytime I had a concern , Ryan would say "oh yeah we got that" or "we can do that no worries". I could tell he was the more senior employee and fantastic at his job. William was great too, maybe a little more "green" but they communicated so well and really just got me moved which is what I really needed. I see the "college hunks" advertising now and maybe I'm too old to think that, but they were both super cutie pies. The guy who took my call was nice too. Keith? Kevin? Sorry that was a few weeks ago. Overall they got me moved which was the job, but the reason I'm writing a review is because they literally just helped make my stressful day a little easier. Jeremy and Alek arrived Sunday morning for a move up the elevator 4 floors. I had to leave the premises to pick up another load and by the time I got back they had finished the first part quickly, efficiently, with attention to detail. I can't tell you how grateful we are that we found Wolf Pack moving, and most, especially Alex and his assistant Ryan. Alex was a lifesaver for me. We had gone through a very difficult move from the Bay Area that we were doing ourselves. We felt exhausted and overwhelmed. Alex took incredible care of us.
