I strongly recommend you call this company FIRST then compare with the rest. We had a two-man team unload a 26-ft trailer. It was a big job but these two were up to the challenge. They were efficient, detailed, and extremely good at puzzling all of our stuff into storage so we even had extra room. They were careful and pointed out any previous damage caused by the long-distance travel of our furniture and boxes so we could take notes. I was shocked at how fast they completed the job! Super happy we found these guys to help move out of our 2 story home in a timely manner. My husband recently dislocated his shoulder and is still healing so we definitely needed some help as our days were limited and these guys were so generous to squeeze us into their busy schedule . We also have a little farm with chickens and goats and our 2 horses and they saw my husband struggling getting them together & they extended their help without even asking to help load our animals as that was my husbands only job. I'm so thankful they took extra care of packaging a lot of my vintage items as well as the rest of our furnitures. They originally quoted two days for a full pack and move, but they were able to knock out everything in one when time came while still being extra careful with fragile and sentimental items. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Toko Movers handled our cross-country move and did not break or damage a single item. They used probably more than 20 moving blankets and individually wrapped every single one of our furniture items. They also managed to fit all of our belongings into a 27ft truck--and that includes a small home gym, patio furniture, and several bikes. I can't believe they made it all work. The creativity, punctuality, work ethic, and integrity of Toko Movers exceeded even my wildest expectations. They were phenomenal and I'm happy to recommend them. read more

I used Toko Movers to move Mom 2 years ago from Assisted Living to my home and some of her items into a storage unit. They did a fabulous job. They were professional and expert. I was amazed at their strength! They made the job look easy and it was anything but easy what they had to do. Now about the recent job. I purchased an outdoor 7ft pool table. I was to be notifed by shipping when out for delivery but that didn't happen. I came home from shopping to a 400 lb box in my driveway. I called Siaosi and he was to my home within a hour to evaluate. He was able to efficiently moved it to the back of house patio right then and came back the next day to turn it upright after I installed the legs. Siaosi was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He did an awesome job! Just amazing! It was short notice but he knew my concern and wanted to help! Who provides this level of service anymore? Toko Movers! Family owned and local! I am a little late getting to writing this review, but I wanted to make sure I did...These gentlemen did a fantastic job... They scheduled with me for an afternoon arrival, kept me updated on their progress and how it would affect their arrival time, and were even able to get there a little bit early... They were friendly, professional and extremely fast... I was moving a combo washer/dryer into from my truck into a cabin that was a ways up a hill...They got it done very quickly and placed it exactly where I needed... I highly recommend Toko Movers to anybody who is in need of a moving company. The owner, "C", and his crew are punctual, communicative, courteous, efficient and professional. My family and I found ourselves in an unfortunate and pressing situation where another moving company we had hired was a no-call, no-show on the day of our big move. We had everything packed and ready to go, but the moving company we had hired left us high and dry. I called Toko Movers and "C" picked up on the third ring. I explained our situation and his response was that it just didn't sit right with him that the other movers would do this to us. He said he would forego his customary process of getting an estimate together, trust my word on my description of the items we needed to have moved and simply match the quote given to me by the other moving company. Throughout the phone call, he expressed empathy and even offered to call different members of his crew to see if he would be able to at least move some of our necessary items the same day just so we could move in with our essentials. I declined, but he scheduled us for the very next morning. He and his crew were ready to arrive earlier than scheduled but he called in advance to ask if that was alright so as not to inconvenience us. When they did arrive, they were ready and promptly went to work. They had to transport some extremely heavy and delicate items (for example, a large marble top dining table and a piano) and move them into a walkout basement by navigating around the side of the house and down a gravel path and concrete steps in the snow and ice. Toko did all this without complaint or any damage to our items and was always especially careful about not scuffing any walls or doors in our newly remodeled home. "C" took the extra step of having a huddle with his team to not only remind them to be extra careful of the our possessions, but also to tell everyone to take care of their own bodies so no one would get hurt. Toko Movers cares about their customers and their employees, they are reasonably priced and they came through 100% in a pinch. They guys from Toko movers showed up on time, were very polite and engaging gentlemen. They worked hard and worked fast. Aside from short water breaks they never stopped moving. Things were placed where we asked, and even one or two moved when my partner changed her mind. Nothing was damaged as they took care to wrap pretty much everything. Even things I wouldn't have. Tokomovers was originally hired to help my movers unload our household contents into Storage. While there Mr. "C" gave me a quote to move all items from storage to our new house. I saw first hand the care they used in unloading and the quote was very reasonable to make the second move. When it was time to make the move Tokomovers were on time, worked quickly and carefully loading our household furniture and boxes. When it came to unload they were very careful to protect our entry door and floors. They put everything where we wanted it and even put together our beds. I reached out the night before to confirm again due to our tight schedule and heard nothing back. The next morning I had no response, and they were a no-show. These guys are the best! I hired them on short notice to unpack our 2 ABF U-pack trucks. Si was my point of contact, and he was very accommodating. He showed up with his crew on the days we asked, kept me updated as to ETA, and the crew worked hard emptying the trucks into our house. They were super careful with our things, and pointed out several times where an item had been damaged during the packing phase on the other side. They were extremely trustworthy and I would absolutely use them again, and would have them help me pack next time as well instead of the packers I had unfortunately chosen. After the unloading, I couldn't find some things (we had a lot of boxes and the garage was full of them) and I texted Si multiple times asking for assistance and what he and his team remembered about where they were, and he was right everytime, I found everything. :) 5 stars for these guys and I wouldn't go with anyone else after my great experience w/ them. read more
